Dirty coffee and not have soap and shampoo ☹️☹️

Our room was very nice and clean. It was very affordable and we enjoy staying here

There was a hair in the sink, a hair in the shower, a hair on the bed. Just not a nice place.

During our five night stay in late April/early May, we had the following experience: GOOD: - Value for the nightly rate - Beds were comfortable EXCEPT one side was severely indented from heavy use. Other queen bed in room was fine. - Daily housekeeping was unexpected but appreciated. - Friendly, welcoming, and responsive staff - Quiet nights (except for occasional emergency vehicles passing by) - Room was free of bugs and visible debris from past guests like hairs, nail clippings, and fingerprints. - Free breakfast in lobby looked appetizing with good variety of fresh and packaged good. - Easy, walkable access to plenty of shops and restaurants along the boardwalk. Many other options were just a 5 to 20 minute drive away. BAD - Floors didn't seem to have been mopped in a long time. We spilled some water on the floor and wiped up with a wash cloth that came up black and soiled. -Large gap below the entry door had to be covered with towels to keep room climate comfortable. OPPORTUNITIES: - Shower water handle was difficult to turn and tub faucet was very loose. Both were still functional. - A dedicated water refill station would be great for larger water bottles but spout at juice machine was sufficient. - No safe in room was a disappointment but we managed fine. No issues with anything going missing. BOTTOM LINE: All things considered, we would stay here again without a second thought if the nightly rate was similar.
