I booked it for some leisure time by the pool, unfortunately they didn’t disclose that it was closed for repairs.

Everyone was super friendly and very helpful especially helping me with opening the heavy doors .The pool was very clean and inviting Thank you so much for allowing our fur baby. Rosie loved the dog treats. Just wished there was a little grassy area for her to do her business. I brought my own potty bags just incase I be needing them.The kind attendant recommended the near by dog park. It worked out just fine. Rosie was very happy she didn't have to soil your nice landscape rocks! Will definitely recommend your place to all our friends.Thank you for making our stay welcoming; During a stressful medical procedure.Thank you!

Pool and hot tub were outside and not available. Fitness center was closed and front desk was being reconstructed. Not happy that you do not get the information from Hotels .com before you check in.

Cleaner than most but I am picky so dust on baseboards gets to me. Overall, a very nice stay and I would stay there again.

Many good things and very friendly employees. However, i did not like the fact that our room was not clean at all during our stay. we were told that cleaning was every other day and at the end of the second day, when we came late, we found no service at all. then it was too late to request anything.

No shampoo and smelled like marijuana. Pretty mediocre for a Hampton.

Our room was spacious, quiet and very clean.

It works as a place to sleep, clean, kind of , other than the booger on the wall. Beds need new mattresses and I think dairy cattle get better pillows, other than that staff was very friendly and helpful.

The first room we were assigned had a hair on the toilet seat and hairs in both beds. They kindly assigned another room but this is a place we will never stay again nor would we recommend it.

No room service the second day of a two day stay. No explanation. Is this customary? Room 304.

The room was clean but smelled like wet dog.

1 of the beds made squeequy sound with any movement on the bed, so kept waking me up. The beds were also kinda older/loose.

This is an older hotel as you can hear everything on the property. The beds are very squeaky that we could hear our upstairs neighbors getting busy. You could clearly hear all conversations all around from the hallways and adjoining room. Our room window did not close completely so you can hear the parking lot noise as well. I did advise the front desk of this and they said they'd look into it. The breakfast is mediocre but luckily there are plenty of food options just a short drive in either direction. The area is safe and quiet. The room was nice however there was dusty cupboards in the bathroom and gaps in the wall from the tile. I would not stay here again.

We flew in Friday and left on Sunday for a beautiful Saturday wedding. It was great. We loved our room. The bed is super comfortable. Pillows are always soft and it’s always quiet.

Very clean, updated room but bare bones amenities. No towel rack or dresser to unpack in. The fridge did not include a freezer for my ice pack. Breakfast was good. Location not walkable to town. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was ready upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious. Although the bathroom was good sized it only had one hook, which I found was about three too few. I also didn't like that there was no place to unpack my clothes. A drawer or two would be nice. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!! There were so many delicious options and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Really a highlight of the stay. The outdoor swimming pool was nice, but a bit toasty. Not much to do about that I suppose. It was still refreshing and there were lots of chairs and loungers and towels to use. The one odd thing was during our two night stay we never got any maid service. That was surprising. But all in all a great hotel.

Our check-in was done by the manager on duty. She was great and everything went smoothly. Room is large and beds are comfy with lots of pillows.

Excellent customer service. We had to check out early and they made a sack breakfast for us. We found them very accommodating.

Friendly staff Allie & Dylan!

I arrived a bit early, around 2PM, to check in, but the front desk attendant, Dylan, informed me that the room wasn’t ready and that I would need to wait about two hours for a manager to arrive before I could check in. With the parking lot nearly empty and no housekeeping staff in sight, his explanation seemed insincere. When I inquired how long it typically takes to clean a room, he dismissively replied, “I’m not a cleaner, so I don’t know how long,” and added that the room "needs final inspection and all that." His response felt disingenuous and unprofessional, making the experience unpleasant. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, this was a shockingly poor experience. In the morning, the coffee situation at breakfast was disappointing. The coffee jar was almost always empty, and when I pointed it out to Dylan—who was at the front desk watching the coffee containers—he nonchalantly said it would take 7 minutes to brew another pot. It ended up being about 20 minutes of waiting before coffee was available. The room itself was far below standard. The bed was uncomfortable, with thin, ill-fitting sheets that barely stayed on the mattress, making it difficult to sleep. The towels were thin, some were stained and old, and the pillows were atrocious. Overall, this hotel was a significant letdown. There are much better options in town. The only saving grace was Vicky, the breakfast attendant, who was warm, caring, and attentive—a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing stay.

