SpringHill Suites St. Louis Brentwood

At check in, Steven was very rude and difficult, and we won't be customers at your hotel again becase he was so rude. Also, the pullout bed had human hairs and debris on the mattress. However, the breakfast staff and selection was great (with some healthy options), and so was the check out staff that morning. Overall, the place was good. But Steven ruined the whole experience for us, as well as the filthy mattress. .

The women at breakfast had one of the best pleasant attitudes I've ever come across. The rest of the staff was really nice, too

Room was clean and good location. Also enjoyed the breakfast.

Complimentary breakfast was great! The employee working the breakfast buffet was extremely attentive to the station. Maybe even a little too attentive. The front desk staff was nice. There’s a $10/day parking fee. We only stayed one night and it was decent, no complaints! I would stay again. Also, the pillows are the best!

Breakfast was good. Disappointed that the TBS station on TV didn't work especially given March Madness.
