My family and I had a pleasant stay for 4 nights. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Located in a quiet part of St Pete Beach, walking distance to the Don CeSar. The rooftop had a beautiful 360 view and a bar. The pool was clean. The hotel offered bikes, kayaks, and golf cart drop off to the beach. The restaurant in the hotel was great, offering breakfast,lunch and dinner. Overall great stay and recommend staying here for a family.

I specifically picked this hotel for the rooftop bar which the hotel neglected to tell us that an event would be taking place during the dates selected for our stay. When we called down to ask for a refund so we can go find another hotel that allows us to use the amenities, they declined the refund. The front desk did not answer to bring blankets and towels. In addition to the severe inconvenience, the pool was way smaller then anticipated, the pool bar was not open at all, and it was overall an awful experience Do not book here

This is a very luxury and beautiful hotel. I love how big the rooms are. The beach isnt too far away, but the pool is a little small. But had a great view for sunset on the rooftop. only complaints are these 2. There was never enough beach chairs and tents out on the beach, even though we told we were going down everyday, they would just say they were some out there, but people were already out there as well. They need more and better chairs, so were broken when we got there. The other thing is the bed was rock hard, extra firm, too firm for me! But a good hotel, I would stay here again.

Underwhelmed by our stay at this property. Pricing to amenities completely off balance. 1. Pool bar and rooftop bar were never open. 2 Valet is a parking attendant nothing more. My husband was floored they didn’t open the door for me 3. “Bikes” and “beach furniture” not as advertised on their site. 4. Iron and blowdryer very cheap 5. Floors in room need to be mopped regularly. For over $600 a night make the above make sense.

This is a gem on St. Pete Beach. This was my second time staying at The Hotel Zamora within one year. The hotel is conveniently located in an area that I have visited for over 30 years. I gave the hotel 5 stars across the board, but I would like to mention a staffing concern. During the Jully 4th weekend, I believe the pool and beach chair service failed to deliver. One day, we were able to get assistance from valet to get more beach chairs set up on the beach but then valet got busy. We had to wait for the pool staff to respond with beach chairs. The next day, we had to call for beach chairs again because there were not enough beach chairs set up for guests. Finding clean towels at the pool was another challenge throughout the days. I would suggest during busy times, such as holidays or when the hotel is fully booked, there should be two beach/pool on staff as it was difficult to find both staff. There should be sufficient staff because it makes a difference.

We had a great time staying at Hotel Zamora. For the most part the Staff was awesome, especially the valet drivers. The only issue we had was getting enough towels for our family to shower. We had several requests for more towels never show up. Very small issue compared to all the nice amenities throughout the hotel. Air purifiers in the rooms, infused water throughout the hotel, heated pool and hot tub, rooftop for viewing sunsets, several bars if you want to drink, and many more. We weren’t “on” the beach, but it was just a walk across the street where there were chairs and umbrellas for guests to use that were usually enough for us to get some. The beach was great with soft white sand and much less crowded then other areas up and down the beach from us. Overall a great place for families as well as just adults.

Valet parking only which we hated, hotel was understaffed and didn’t open pool bar despite being told it would open while we were there, waited over an hour on breakfast one day, no coffee machines in rooms, only ice machine is very inconvenient getting too, sliding balcony door was hard to slide and didn’t shut all the way, drinks were outrageously priced, 2 of the 3 elevators quit working while we were here, and we were on the top floor. This place is not very family friendly and clearly catering to the upscale crowd. Will not return…

Really nice hotel, crossing the street from the beach, friendly staff. However, the room could be cleaner ( mugs weren't washed when used, carpet and couch was very dirty and stained). Aside from that, the room was nice and spacious.

I was there for 4 days on vacation and never got any housekeeping service, no clean towels, no change of trash in room, no clean linens, nothing. For 4 days housekeeping NEVER showed and nobody told me when I checked in that it would be like that. For more than $400 per night I expect better! This was my go to spot but no more! I actually cut my vacation early and checked out because I was so mad.

I have pictures of the uncleanliness and the shower handle bracket broke and the shower head fell and hit my knee. Mustache and beard trimmings were in the sink and black long strands of hair in the shower. Makes me sick just re-capping the awful experience at such a beautiful hotel. The front desk staff and the manager, were awesome and promised to take care of my stay complimentary however, I was double charged. Once on the card to hold the reservation on Orbitz and also the card used upon checking in.

I love how they have everything in this hotel! Super nice! The only thing I am disappointed by is the attention to details of the cleanliness in the room. Our pull out couch had used sheets. With stains. We had to take them out and put new ones.

