Literally was amazed by this hotel! A hidden gem in STL for sure! The staff were all SO friendly, omelets were amazing for breakfast, rooms were clean and well maintained, valet was quick and easy. Just cannot wait to stay here again!

Check-in was at 4pm. We showed up at 5:15pm and the lobby was full of angry guests. Upon checking in, we were told our room was not ready yet due to housekeeping delays. We did not get into our room until 5:50. We had all-inclusive tickets to the Cardinals game and ran about 40 minutes late getting there because the delay at the hotel check-in. Aside from that, staff was nice, room was clean and we enjoyed the stay. Just wish they could've been on time or made attempts to make it right.
