Great location for a Cardinal game or visit to the Arch. We took a quick Uber ride to visit Brewery. The only thing we missed in this property was a pool and/or hot tub

The hotels picture advertises a rooftop with a fire pit. There isn’t in fact a rooftop, also I requested a microwave and checked in and there’s no microwave in the rooms! I paid $213 for one night not to mention a $100 incident fee that’s not mentioned until you check in! Parking is $35 for self and $50 for Valet! Not worth it!

Nice new property. Good service. Clean decently equipped gym. Very modern and quant lobby with a huge TV and areas to lounge. Walkable to Ballpark Village area and good restaurants/bars. Would stay here again.

Great hotel. Location is outstanding, across the street from Busch Stadium, steps from all the restaurants, bars & fun of Ballpark Village and a short walk from the Gateway Arch National Park. Parking is convenient and safe but pricey, which serms to be typical for the area. Rooms are large & cleam as are the modern ensuite bathrooms.

I did not like that. The parking was $40 a night and that it was not attached to the hotel and you had to walk around the corner to the parking garage. The parking garage is shared with the Baseball parking. It reeked of urine. For $40 a night for parking I just would expect it to be more convenient.

Checkin was fine but card key did not work for parking like it should. Both times when I tried. The cityscape sculpture gardens is half a block from there There restaurant that is part of the hotel was employee ignored until Ihe left. Had to call someone over after a 15 minutes went oast. She called someone over she did fantastic job

Great location right next to stadium. Only 2 elevators so some long waits after game lets out. Our room was fine except not sure why they even bothered to put a window in it as all you could see out of it was the side of a parking garage.

The hotel is advertised as having a roof top terrace as an outdoor space. Upon checking in I was told the space was open until 10 p.m. My husband & I were told to "come on out, we are closing this up" by Avion in security at 6:40 p.m.. He couldn't give me any reason other than he was told to. I asked for a manager & he said there "ain't any here for you." The front desk would only say it wasn't open yet?! It was when we checked in, it was when we went out there. I would not have stayed here if I knew that would be unceremoniously told to leave the advertised guest amenity. Hours of availability should be made clear.

If you’re going to a game at the St. Louis Stadium, then it’s perfect however we were not. We went to St. Louis to see an entertainer and then realized there was a game in town. Otherwise, the valet parking was perfect, and the check-in was perfect and checkout was perfect. All of the waiters waitresses were great. Nice rooms. Our room, however, had no view just of another building.

We requested early check in when we booked. I also called and the girl instructed me to check with the desk when we arrived. We knew it would not be guaranteed, the initial guy at the desk was rude & condescending. So we went for lunch and came back. The second guy we talked to later was wonderful, he checked us in & got our room early. Everyone else was very friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable but zero water pressure. When it’s 92 degrees out during a ball game you want to shower but it was VERY difficult. When we checked out we got the rude guy again. Thank goodness that’s a quick interaction because he was the same. He is definitely in the wrong profession. Over all, hotel was nice, great location for a ball game, clean and comfortable. The rude guy and water pressure were the only negatives.

Beautiful room with a stunning view of Busch Stadium! The bed was very comfortable and the blankets with soft, with ample pillows. Didn't hear a peep from the hallways or other rooms, which was amazing since it was NYE and the hotel was booked full! The lobby was beautiful, check-in was easy and the whiskey room was stunning! Great location, 10/10 in all aspects.

We selected the Lowes because of its proximity to the stadium. It was great to park in the garage for the duration and not have to worry about it. Our king room was on the top floor which was great from a foot traffic perspective. Loved the high ceiling! Made the room feel larger than it was. Spacious bathroom, great shower, but needs more towel racks if they want guests to reuse towels (they don't dry well hanging on a hook). Very comfy bed with a backlit headboard and an assortment of full-size pillows. Keurig coffee maker made functioning early more manageable. Slept great thanks to blackout drapes that covered the entire wall, though plan to hear music from the sports village until very late -- bring ear plugs if you go to bed early! :-) On-site restaurant is pricey, but tasty, so keep that in mind when meal planning. Lovely, helpful staff made check-in and checkout quick and easy. We look forward to staying here again!