House keeping was a huge disappointment during our stay. I had to constantly ask for clean towels, toilet paper, and tissues. Those should have been checked and in our room every day. We had a lot of long black hair in the bathroom which was not ours as we have blonde/brown hair. The rugs need to be cleaned, house keeping really needs to step it up as it was a major fail on their end. When I checked out the person at the front desk never asked how our stay was. Customer service needs to be worked on. Would not stay here again. Valet guys were awesome and very friendly.

The room was spacious and felt brand new. We loved the minimal vibe and it felt very luxe, especially the high ceilings! We also appreciate that the bathroom felt large and that the toilet was so separate from the living space. We appreciated how quiet the hotel felt and the scale of the hotel was just what we wanted - more boutique, not overwhelming. Staff was friendly and helpful. The close access to a seemingly private beach was awesome! Unfortunately didn't have time to eat on property, but the hotel bar/resturant looked nice. Would stay again.

The property is gorgeous. The private beach option woth free chairs and umbrellas is excellent. Bring your own cooler for the beach though, its across the street. No snacks/water close by except for hotel sundry or restaurant. Not a compliant just an observation. It reminded me of being a kid growing up there in the 80/90s. The quiet was very peaceful and fir us much needed. The hotel room was quiet, if we had neighbors, we didn't hear a single noise. The building used to be condos, so the rooms are HUGE, updated and well maintained. The ONLY compliant was the water pressure, but thats the beach for you. The shower had 2 heads, a rainfall and a standard, no tub if you had kids though. It also has valet parking which was fine by us, but when I looked up parking I thought it said on site. So we had to get cash out after to tip. Fortunately, none of the valet were pushy or inconsiderate when we didnt have cash right away. Only mentioning this, since a lot of places are so cashless now that most have it on them.

Stayed at Zamora before so we did again as the grandparents don’t have room for us when my husband and I visit our hometown for holidays. Very disappointed in the renovations-everything is now white and looks like a sterile hospital room; all the charm and character are gone, and they’re still working on a lot-there was drilling and paint and ladders in the hallway, and there was no hot water our first night. The rest of the time, it took running the water for an extended time to get the water to warm up to shower. Paint marks and dust were still all over the bathroom. They’ve taken everything out of rooms like phones, and drinking glasses, so again, it feels sterile and not homey, or “guest-friendly”-imagine having to use your cell to look up the hotel number to go through extensions to get the front desk. It’s a pain. Things were also not great quality this trip-towels were thin and thread-bare, ironing board was broken and we had to ask multiple times for a new one. You used to get wine when you checked in and fruit-infused water and cookies used to be available at all times in the lobby, that’s gone. When we checked in, we were one of only a couple guests in the hotel, and a repeat guest, yet we were given a room that was smaller than our last stay and facing an alley and apartment building next door. The mandatory valet parking was short-staffed so when the restaurant had lots of guests for the holiday meals, we had to wait for 20 minutes. Will not be returning.

Did not compare to a typical hotel chain. The building was very nice and the property was beautiful, however; the walls were extremely thin, our connecting door in our room had about a 1/3-1/2 inch gap so we could hear full conversations our noisy neighbors were having. The beds were very hard, almost table like and the pillows were very flat and small. There was hardly any water pressure nor hot water. The staff when we first arrived were not friendly and dismissive, which was the common occurrence throughout our whole stay in the evening and late morning. The woman working the early morning shift today, 4/16/24, was very friendly, receptive, and should absolutely be working in a luxury hotel. Given the price and the experience we had, we will not be returning. With all this being said, I would not classify this as a luxury or boutique hotel.

Beautiful hotel, nice staff, but the bed was rock hard, the pillows were thin and flat. We both woke up stiff and sore. But the most disappointing was the noise level in the room, we heard not only every car that drove by, but also everything happening in the room next to ours and everything in the hall. It’s as if all the walls were hollow, and zero insulation was used when they built the place. I woke up to two police sirens, a motorcycle, laughter in the room next to us and the sound of someone dropping a utensil on the floor. We both woke up exhausted and needed to change our plans the following day, needing a nap to recharge. We had to check out after just one night opting for a spare bedroom at a family members condo.

So this was the first time staying at this hotel. I prefer the Beachcomber but it is still under construction from the hurricane. So this one was pretty close and reasonably priced so I thought why not give it a try? We stayed 4 nights. The first thing we found it difficult to find the entrance. Then, once we found it and parked and headed up to check in, we were told that there is ONLY valet parking. But there was no one there to valet park? Oh, he must be patrolling the property. So we had to go back down and give the key to the valet driving guy who was still not back but the front desk guy took care of it. The view was just a view of the condos on the other side. And it is not on the beach. You need to cross the street to get to the beach. Also, the front desk staff was not mean, but very indifferent and unfriendly. Every time we passed by, they never greeted us or made us feel welcome. Housekeeping was good, we took care of them and they were good with getting us what we needed. Clean and decent, but kind of a too quiet location for me and out of the way of the main beach etc. I would not stay again unless we don’t have much choice.

