The hotel was clean. The breakfast had an amazing selection. The staff was courteous. The pool was on the smaller side, but we were the only ones using it. Plenty of towels. The hotel was quiet. It felt safe with small children. Great stay overall.

Although this property is close to the interstate, traffic noise was very minimal! We got in late from our event and my kids went inside before me while I parked. I was locked out! Thank goodness the lady at the front desk was so nice letting me in. Every staff member was awesome and so friendly. Check in was easy and quick, breakfast was great, and the room was super clean and so comfy. Kids loved the pool and outdoor hot tub. Thanks for everything!

Ashley was great!! So friendly so fast and accommodating! The hot tub was still out of order was the only big bummer! Definitely a great place to stay I will be back for sure.

Staff was great. So friendly and polite. Hotel was super clean. Breakfast buffet was one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve had at a hotel. I wish the sausage gravy & biscuits had been hot. The real disappointment was the pool & hot tub. We were really looking forward to soaking in the hot tub but discovered the hotel does not heat the hot tub in wintertime. This is odd to me…. People still go to hot springs in wintertime why not hot tub? 😵‍💫 The pool was also tiny - like a large swim spa - but well kept. Room was small. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives. This place has such a nice ambiance. If I was not wanting to utilize the pool & spa, it’d probably be 10/10. I would definitely stay here again.

The woman who checked me in was very friendly and made for a pleasant experience. She explained all of the amenities for the hotel which was very useful. The room was very clean and beds are comfortable. The gym is outstanding and has everything and more you could need. Breakfast had many options and was great. I can recommend this hotel enough!

This is my second time staying here. It’s is a new hotel so everything is new. The rooms are quiet. Parking is limited. Breakfast ready at 6am. Coffee is great. The staff are friendly. Fast check in.

Beautiful property and spacious rooms. Hot tub was outside with a nice view, pool was clean. The king size bed was not the most comfortable, which was the only downside. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options, and even gluten free bagels and an oatmeal bar. Would likely stay again if in the area.

Ruth who worked the breakfast area this morning was so sweet and kind. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the gluten-free options!!!!! What a wonderful surprise to have that this morning. The only thing I wasn't so happy about.. the lack of towels. Only 1 washcloth and no hand towels. Other than that, or stay was good.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the standard frequency of the housekeeping was only every other day. Also, the towels were very worn and not absorbent and the bath amenities were limited to the very basics (soap, shampoo, conditioner). Last but not least, the breakfast was limited and unappealing and we used it only when we were in rush. Overall, not what we were expecting from a Marriott and for the $ we paid.

Aesthetically nice hotel. Very new. Room overall nice. Two dead ants on bathroom sink & beard stubble in shower/on shelf upon arrival. Had issues with low water pressure when showering all days. On final day shower was luke warm only on max hot setting. Card reader stopped working on outside door. Had breakfast issue: Had 2 empty plates in my hand (me & my husband’s) and was struggling with a lid, an employee made a snarky remark “Those lids would work better if you weren’t doing 2 plates.” I told her I don’t need that attitude this morning.” Rude. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Rooms geared toward people working remotely, somewhat. Not as cookie-cutter as some rooms.Lots of desk space. Tiny fridge with no freezer. The chintsiest tissue, both bath and facial, I've ever seen! Must be on septic system. No body wash in shower dispenser. Nice breakfast selection and good coffee. Don't go @6:00, everything is still cold. Needs time to warm. Nice, large tv and an actual telephone. Plenty of plug-ins.

We couldn't find something negative about our experience at this hotel if we tried. The front desk staff, the kitchen staff, the housekeeping and environmental staff were all so kind. Not a bad drive to Yellowstone and other nearby hiking. We wish we had more time to stay in the area.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the first room but they were quick and very apologetic and got us into a new room. Overall nice and comfortable beds. Only issue is when it’s windy it sounds like carts are being moved around above or next to your room, not sure if it is just the way the high winds were hitting the building, but that’s out of their control.

This property was accidentally booked instead of a Marriott property I was attempting to book in Texas. I contacted the property to refund the booking. No one answered my concerns and eventually charged my account in full even though I was 1500 miles from there property. Horrible customer service for a lifetime hold member.

I don't usually stay at chain hotels but I really love my stays at this Fairfield (I've stayed here before). It is a great choice and comfortable place. Although the location is on the interstate, there was no noise whatsoever!

Felt like a brand new property. Right off the interstate so easy to find and located on the road into north Yellowstone. Breakfast was 1st class. Staff, from check in as well as kitchen staff were super welcoming, I'll stay here my next visti out west as a staging hotel before or after visiting the park

Maybe the only thing I can say could be improved, would be the breakfast. Each day was exactly the same. I will say, however, that the staff member (an older woman) who took care of the breakfast area was extremely kind, professional, and hard-working. This was the third time I have stayed at this location and I do recommend it.

Really a top notch experience all the way around. Great welcome at the front desk, lots of amenities, clean spacious room. TV included streaming options, which was great. The breakfast was particularly a treat because of the gluten free options.