Dylan and Joe the night auditor both were incredibly helpful and friendly. Clean facility. Very nice stay.

Staff was friendly. Check in/out was efficient. Rooms were clean and spacious.

When I approached the front desk there were two people working. One looked to be counting the till so I went to the other. She asked “how can I help you” I said we were checking she then went back to typing on her computer without acknowledging me for about 4-5 minutes. Then she looked at the other guy counting the till and asked what was wrong. He explains he’s a $1 short. She then proceeds to walk over to him and help him with still me standing there. A few minutes later she then has him continue to check me in. It was 10 pm at night after driving for 4 hours and my family was tired. About 10 minutes later, finally all checked in. Got to our room and it was 55 degrees in there. We stay here often but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Highly recommend this property. Convenient location very clean and well maintained. The staff is remarkably friendly. The young man at the front desk, Brandan, was just delightful! Tge room is spacious and very comfortable. Only con is the breakfast, pretty typical for hotel breakfast but real eggs would be a huge improvement. Will definitely stay here again

Unfriendly staff that checked us in. I have a Hilton honors account but booked through Expedia. She offered zero information, no greeting, no words other than I need your credit card for incidentals and your checked in. Nothing else. There definitely is a difference if you book your stay outside of the Hilton system.

Walla Walla was a cute town. Super hot during our stay. Breakfast was excellent and filling. Glad hotel was near Fort Walla Walla for a quick morning walk.

Close to downtown and outlying wineries. Huge rooms, friendly staff and cookies. Great value.

Great option when visiting the area. You’ll need a car since this hotel isn’t in walking distance to downtown or other areas. Staff is friendly, helpful, and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Light and airy. Not walkable to downtown Walla Walla, but ok if got transportation. I did see the local trolley type bus on a weekday, but not weekend, don't know if there's weekend service.

Breakfast was very average. Ice machine on 2nd floor did not work. Staff were great including room service. Cold ice water, having coffee available early and the package breakfast for “hurried” customers great idea.

I had to ask for a different room when the room I was assigned smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Also, the pillows smelled like body odor. I was given a new room immediately with no questions asked, and it was fine. The breakfast on the first day was horrible. Really. Bad. They didn't even have butter/margarine for the toast or waffles. The hot food was cold, the fruit was not fresh. Literally there was nothing edible. HOWEVER, the second day, the food was fabulous. There was a wonderful hostess who told us all the biscuits and pastries were freshly baked, the hot food was HOT and very good, there was butter and cream cheese for the toast, and the fruit was fresh. Complete opposite of the day before.

Great stay, staff was super friendly and breakfast was fine. The fresh cinnamon rolls were a big hit. Only negative was bed wasn’t the best but not awful, just a bit soft. Would stay again for sure.

Property is newer and in a good location. Lots of outlets and USB ports for charging devices. Breakfast options were very good, hot and tasty. Coffee was excellent. Ice water with citrus fruit in the lobby was refreshing.

Best Breakfast!

This is a return visit for us. Super great breakfast. Waffles, potatoes, eggs, protein(both meat and veggie) plus hot and cold cereal, fruit and some bread/bakery products. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with micro and fridge. They serve cookies only sometimes late afternoon- so don’t get your hopes us like my kids did. It is expensive and the price has gone up a lot from our first stay (they might break my price point soon and cause me to look elsewhere) but it is very nice.

The place is clean, the continental breakfast has lots of varieties and has vegetarian options, the staffs are friendly with excellent customer service.
