Staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, and the lady that took our order\served us was wonderful. The coffee maker in the room is my only real complaint It did not work well and made really bad coffee. No coffee available in the lobby.

Bathroom smelled of urine, toilet wouldn't flush a kleenex in 3 flushes. And there were 3 in the room. Ran out of toilet paper had to use said kleenex. The room was hot and musty smelling. Coffee maker didn't work right, and no microwave. Staff was friendly and kind. The hotel itself is beautiful. Beds and furniture in room was comfortable and clean.

The elevators are tiny, and felt like with just two people and luggage it was tight, and they made noises that could create worry in the future. Upon getting to the room, the door wouldn’t open unless we like put force behind it. And then when leaving we had to physically pull the door shut behind us. The WiFi was meh. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room itself felt kind of small. The toilet took its time refilling with water and then would run for hours. The remotes for the televisions sucked, and you had to practically smash the buttons to do anything.
