The rooms are nice. The lack of a food market/pantry on the property is a huge downside! If you want a snack or even just a bottle of water you have to either use a vending machine(they very limited) or walk a couple of blocks to the 7- eleven

Hotel was great, we were able to keep our car in the garage on the day of checkout up to 6pm which was great and allowed us to explore the area all morning and early afternoon the day we checked out, then just come back and have valet retrieve the car for us, it was an excellent addition to an already great stay. The only thing I'd warn people using Hotels.com for this property...there is no laundry services on site and that was one of the reasons we chose this location so we could do laundry in the evening (we were able to rush over to a laundry mat a couple of blocks away and get things washed just before our dinner reservations so it worked out, but it definitely put us under the gun).

If you stay here, be prepared to pay $65 per night in parking! I don't remember seeing that on their sight when I booked our room! Thank God we were there for only one night! Other than that, it's close to everything within walking distance for eating and shopping

Great location for Fishermans wharf and for Alcatraz tours. They advertise parking but the public parking is 50 dollars a day and their valet parking is 65+tax so 74. but it is worth having your car right there and not Blocks away in public parking.

Fisherman's Wharf location very convenient for our visit, room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast much better than standard complimentary hotel breakfast. Gym fairly small but well maintained. "Amenity Fee" and taxes added on after Expedia payment were not welcome.

Excellent place to stay in SF. Within walking distance of most major SF attractions. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent, which is rare at free breakfast. Only complaint was that parking was valet only and expensive.

There was hair in the bathroom when I arrived. They had to come clean it when I arrived. I am glad they did that but I wish it been clean when I arrive. The breakfast buffet was nice but again there was some hair by the milk dispenser. The maids might need to wear hairnets. Finally, someone entered my room and moved my toothbrush even though I had the “No Maid Service” sign out. The hotel denied it but someone moved my toothbrush and it wasn’t me. There were also issues by the pool. They compensated me by removing the resort fee. Resort fee? I didn’t even know there was a resort fee. There was nothing about this place that was resort like. It didn’t even have a restaurant! I won’t return to this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even allowed me an early check-in, which was a huge relief. The interior is spotless and well maintained. While the exterior looks a little dated, it hardly matters given the comfort and service inside.

One of the loudest properties I’ve ever stayed in. The walls and ceiling are made of paper. We were up all night due to all the noises going on around us. Including what sounded like a furniture moving contest above us. From the moment we checked in to the second we checked out we heard what sounded like furniture being dragged throughout the entire floor upstairs, it didn’t sound secluded to just one unit. It kept us up all night resulting in a very sleepless night. The AC units are from the Stone Age and were extremely loud every time it kicked on. The staff were friendly and the location was nice but other than that it was not a good stay.

The location was great and close to attractions and public transportation. The room was small but on for our needs as we were just there to sleep. The bed was a little firm and the water pressure wasn’t great. The walls are thin so you can hear people talking and walking through the hallways. The breakfast was nice and having water as well as coffee available all day was great.

Staff were very nice hotel was clean. Great breakfast and perfect location. Felt safe while traveling with children. We arrived early and our flight was in the evening. Staff were helpful with holding our luggage so we could keep exploring until our departure. The concierge was wonderful and knowledgeable with scheduling activities.

The hotel looks very nice and seemed very clean but had a few major flaws. The breakfast room was chaos. The coffee machines took forever and seemed to break. The front desk staff ranged from super friendly and helpful to get lost I can't help you. No bar soap in bathroom. Broken USB's in the room. No place to buy sundry items. Didn't clean our room one day and we had to ask the next day.

5/27 at 1am , the fire alarm triggered. The supervisor must atleast give an update or redirect guests ,instead of leaving everyone cluelessly self evacuating ,especially seing guest with seniors and children.

The front desk service personnel was exceptional. Our flight came in early and we were allowed to check in before our actual time. We were treated with a smile and an overall comforting spirit. Before checking out we asked to hold our bags so we could do our last excision. They graciously obliged and helped us out. I cannot say enough great things about it. Will definitely stay here again! 💗

This is super close to Pier 39! We were able to walk there with zero issue. The staff at the hotel were also so helpful. My coworker and myself were honestly kind of annoying, I’m sure, but they never let it show. They held our luggage after our check out while we explored during our one free day of our work trip, despite us having to come back several times to add items to the luggage or get things out. Valet was very fast as well!

Very nice staff. Breakfast was quite busy but well staffed.Outside room facing bay was a little noisy but quieter rooms had interior exposure. Very walkable to multiple attractions - pier 54, 39, Ghirardelli square. Would definitely stay again.

The area is very close to Fisherman's Wharf but away from the ghetto part of Fisherman's Wharf. Place is very clean and workers are great. Only thing is parking. Way too expensive at $65 per day. Park nearby for $20 per day. Everything else was excellent. Highly recommend

Fantastic stay. Hotel is well maintained, nothing fancy but it has everything you need. Great location with lots of transportation options and close to wharf. Breakfast was good and all day coffee was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

Our ratings would likely have been all fives but the breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were watery and had no flavor, turkey sausage was dry and pork links looked barely cooked. Cinnamon rolls however were good. Staff were all friendly.

Everything we needed to do was within walking distance, Bike Rental, In and Out, Starbucks, Big Bus Stop, Pier 39, etc. The infamous Fisherman's Wharf Sign was about a block and a half away. I think the most delightful surprise was the free hot breakfast, the variety was amazing! I will definitely come stay here again.

Property was well maintained and in an excellent location- walkable to Pier and multiple transportation stops nearby. Breakfast was good with multiple options to make everyone happy and staff was very friendly and accommodating!