It is a beautiful brand new hotel, very clean. But the pillows were terrible and I tried all 8 pillows that were in our room. They are “my pillow” type brand pillows with lumpy fill. I cannot understand how a luxury hotel could skimp on pillows.

The hotel itself was great. It was very clean amd comfortable. However, the experience was awful from check in until well after. Check in was supposed to be at 4. Our room wasn't ready so the lady checking us in tried to downgrade our room. When I refused a downgrade since the view was the entire reason for booking the hotel, i was told we would have to wait to get into our room. I was told I would recieve a text when our room was ready. After an hour of not receiving a text, I went back to the front desk only to find out our room was ready. This process made us latr for our evening plans. After checking out, I realized I left my rings in the room. My husband immediately called the front desk and asked if someone would go get them out of the room and keep them until we got back to the hotel, to which he was told "No problem". An hour later we were told they'd have to wait for housekeeping to clean the room and find them. After another 2 hours we went back to the hotel only to be told nothing had been found and there was another guest in our room. After another 48 hours and 6 ohone calls, I was finally able to speak to a manager. He states that he followed up, checked all cameras, and spoke to everyone involved but there were no rings in the room. I have been offered no resolution to this issue.

Second time in a month month staying here first stay was 5 stars but this time was not. For the few rude staff members that seemed to be in multiple positions I do appreciate the few others that tried to apologize for our bad experience. II pre-booked my stay via Expedia while visiting home to see my mother in hospice. Before arrival, I communicated that this was a stressful time, I had not been sleeping much, and I needed privacy with the “Do Not Disturb” request in place. My credit card was on file, and the DND sign was clearly on my door. On the first morning, the little rest I was able to get was cut short at around 8:20 a.m. when a staff member banged on my door for an extended period of time—despite the DND sign. When I called management, they said they would “look into it,” but nothing was resolved. I later discovered the disturbance was simply to replace a bottle of water I had taken from the minibar. A water bottle. After another issue occurred, I had no choice but to check out and find another hotel. Neither the hotel nor Expedia has acknowledged the issue, and both refuse to refund me for the nights I paid for—even though I was checking out early due to their failure to respect my requests. This was an already difficult and emotional trip, and the lack of compassion and accountability from both the hotel and Expedia made it significantly worse.

We picked this hotel for the close proximity to Busch Field (literally across the street). Was also within walking distance of the Gateway Arch. Easy self-park or they had valet available. Very friendly and helpful when choosing parking and checking-in. Room was clean and well laid out. Very comfortable beds and pillows as we both had a great night's sleep. Was going to skip breakfast but glad we didn't. Great selection and very tasty.

The property was beautiful and the location great. However, it was gameday and the food and beverage staff seemed clueless. The rooftop deck right next to Busch stadium did not open until 4:00 on a Saturday 6:15 game time. When it did finally open around 4:30 the beverages were warm because they did not stock the coolers until 3:30 and then realized that they did not work. Not one manager on sight to supervise this dumpster fire. The staff really did not seem to care and were totally rude. Perhaps when things are going awry it would be good to have a manager on duty.

This is the place to stay for Cardinal’s games!! Beautiful hotel and superior staff. Bar service was excellent and the NY strip at the restaurant exceeded my expectations. If you are looking to avoid any post game traffic and enjoy yourself after a game, this is where it’s at!!!

Beautiful Weekend getaway in the city of St. Louis. Prime location for night life as well as sporting events. The bar was a nice area for a nightcap and great service. The breakfast was spectacular...many thanks to the recommendation from the bartendar...You need to try the breakfast potatoes! We will book a room again and recommend to others.
