Signature Inn San Francisco Marina District

Good location. Comfortable room. Photo used to advertise a bit deceiving. The deck exists but makes the hotel seem higher end.

Stayed here on my recent trip to SF. The location in the Marina district is great. Very close to public transit and they also have parking (which is rare in SF). The rooms were clean and well kept and updated. Only downside is they only have stairs and we were on the third floor, but for the price and the location and the parking it was a great stay. Would absolutely stay again.

This is one of the dozen Motor Inns on the Western flat part of Lombard Street (it is the Crookedest Street in the World on the eastern side of Van Ness) in San Francisco, which is actually US 101 leading west and north up to the Golden Gate Bridge. The location is conenient, with many stores and shops on Union Street Cow Hallow area, and a few blocks down on Chestnut Street in the Marina District, and the Presidio and its many gems to the west. They are all older, most decades older, btu this one is well maintained, and a cut above the others that have a similar off-peak price of about $100/night, with free WiFi and Parking! Services was good, room amenities were standard, it was clean an organized, and the Free WiFi and adequate parking included, makes it a great value in SF, where most downtown hotels will cost you $300+/night and $40+ dollars overnight parking. This location is right on Lombard, a busy street, but most rooms are removed away from the street toward the back of the lot, so quieter. In room amenities are good and what you expect, but this isn't a high class DTSF Hotel Chain, it is an independently owned Motel. I got a king single room and free WiFi and Parking for $108 in April (Off Peak) with my $16 Hotels.com accumulated rewards. Good night sleep, convenient location to restaurants and bars and happy price in expensive San Francisco!

Great location. Great staff. Not just the room, but the entire property was very clean! The parking may not be suitable for a bigger truck/SUV, but my Tacoma fit without issue.
