Days Inn by Wyndham Downtown St. Louis

Light switch and plug in plates missing, toilet paper holder off wall, towel rack missing, bedroom mirror dirty, holes in the sheets. Elevator very slow but at least there was a note telling you it was slow. Parking lot totally fenced so be careful of area. With only one waffle maker and 15 people there for breakfast, it didn’t work so well.

Clean room but that part of St. Louis is pretty run down. Having a security fence around it was a concern. But it was quiet and no problems Breakfast was not the best. But it was ok since I have special needs

Recently Renovated Hotel. Plenty of Free Parking, Spacious Rooms and Everything Was Brand New...even smell of Fresh Paint. They didn't have much to offer for Continental Breakfast due to the fact that they were still arranging the Breakfast Area. Just Waffles, Bagles and Muffins. With Coffee and Juices.. overall it was a Very Comfortable Stay. And quiet...close to the City Museum.

It appears to be going through renovations so it was wood boards up by the front desk. There was no internet the night I checked in per the desk receptionist so I couldn’t watch tv or is my devices correctly. I asked if we would be accommodated she said no. Upon checking out I asked again she said it goes through management but could give me discount since they weren’t available. I have yet to receive the receipt that show credit or anything. The area is not good either but for the price I paid and once on the inside I was decent.

Did not like the neighborhood. The property was doing renovations, so the fitness room was not available and the sofa that supposed to be in the room was gone to be upholstered, so the only choices for seating was the bed or desk chair. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. The reservation center needs to be updated with the fact that the property is doing renovations.

Located in an industrial area…. Kinda sketchy but we felt safe… had security guards in parking lot from 10:00pm until 6 am!!! Friendly staff! Breakfast was minimal and disappointing…

I enjoyed the staff, but not the inconvenience of the gym being used as a storage closet. The pictures online should reflect the reality of what we'll see once we'll arrive. Thanks

The breakfast was subpar, no selection. I could have gotten better from a gas station. The elevator was glitchy. My child said he saw a drug deal going on with someone while they were blocking the only exit out of the property. Not at all what I expected!!

The parking lot was full of dead cars and there were actual cockroaches in the elevator.

Was very hesitant before even getting out of my truck to go check in because of the part of town it was in, but already paid. So checked in pulled into a spot to unload and my daughter and i were approached by people asking for money. Said no ans went on. The room was disgusting, stains on the sheets, blood spots on the wall in the bathroom. Flipped the mattresses and found remnants of bed bugs.Let alone my daughter was already scared of the encounter with the people in the parking lot. Went down to let the front desk know we werent staying and he was out smoking with the people that asked us for money. We grabbed our things and left. Worst hotel ive ever been in, and thats saying alot. I worked on the road for years and have stayed in some shady places, but when you feel unsafe of where your staying is a whole different thing. I drove 4 hrs to get home after the cardinals game last night because my and daughter and i were very uncomfortable of the situation. I would really like my money back and you guys a company really need to send people out to check these places before you recommend them. Very disappointed

Overall stay was subpar. There was a billing issue in which the Receptionist was very helpful in addressing. However, one thing I found to be disappointing was the lack of cleanliness, mainly the bathroom. It literally looked like somebody forgot or totally avoided the bathroom but made up the bedding. It was disgusting to where I couldnt even use their shower, barely the sink. On top of that, the incidental fee completely processed through my bank which was a definite error because I was supposed to be refunded the money (AND THE RECEPTIONIST CONFIRMED I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE REFUNDED). I have contacted multiple numbers to reach the billing dept and even contacted the actual hotel. NOBODY picked up the phone at the hotel which is pathetic itself and nobody could assist in Customer Support. This has been one of the most ridiculous and pathetic visits I’ve ever experienced and I will never use them or recommend any guests to visit AT ALL. Yall need to get it together.

It was just ok. Not the cleanest place, but not horrible. A stain on the toilet seat and some debris/hair in the corners of the bathroom floor. It said it came with free breakfast but due to low number of occupants they did not offer breakfast our first morning requiring us to go out and by breakfast unexpectantly.

