The charging stations were not for Tesla’s and no adapter would fit them. Even though it says Tesla charging stations are available, they are not. You’ll have to charge about 20 minutes away.

We used this hotel before flying out of STL early in the morning. The room is good & we've never had the breakfast due to early flights but the "grab & go" bags are nice! The shuttle schedule is the only hitch. It serves several hotels so make sure to factor that into the schedule.

Comfortable beds and clean room. Exteremely Helpful staff. Lots of choices at coffee bar. Substantial breakfast after 7 a.m. The breakfast hostess couldn't be more kind, welcoming and joyful...she's amazing at this hour! There is a sweet little park with splash pad and playground less than half a mile away. Also super close to a variety of rental car places and gas station, so it's easy to return your car from here. You can hear the planes overhead on take off in the morning but not overnight. We had to get service for the toilet. The towels are absorbant. The pool is ice cold; no hot tub. The "business center" computer is not ready for business (can't wake it up).

The hotel is right next door to the airport and yet the room was really quiet. It was nice and spacious with plenty of room to move around, a nice bathroom and room in the fridge and a small microwave. The gym was nice with great equipment. The staff was professional and courteous throughout the visit. Not as convenient to restaurants but for an overnight stay it wasn't an issue. If I had a few extra days in town this would be a great location.

Yes, went to use the computer to print out our airline boarding pass and discovered that the 'office facility' was gone (computer/printer)!!! How can one print out a boarding pass?! Do at airport? The man at desk was able to print out pass after I emailed a copy to him though.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus by Lambert Airport for one reason only: proximity to the airport. The front desk clearly told me the airport shuttle leaves at 4:00 AM sharp. I came downstairs at 3:55 AM, only to be told the shuttle had already left. There was no apology, no effort to help — just a casual, “Don’t worry, they’ll be back around 4:40.” That might work if my flight wasn’t at 5:20 AM. If I wanted the 4:40 shuttle, I would’ve slept another half hour and come down at 4:30. This hotel’s entire value proposition is its location — right by the airport and in the same lot as the Alamo/National rental center. If they can’t even manage their one essential service — the airport shuttle — what’s the point of staying here? Completely unreliable, dismissive staff, and zero accountability. I’ll be staying anywhere else next time — even if it means walking to the terminal.

When we got ready to go to bed we noticed dried blood in the sheets that went through to the mattress pad. We were told they could not do anything about it and they would give us sheets if WE wanted to change them. Told them no and told them we were leaving and wanted a refund. We were told since we had gone through a second party (Expedia) to make the reservation they could not refund our money. They said they had to wait until Monday, when the manager came in to "see if he/she would refund our money". The young man at the desk could not care less.

The location to rental car drop off was great. The hotel was dirty and out dated. Plastered ceilings and walls were unfinished and there was mold in the shower. Again, great location just dirty and dated.

Room was the best part of this location. It was clean and comfortable but despite being a smoke free facility listing no smoking/vape/marijuana the entire floor and our rooms smelled like marijuana multiple nights we were there. It was also very noisy with slamming of doors every 5 minutes after 11pm and children running thru the hallways also every 5 minutes. Staff told us the place were busy when we brought it up. Not sure why there are rules in place then. Breakfast had hard biscuits that felt like they were leftover from the day before, the bacon was see thru and the eggs were cold. If it were for the comfortable and clean room this would be a hard 1 star review.

The hotel is very nice and updated. The front desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. The only negative thing was the desk had something sticky on it so I had to clean it. The back of the toilet was either dirty or ??? There's something on the nightstand and the shower doesn't look like it gets cleaned as well. The app wouldn't take pictures but I took some.

The hotel was fresh and updated. Parking easy and the location very accessible to the airport. My only complaint was the pillows were terrible and go flat once you lay your head down. The bed itself was comfortable otherwise.

Near the airport, spacious room, very clean, comfy beds, big bathroom with plenty of towels and super clean. The room has a refrigerator, microwave oven, ironing board and iron among other extras.The included breakfast was a plus. The only inconvenience was we landed after midnight and the shuttle service was not available, so we had to pay a taxi cab to get there.

Looks nicer than it is. Bathroom faucet felt like it was going to fall off. Shower pan was chipped. Got a rollaway bed but it didn’t fit in the room- had to use the mattress on the floor.

We’ve stayed here several times when we’re using the STL airport and the public areas still look nice but the rooms are showing wear now. There were no curtains in our room and drywall marks above the window like that’s where they used to be, so it was bright at night. Just seemed like they’d started some reno and stopped. Around the base of the tub I had to ignore, there was a mouse-sized chunk missing from the front corner. Otherwise comfy but it’s noisy with police sirens at night. Not a great area but convenient to park here and shuttle to/from the airport. Staff was friendlier the last 2 times we stayed. Overall ok for one night but not as great as it was in the past.

The facility is nice and the one desk clerk was very polite and helpful during our check-in. The only problem was there was only 1 desk clerk and LOTS of people waiting to check in. Make sure you have your patience pants on because it may take quite a while to finally get to that nice room!

The shuttle bus did not pick us up at the airport as the hotel website claimed it would. We called the number provided and the second time my daughter called the driver, he yelled at my daughter. He screamed "I'm driving a bus with a cookie on it!" After an hour of waiting and a call to the hotel, the hotel clerk had also called the shuttle driver while I was attending the call on speaker phone. He hung up on the clerk, with an attitude. The clerk realized this driver was acting hostile, and tried to get us a Lyft. He was unable to obtain a code, so we called an Uber, and that was extra we had to spend. When we arrived at the hotel, the shuttle (with a cookie on it) was parked outside the front office, and the driver was inside telling the clerk we had never contacted him. I said you are talking about me. He muttered on his way out the door I should call next time I wanted to get picked up. We have the snapshots of the calls we made to the driver. The clerk said we would be compensated a set amount on our hotel room for our troubles. No compensation has been made at this time. We checked out on October19th, today is the 24th. We were there to attend the wedding of my great-niece, in a neighboring town.

We arrived late and tired, walked up to the desk and the desk attendent said she had to take care of something and she walked away. It was 30 minutes before we were checked in. We got up to the room and she had given us only 1 key.

Everything was great here. There’s breakfast early in the morning and a pool if you have kids (indoor). The staff is very nice especially Kitty! She was my favorite. The property surrounding isn’t anything special or walkable or even pretty but it’s a great place to stay.

The major reasons for selecting this hotel was for cleanliness and safety. The room were immaculate, no smoke or other smells. If there was one thing to improve i would say that there were no bathroom exhaust fans, but the staff gave us some air freshener. The pool and workout was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and I really enjoyed the 24 hr coffee machine in the lobby

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was how much they ran out of everything so quick at breakfast. There was still an hour left and no waffle batter or syrup left etc. other than that no complaints.

Josh and all of the front staff were great in accommodating our stay. Good clean hotel with good free continental breakfast. Ratings as good or better than all of the hotels around Lambert for a fraction of the cost.

We had breakfast item ready for us at 3 am which was nice. Pre packaged choices but nice. More yogurt would have been nice. There was one for the two of us. Shuttle was fantastic! We requested king bed and got two queens. We would have liked to have know that at check in.