Beautiful room, poor service. Did not provide a map a check in. When asked about the beach, no one gave clear instructions. Didn’t tell us how to get beach towels. The listing said private beach access with chairs and umbrellas. What a joke! 5 chairs and 2 umbrellas. We were told they’re ’trying to get more.’ To top it all off- they charged me for my stay. I had booked on Expedia and they also charged the card I used during check in.

Beautiful modern clean and quiet. Loved this place! From the parking valet, front desk to the bar service, everyone was very friendly professional and happy to be there and help in any way. You can tell their employees enjoy their job and it shows in how they interact and show interest in each guest. We live in Tampa and it’s our first time at Zamora and will be back for sure! Highly recommend!

The customer service is not good, they literally act like you are bothering them! Charge $40 for a resort fee but no one even tells you about any amenities. The fridge in our room didn't work, the tv had issues plus had the most bizarre channels & we had 2 towels in our room. We also ate at the restaurant, our waiter was actually nice but the food was not good. I was excited to stay here but for the experience the room is worth about $400 a night if that.

Enjoyed our stayed at the Zamora. Feels like a boutique hotel, but it’s full service. Although not directly on the water, beach access is across the street (9/10). I was hesitant initially as I read some reviews with borderline service complains. Have to be honest we found the service to be just fantastic. From a lovely lady (10/10) in the valet facilitating with information and charging our electric car, to the Latin gentleman putting our beach chairs all with good attitude (10/10). The servers in the restaurant were helpful and the food was pretty good (8/10). We like modern vibes and the rooms were updated, clean and lovely. Only complain is that not much closet space but otherwise 9/10. Some families had their pets, which I found out comes with a $195 fee, but still fair for the level of the place We would stay here again for sure. The beach was like having a private beach and felt private and personal. Lovely hotel.

It was very disappointing to check-in at 4p and find out that our room wasn’t going to be ready until 4:45p. The gentleman at the front desk was doing his best- as he seemed to be the only one at the front desk. But upon handing us our keys hearing ‘I think your room is cleaned’ is not something you want to hear when paying almost $500 a night.

Loved the view of the water and that the beach was across the street. However, it was too cold and windy the days we were there so we didn’t go to the beach. Also, I wish the pool was heated for the winter. We loved the rooftop bar and cute lounge area around the pool and hot tub. The hotel has an upscale look, with nice touches like robes. Great value for the money!

The description I read said beachfront but it’s actually across guild Blvd from the beach. Other than that it was excellent. The service was great from valet to restaurant and front desk. The hotel and rooms were beautiful! I would definitely stay again.

Nice small boutique hotel in St Pete Beach. On the bay side but the beach is easy to get to. Short walk to the Don Cesar hotel. Easy bike ride to Pass-a-Grille beaches. The hotel is quiet and clean with excellent and attentive staff. The room was clean with daily maid service. There is a good restaurant and bar, but no room service. Nice but smallish pool and hot tub area facing the bay.

Great rooftop bar with fantastic views. The restaurant was very good as well. The service from the staff was great and the free bike, kayak and paddleboard rentals was great and very convenient. Great location walkable or short uber rides, easy to find and also close to the pass-a-grille area. Only issue we had was the sounds filtering into our room whether it was from the guest in the room next door, the elevators and voices off the side street.

Overall the property is nice but for the price and in comparison to other "luxury" boutique hotels I have stayed in, there are some things that are lacking. In particular the pool area offered no bar/food service (I was on my babymoon so I wasn't looking for cocktails but if I was I would be very disappointed), also the pool chairs were rather dirty and towels were limited. The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was great but, again, for the property to have just be renovated the chaise lounge was a little dirty and the stopper in the tub didn't work so water kept draining out while I was trying to enjoy my bath. Also, no room service, but I did have breakfast in the restaurant and it was pretty good.

Set my expectations high and was highly disappointed. Rooms are very runned down; furniture damaged throughout the room, balcony had only one chair and was very tiny. Rooftop was never opened when we tried to make our way up, day or night. The restaurant Castile was a horrible experience. Half is menu is no longer offered, ordered lamb over mashed potatoes. Temperature of the entire dish was stale cold and mashed potatoes were a gummy substance. Server took it personal when dish was returned and truly did not make our experience any better. The ONLY positive of hotel was the valet staff.
