The people were very friendly and helpful. I thought the morning breakfast was good. The room was ok. It was nice to have a small working fridge and plenty of space. Controlling the temperature of the room seemed difficult as the AC unit blew cold air directly on where my child was sleeping. We found out during the trip that they are removing their indoor pool, which is unfortunate because it looked quite nice.

I searched weeks for the right place for my fiance, myself, and our daughter to stay. We wanted a place with a pool. This trip was so our daughter could spend time with her boyfriend and we would relax by the pool. Well that did not happen and we were extremely disappointed.

It was perfect for our family reunion. Use of the breakfast room for our get together was perfect. I want to praise SHANE for his outstanding help. I had issues with the Internet and he got me through it. He also helped us set up our room. We'll be back next year.

TownePlace has always been my place to if I needed a room but I stayed there on November 13 and the 15th. I got in bed and discovered the comforter on the bed was dirty and it was obvious because it’s white, so I took it off the bed and went on to sleep. I came back a day later and received that same room I was in on that Monday and got in the bed and discovered the comforter had blood on it so I look the comforter over and realized it was the same comforter from Monday night with the same dirt on it. Apparently they didn’t take the comforter off to wash it as the should do every room when a customer checks out. I called front desk and told the clerk and she offered me another comforter and an apology but I feel that wasn’t enough because that was very unclean. Blood on a dirty comforter.

The hotel is advertised as none smoking. My daughter has bad allergies. The room smelled of smoke very bad. We weren’t provided another room instead they bombed it what ever that was. My question is why did housekeeping not notice this. It’s bad because otherwise was ok. But lack of being offered another room will probably stop us from staying again.

I enjoyed our stay the room was very nice and had all of the items needed to make the stay easy and accommodating. There was a group in the room next to us (120) that was being very loud at 3 AM on 02/25/24 so I called the front desk and the issue was resolved and did not have any more issues with that. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
