Despite being advertised, the Wi-Fi was non-functional for the duration of my five-day stay. Additionally, the OpenKey app failed to work entirely, forcing me to seek manual assistance every time I needed to access my room. The TV failed to work due to no wifi and no cable. Property Maintenance & Damage: There was wet paint in the main lobby and staircases. Consequently, my jacket was stained and ruined. Furthermore, a fire alarm went off at 1:00 AM during the stay, which was incredibly disruptive. Hygiene & Safety: The condition of the shared bathrooms was unsanitary and poorly maintained. More concerningly, I encountered massive bugs inside my guest room, which is completely unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. Given the accumulation of these issues—specifically the breach of advertised services (Wi-Fi/Keyless entry), the damage to my personal property (jacket), and the lack of basic cleanliness—I am requesting a partial refund for my stay. I believe this is a fair resolution considering the significant inconvenience and the cost of replacing my ruined clothing.
