House has everything you could need. Quick communication with host. Close to everything. Golf cart, pool, and hot tub were great to have. Would stay again.

Let me start off by saying Matthew did respond to our text every time and fixed the concerns we had but after two days we stopped, we wanted to enjoy our time. Here are some issues we found: they have a box of outdoor toys all the boggy boards were split in half, the four noodles they only 1 was good. The shower outside is not hooked up so you get a lot of sand in pool since area is surrounded by sand. Pool had algae in when we got there and pool guy came three times but still has something going on. we were there to celebrate my 70th birthday. We had 11 people and had a steak dinner the night of my celebration and only 7 people had adult forks and rest had to use baby forks or ate with hands. My girls were going to make a cake but cake pan very rusty. Oh, the 6th bedroom they state is in outdoor game room. It was so cold boys couldn’t use it and we had a lot of rain one night and next day water was in the room because how it’s not level in yard.

I had a wonderful stay at Blue Marlin! The atmosphere was peaceful, the accommodations were clean and cozy, and the service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The Blue Marlin was perfect for our group of 14 (10 teenagers and 4 adults). The house was clean and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and the beach access was fantastic. The backyard was amazing-we spent a lot of time playing games, swimming, hot tubbing and relaxing. The owners were so nice and quick to respond to the minor issues that came up. Would definitely recommend for a large group with kids/teens.
