The Hotel Zamora

Property was not well maintained. Room was dirty upon arrival. Towels in room were very old and not up to par for the price they are charging. Restaurant was just ok, staff needs to be better trained in all operations of the hotel. Did not like that there was no self parking option. Valet was great but I like to self park, if possible. High price for an average experience!!

The restaurant and rooftop bar in the hotel were great.

very nice alternative to the Pink Palace across the street. has the feel of a nice boutique hotel. very nice rooms and very nice, professional staff. wish the pool was just for hotel guests, not paying public

No liquid shower gel in the shower nir extra roll of toilet paper. After cleaning staff came, still no soap The hand towels are bar rag quality Hallway carpets dirty At times the single desk person had a bit much to do to help all those waiting
