Hotel Nikko San Francisco

Wow! What a fun little get away from Portland to the real big special city of SF. From checking in with Kat, to room amenities and ease, room service attendants, bell boys always smiling and helpful .. I literally felt so recharged by the energy of the city and staff at Hotel Nikko. Will definitely return

Room was under repair at the window blue tape holding the Morgan under the window other than that the room was fine. Staff was great. The pool and spa were great.

The staff in most of the hotel is very friendly. However if you need anything from the front desk they are skilled at ignoring you and when we called after being told by no less then three managers in the lobby to ask the front desk to make up our rooms when we were out for meetings then being ignored for ten minutes we called twice and nobody picked up. understaffed and under trained. the windows are old so you hear everything at night plus your in the edge of a very dodgy hood. after four stays I will try something different next visit.

Is located a couple of minutes away from public transportation. You don’t need a car to go around. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Food at their restaurant is really good. Once you stay there you will come back to stay there.
