Comfort Inn & Suites Chesterfield - St Louis

We visited the Chesterfield area during a wedding weekend. The hotel location was great as far as nearby things to do. It’s close to the Spirit airport. Restaurants and shops (not the outlets, but also great) weren’t too far away. The staff might’ve just been short, but we frequently would have trouble pinning down a hotelier for extra towels or a do not disturb sign—which we never received after asking two different people. Both elevators were a little sketchy. One would jump and the other sparked. But there was no one to tell because there barely was ever an attendant at the front desk. There was painting and maintenance going on so maybe they are working on it.

The staff was rude and the locks on the door did not work properly the tv didn’t work the soaps they set in the room had been open and the trash cans were setting in the middle of the floor they put the breakfast up early so we could not eat and the phone did not work

For the price it was a bit run down. Beds were comfortable. Warm water didn’t work in sink.

Room clean. Toilet paper holder hanging out of wall- broken. Pool had strange film on top.

The room was good . But water pressure was very terrible. Sink was very low water pressure
