Our time spent on the property was amazing, it felt like home. Access to making meals and laundry, a grill, a gym and mini- golf while in paradise, truly unforgettable. The pool and beach were walkable to fabulous food. I can’t wait to come back.

They are currently repainting, repairing, and renovating and everything was done quite well. The pool area is fantastic and the beach access is perfect. This was our 2nd time staying here and is definitely worth every penny.

Great location, friendly & helpful staff, Pool is well maintained. We were sad to see the pool bar/restaurant shut down for remodel. It was not disclosed upon booking. The property only has 1 EV charger which was very busy. One more would be helpful.

Front desk and bellhops were great on arrival. I’m thinking someone didn’t want 12th floor so we scored a room with wrap around balcony with a sweeeeeeet view. Huge bathroom and nice kitchen. Grocery store and restaurants across the street. Pool area and hot tub were nice. Beach access right on property. Easy drive to kaanapali beach. Had a pretty cool outdoor putt putt also.

Front Desk staff are the best (professional, friendly, helpful, and welcoming). The room was excellent. The scratched non-stick cookware needs to be replaced. The quality of the food (poolside) is average and could be better. Parking was extremely convenient. The property and grounds were outstanding.

Warm and friendly staff. Well maintained grounds. Clean and spacious room. Walkable with easy access to the beach. Plentiful parking. Great food and drink options. Lots of onsite activities. Was told the property was sold out during our stay but the pool deck and adjacent beach were never crowded. The whole family had a great time and will visit again in the future.

Pros: Very nice property, very nice pool and beach side convenience. Very nice suite with pool and ocean view. Cons: The room had cockroaches in the kitchen area. And the cleaning crew did not show up once during our 3-day stay.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. Love the food trucks near by and the shopping center across the street. I didn’t love the roaches the property had. My husband found one on him. Which is never great. Our hotel room had a very distinct food smell that never went away. We were supposed to have an ocean view room, but we were given a partial. And the partial barely even showed the ocean. The sheets are old and uncomfortable. Felt very scratchy. It’s time to change those, Hilton. I guess what I’m trying to say is, the stay was ok. But, i won’t stay there again.

Outstanding pool and bar area, and staff at the pool area food concession was much friendlier than at the front desk. Worst part about the stay was that the room (featuring a kitchenette) had roaches, so after discovering that we had to keep all food double sealed otherwise the roaches were all over it.

For a property with a kitchen there was not a way to get groceries easily and no one in the area took Uber eats or DoorDash. Also the televisions are outdated with local cable, and terrible internet connectivity that is part of the local town versus having something on property so it was even impossible to watch anything on a computer screen

We recently stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations in Kaanapali. The rooms were spacious, but definitely felt outdated. The shower was a bit tricky to operate, and the kitchen lacked a hob, which made self-cooking quite challenging. Unfortunately, on our last day, we found a cockroach in the kitchen, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the pool area was great, and the beach access was beautiful — both definitely highlights of the stay. With some updates and better kitchen facilities, this property could be much more enjoyable.

Everything was fantastic. We loved having the fridge and kitchenette. Rooms are huge so there’s no danger of being on top of each other the whole trip! The property is lovely and staff are helpful. There are food trucks nearby, a grocery store across the way, you’re a stones throw from everything in Lahaina and a short jaunt to fantastic surfing and snorkeling.

The exterior of the hotel is dated but room interiors are good/acceptable, with size of rooms and kitchenettes a huge plus. Pool area is great and wonderful Jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly. Worth the price.

The entire staff were very friendly and helpful. The daily text check-ins were appreciated. We had a 2 bedroom ocean view and it was amazing. Very large rooms and everything you need for a vacation stay. Free laundry on each floor was a nice amenity. The concierge was friendly, but not pushy on a timeshare sales pitch when we indicated we were not interested. Overall, it was a great vacation and we’d stay here again.

