Americas Best Value Inn St. Louis Downtown

Hotel room i stayed had multiple issues that were not resolved. I was not told that the maintenance person was out.. finally moved to another room that has no cold water in shower.

Great parking and secure

Do not stay here over charged me bums outside the room toilet broke bugd

DO NOT STAY. BEDBUGS!! This place needs to be shut down.

The single positive is it's in convient proximity to Dome in downtown STL. After that the roomwe were first assigned freaked of smoke(booked a non smoking room) wend back to desk explained the issue and the desk worker did get us another room 30 minutes later that he said was much better. His definition of much better is an entire can of Lysol sprayed in the room to cover the same smoke smell. The sheets were clean and their weren't bugs but only one light worked , the TV had no service , the baseboards were duct taped in place and you could see daylight around the entire door to the outside. Over not awesome, as in if it was burning I would not likely waste my piss to extinguish the fire.