The room smell, cigarettes and weed and carpet and bathroom was dirty . The refrigerator make a really loud noise we turn it off ,couldn't use it .For the smell in the room the staff use aire fresheners and I told them to leave it in the room and they refuse and the second time I complain about the smell in the room the woman who came to the room at 10pm was rude and told me if I did not like it I should go to another hotel. She was rude and make fun of me .The breakfast was only waffles and coffee. No creamer no eggs JUST waffles. The worse was THIS CHILDREN IN THE ROOM ABOVE mine 207 WAKE ME UP AT 7 am THEY WERE RUNNING LIKE IT WAS A PLAY GROUND. THE HOTEL SHOULD GIVE THEM A FIRST FLOOR ROOM NOT A THIRD FLOOR. THEY WERE LOUD, KEEPT RUNNING Screaming and crying . I call the reception was the same mean woman and she just ask me my room number and the noise never stop .i told her I will give them a bad review and she reply the i don’t scare her. Left the room laughing . They building around the hotel were burn old or destroy . Scary place . Not what they advertised in the website

When we checked in and got to our room the bathroom was filthy. I cleaned it myself because at that point housekeeping could not be trusted. Proving this, each day our room was serviced, they sid a VERY lackluster job. The hallways have a strange odor. The vestibule makes voices carry so all night hotel staff could be heard talking loud and laughing, continuously waking us up. Finally, the hotel is located in a sketchy industrial area.

Do not stay here. Bad area of town. They held an extra $100 as a deposit. The bathroom was dirty. I couldn't stand to even go in it. Floor was sticky.

No tv or internet first day

The staff is very friendly. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and looked out for me as I was a lone female traveler. She made sure I was safe and that if I needed anything to let her know. I absolutely adore her and I think she deserves a raise!!! The body guard that was hired for the night shift was also really cool and helped put me at ease for my stay The only thing about the property is the condition. The door gave me issues opening and closing, the non smoking room still had an odor to it, and while the location was convenient, it was next to an area that was run down and covered in graffiti. I cannot fault the property, but it made for a semi uncomfortable experience. Despite this, the room was clean and everything else was in working order.

The hotel is in an industrial part of town, a bit shady so that we asked to see the room before taking it. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. We had a suite, there was no furniture except a chair and desk in the main room. That is to say, a screen with nothing to sit on to watch. The room could have been better cleaned. The king size bed was very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed for 2 days, all in all we were comfortable BUT..... very noisy!! Both nights we were woke up to loud thumping in hallways and rooms next door, I did call and complain.. if it was earlier in the evening we could understand but this was midnight up to 2 in the morning.

Between the two rooms, however, we were able get a functional microwave, and a fully lit bathroom. The breakfast has only carbs so after the first day, we did not eat the free breakfast again. The location is about a 5-10 minute drive from downtown, but in a totally dead area.

It was a nice hotel overall. There was some construction going on inside and some nearby buildings looked a bit worrisome, but or room was nice, and there are cameras on the parking lot, so all was good there. The room was big and had a very comfy chair, and a big bathroom. The staff were friendly, and breakfast in the morning was good. (Waffles!) Super nice for the price! The only issue was other guests letting their children scream in the halls, so not really the hotel's fault.

The window view was over a rotted out greenhouse or old industrial building. The bathroom sinks wouldn’t drain and the tub drain was missing a cover and jagged. The receptionist and the janitor fought in the foyer for at least an hour starting at midnight and would not quiet down. We were supposed to stay for multiple nights but left after the one night and are still fighting to get our money back. Horrible service all around!

30 mins before check in the called and said that they were canceling my reservation as they had no rooms available. asked to speak to manager and they never called me back. booked my room almost 2 months ago and drove 500 miles and they said there is nothing they can do

Hotel is not downtown. It’s in a very bad neighborhood about 5-10 minutes from downtown. Every Uber driver told me to never come back to this hotel, the area is very bad, especially for women and that it would be hard to get a driver to pickup from this hotel at night. It was so much noise, someone jumping over my head at 1-2 am. The hotel was not the cleanest, it has a strange smell. I can go on and on. Overall I will never stay at this hotel again.

Our hotel stay was good. The room was nice, clean and convenient to the attractions we wanted to see. The staff was very helpful and understood our concerns for safety of our vehicle in the area surrounding the hotel. This is a great little hotel, in an unfortunate location.

The place is out of the way, in an area that is very run down, and most definitely not in the city center...there really is nothing there. The motel is average in every respect.

The stay was ok and highway convient so it wasnt a long drive wherever i needed to go. Breakfast was good but wish it offfered bottled drinks but overall wasnt bad...... I would stay again if i had to

Reception staff was not helpful, As per the hotel charges, hotel is not worth, their B/F was not good, they were out of milk everyday. If ask for milk they said other two guests finished the milk at the time of B/F. No professionalism. But Room was clean and cozy, staff was not good.
