We checked in late and the security guard and the hotel clerk provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and nice, and although we didn't get an opportunity to use it, the pool looked lovely. Hope to stay here again.

Our room was directly above the garbage bins that seem wasn't emptied for days and smell was awful .that's unacceptable for guests to go through.

I had to be there 2 twice in a month because my brother was in the university hospital, then had to come back when he passed but I chose the same location because of the service and the proximity to Up Park Camp because he got a military funeral it worked for me and 12 other family members!..we’re going to come back again, I have to be back in the island come January and your a possibility for me then too.
