Expensive for a very basic room. Bed was too hard for me, others may like that. Parking garage was very small and hard to find a spot. Breakfast was basic. I don’t mind basic but not for over $300 for 1 night.

We had a nice stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our kids enjoyed the small saltwater indoor pool, and the rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet—even over a busy holiday weekend. The hot breakfast bar exceeded our expectations with a great variety, including fresh biscuits, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, and more. The hotel is located in a quiet part of St. Louis, and we really appreciated the covered parking garage ($14/night). Would definitely stay here again!

Nice, well run property. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking garage is less than ideal and lacks signage on first arrival. Have to be careful when opening tailgate on SUV due to low ceiling.

Beautiful area! Very convenient and walkable to dining options and for taking the dog out. A special call out to the woman at the front desk who quickly changed our room when we first arrived and I reported that the window shade was broken and would not open. There were several different EV chargers and all were in great working condition in a safe, convenient, clean, underground parking lot. Breakfast had many options and a pleasant area to sit. Our room was a little dirty, but considering we had to quickly change when we arrived I have no real complaints.

Hotel was excellent. Clean, a lot of amenities from the pool, exercise room, bar, and outdoor fire pit. Staff was knowledgeable about the area and offered excellent suggestions. The only thing we did not like was the extremely low water pressure in the shower and sink. Would stay here again.

In general, it was good. The bed was excellent. The iron needed to be clean because it left residue on the clothes. But the Wi-Fi was completely useless. No website would come on because it was so insecure. in 2024 useless or no Wi-Fi is the dealbreaker. For that reason, I would never go back.

Still a comfortable and relatively affordable place to stay in Clayton (although note it’s not really in the Galleria area as billed.) But it’s showing a little wear compared with my earlier visits when it was brand new. The light and alert sound on the legendary waffle maker was broken as was my in/room refrigerator.

Good option in the STL area. In between the airport and downtown. Good breakfast options, gym is in good condition. Hotel room was very spacious. Parking was $12 a night but parking available on the weekend for free outside of the garage.

Nice and clean, nice neighborhood. Close to Delmar Loop which is where the venue we went to was. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the general area.All staff helpful and courteous. Parking garage is nice and accessible but there is a height restriction of 6’3” just a FYI. Will definitely stay there again when back in STL.

Safe, clean, large rooms & in a beautiful neighborhood. Check in was quick and easy. I had my dog with me and there is a little park nearby and lovely residential neighborhood to walk him (or to enjoy for yourself). I’d stay here again.

The room had a window shade that was broken and could roll up. They tried but couldn’t repair it. We were put in a handicap room which had an open showed stall and the water pressure was so low it was hard to get shampoo out of my hair. The breakfast was aoften out of coffe and milk. So disappointing for a Hampton Inn!
