Great place to stay in SF on a budget and with a car.

Overpriced room. Street and guest noise. No breakfast

Room was clean, and in a great location. The cleaning staff was very helpful and quick to replace anything we needed (towels, trash bags etc) the only real downside is if you’re on the bottom floor. You can hear every little thing from the top neighbors and we neighbors coming in late and leaving early kept us up. Try to avoid getting a room on the first floor if you can.

I’m honestly never written a bad review about a hotel in my life. This was such a waste of money and a terrible experience. First of all the parking was free, but it is first come first serve which I understand however, there was somebody parking in the handicap spot. When we confronted him about it, he said that the manager told him he could park in the handicap spot without a pass. All through the night people that were drinking at the bars next-door were using the parking lot for the hotel and just walking over to the bar. They were not guest of the hotel. Because of that I had to park down the street and pay $25 to park. The workers didn’t seem to care. Aside from that so many things were broken in the hotel. Only one of the electrical sockets worked so we only had one between three people and a bunch of devices. The toilet had a hard time Flushing and the shower door would not even close all of the way. There was no toiletries besides one shampoo and a bar of soap. The TV on the wall was all messed up and didn’t work most of the time. The walls were covered in dirt like they’ve never been clean and the tile was all messed up on the floor. Also, the sink wouldn’t drain. The beds were so uncomfortable and rock hard. And the doors and walls are paper thin. For some reason, they had the housekeeping cleaning the upstairs room at 7 AM and it sounded like they were reconstructing the room with how loud it was. We didn’t sleep at all the two days that we were there,
