Room was dirty with random garbage under beds or other people’s hair in the bathroom. Staff was friendly but clueless. Waited over 30 mins for ice water after asking 3xs for breakfast. Crib wasn’t available. When swimming clean pool towels were not available until after we had dripped dry’d. I personally give this place a 3 out of 5 stars beds were comfortable and the little kitchen was perfect for my family.

This was our second time staying in a homewood suites but this experience was not like the first. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there was an exit sign dangling in the hallway for close to a whole day, the pool and room were pretty chilly for swimming, and it appeared there was a toilet clog in the building (Ours clogged up and so was the toilet in the first floor). Staff was polite but would not stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Clean,Plenty of room in our Dbl. Qn,, kitchenette,(full sz fridge, stovetop,micro.,dishwasher) Sleeper sofa,great c/a/heat.. Free Washer and Dryer use. (Laundry room) Indoor pool, weight room, putting green, outdoor grilling area w/nice grills. Free breakfast. Close to everything (Lake,parks,casino,ice arena,stores,eats)Easy access off/on interstate. Only negative about this place ,the bathroom is small but it was clean and served it's purpose. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.

Room space & set up were nice size & layout. However it was very obvious that pets had been in the room & several of the linens had stains, carpet was stained, kitchen table was extremely wobbly, couch was scratched up like it was a scratching post. Woke up with a lot of welt/bites. The front desk clerk Plus side: The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were very attentive to all the guests and keeping thinks stocked.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They never failed to greet us whether we were coming or going. The room was very nice. However, we had a few cleaning issues. There were some items on the floor left by the previous guests (wrappers, small toys) and all of the dishes were in the dishwasher (clean). The room wasn't what I would call dirty, it just looked like the maid may have been in a hurry.

The lady at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming when we arrived at the hotel. Every day we were greeted with a smile when we came and went. The hotel room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. The cleaners seemed to cut corners a lot. Overall it was a decent experience.

Everything about my stay was amazing, from the friendly staff to the service. Only thing I had a problem with was on the last night of my stay it was a lot of banging in the middle of the night..but other than that I enjoyed this hotel

Very confortable and clean room. The hotel is located close to the airport and St. Charles which makes it attractive if you need to visit any of these two locations. There are several options to have food close to the hotel. I highly recommend it if you are traveling with family.

Everything was fine except for the problem with my room details. I booked a queen bed suite. When arrived they have me booked for a king bed suite. Was unable ro be fixed because of lack of available rooms. Other than extra blankets nothing was offered to make up for mistake.

Paid for the hotel stay in advance, 2 months prior. When we were checking in, found out someone had increased our rate. The on duty manager said they are not supposed to do that and she corrected it. The next day, we had been out all day. When we got back to our room, our room keys didn't work. Had to go back down to the front desk carrying all of the stuff we had purchased that day and the woman working the desk gave me major attitude and tried to say that we had done something that deactivated our keys. She finally resolved the issue by providing new keys.

I stay at this location frequently and was disappointed this time for several reasons. The front desk help was just too preoccupied to recognize any guests coming and going. One was sitting in a chair in the back hallway on their phone, another one knitting with AirPods on and watching TikTok with inappropriate pictures visible as I approached The counter. Everyone who worked there was exceedingly friendly, saying hi even when you just passed them in the halls. The breakfast was high quality, property was well taken care of, close to our entertainment (Casino Amphitheater). Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Everything was great. Absolutely loved the stay. My only comment would be towards the complimentary breakfast. I was disappointed that all of the hot food (sausage, potatoes, and eggs) were highly processed, heat-and-eat style. I cook for a living so I just thought I'd mention it fyi. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Over all our stay was good but the hotel could use more pillows or bigger pillows. More towels and wash clothes when there is a family coming in. But service was great, breakfast was great, sleep was great!