The staff was put upon & rude,Liesel was bizarre the front desk manager.I wanted to report the head of security for yelling at me ,scaring half to death.Instead I was chastised as Liesel accused me of being demanding.I requested a citrus hand juicer asked 3 different staff ,this in her mind was horrible,& she relayed to me how terrible & hurtful this was to her staff,are you kidding me ? I was so shocked,I was completely turned off & did'nt want to even report the man who showed great anger problems when I showed him the the yellow scum collecting at the ice machine. Liesel ,also told me how demanding I was when I checked in & asked a staff member to show me where a certain door was,it was 8 at night I'm tired no other guests at the desk. I apologized ,as I knew this was a strange situation & mentality I was dealing with ! My friend told me ,when she asked for a certain tea,hotel did not have that ,a staff member went to the store & got it for her,that's service,I was not asking for anything unusal or expensive ,a citrus reamer is not pricey at all. When I checked out I donated my Mach 7 SS boggie board,the class less Leisel,did not even say thank you,I could have given it too anyone but wanted to have a peace offering. All in all,strange experience ,I had a beautiful time in Maui becauce I came on Vacation !!! Sincerely,Sherri Dean

Booked a trip for our wedding anniversary and had plumbing issues in the room. Customer service was terrible as to how they handled it. We had an issue with an intermittent leaky toilet that kept making noise every 10-20 Minutes and we reported to the front desk after one night of disturbed sleep and they didn’t fix it after we reported it and after a whole day they didn’t fix it as issue was still there when we got back at 10pm at night and they couldn’t even offer us another room or do anything for us. Then I followed up with the manager the same evening after I checked out and flew back home and she basically said since the next guest didn’t report the issue there’s nothing she could do. Are you kidding me - does she think I was just making this up!!? Given I’m a loyal Hilton honors gold member I was very disappointed with how they handled the situation including the manager on site. Had to follow up with them multiple times to even get a response!! Terrible that they treat their loyal customers like that and definitely wouldn’t stay there if you expect good customer service

Booked a king bed suite and they wouldn't let us check until well after 6pm as they "prepared the suite" and kept calling to get us to switch to a full bed suite instead. Finally they called hours later and said they don't have any king suites available and said we had to take a full. They offered to move us to a king for our last night out of 6, it was comically rude. They also rigorously tried to sell timeshares, literally every employee tried to get us to join a timeshare pitch. Also there were cockroaches in the rooms, and they refused to take our dirty towels and made us come to the lobby to pick up fresh ones. The location was nice and I really wanted to like this place but Hilton really dropped the ball here.

The bellmen were so friendly, helpful and personable. The parking easy. The checkin staff is very helpful and happy. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and the balcony was great. The pool was amazing for the kids. They enjoyed the slide and the pupu from the bar was great. I loved the water coolers all around easy access.

Restaurant was not open. Just a snack bar. Snack bar and bar had limited hours. I was told this was due to shortage of staff due to the fire. Housekeeping was not included since we only stayed a week. Overall the resort was beautiful and the stay was excellen. All staff was friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at the Ka’anapali Beach Club before it was even Hilton, I think a total of 6 or 7 times. The location and rooms can’t be beat. You are close the the beach and very nice beaches. Can walk to grocery stores and the food trucks or even the ABC store and if you want a a bit of a longer walk Whalers Village. The rooms are spacious and have nice views. If you want to save money you can cook there or even use the BBQ stations they have. The staff are all extremely helpful and we have seen the same people there throughout the years we have gone. It honestly feels like a second home. Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend for family with kids. We had teens. Great location with lots of amenities. Even without a sit-down restaurant there is good food at the Pick up Grill there. Everyone was very nice and rooms were big. If you want to cook ask for cookware ahead of time. Grocery stores nearby and food trucks. Had a great time!

Overall it was a very nice property and hotel. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the beach area is pretty small and the spot to access it had a couple homeless people smoking crack or whatever it was that was making him tweak out. I didn't feel unsafe but my wife didn't feel safe if she wanted to go to the beach alone. Pool area and all the grounds are very nice. Rooms are big and clean. Staff was great. The food you can buy near the pool was horrible. We had it for dinner one night and basically couldn't eat it.

The Hilton Vacation Club Ka'napali Beach was very good. The suite was clean and comfortable, and it was easy to walk to a few places. The only drawback would be that they only had Grab and Go food - no onsite restaurant.

Pool and hot tub and front desk check in staff were excellent! Concierge services not so much. Cost of food and frozen drinks ridiculous and way too expensive. Double what it should be and ruined the pool experience. Young girl at outdoor food area was rude and purposely didn’t call my number so food set out and got cold.
