This is an historic building, but the rooms are renovated and well maintained. It's a great budget option for Union Square.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is old of course but since it was so clean, it didn't matter. It is definitely very loud at night and I thankfully had ear plugs.

Very helpful friendly staff to rectify any issues.Room was clean but Double room bathroom very tiny even for a small person.Room advertized with tea and coffee facilities but only had coffee no kettle so had to go down to lobby to get hot water. Great location walking distance to restaurants cafe public transport.staff very helpful in offering late check out.

It's your classic cheap Union Square hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Very small. The only issue was that the shower door had a slight gap which got water all over the floor even with the door closed. If I knew someone looking for a budget hotel in this area I would for sure recommend this place. Some of the hotels in this area are run down and scuzzy. This one was reasonably nice.
