Booked a couple of rooms for a quick getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee was good. They are doing construction so it looks a little troublesome before you walk inside. The gym isn't really worth it and missing some dumbbells , hopefully it will be better after the remodel. Overall it was a good visit and I definitely would book again .

All staff, from the front desk to room service to breakfast staff, were great. Friendly and accommodating. There is some construction going on at the hotel, but other than shrinking the parking lot a bit, it didn't bother us at all. Would stay again for sure!

Check in was a breeze. At the front desk Noah was very friendly and helpful. Gave us extra towels and wash clothes when we asked. Helped us with plates and napkins when we ordered in pizza for our group and ate it in the lobby. The kids had a great time in the pool. The pool was clean, the water was warm and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Parking got a bit full because they have construction going on so some of the parking lot wasn’t available but other than that our stay was great!

Our stay was great. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had some options not seen at other places. Only downside was the parking. A bit cramped because of addition to hotel being built. I am sure once this is completed parking will be adequate.

We were staying for just a short getaway but we enjoyed our time at the Fairfield Inn. There is some construction going on and half the parking lot was blocked off. That was a bit of a nightmare to find a parking spot but everything else was great!

What I loved about this. 1. Room bedding was bright white and clean. 2. Toilet very clean, shower very clean. 3. Room was very spacious. 4. The tea counter had its own sink. All very clean. 5. Floor Rug was not discoloured from dirt etc. the only downside, the iron did not work well. 5. Very good assortment for breakfast. It would have been nice to get some vegan sausages or plant based eggs and brown or grain bread. 6. Staff was great.

Could’ve been cleaner. They were staines on the carpet and chair in the corner. Breakfast was OK. Staff was really nice was probably my favorite part of the whole stay. I also didn’t like that there was a bunch of construction without any prior notice before booking the room. There are shingles all around the property and out my window. It looked pretty bad. I’m sure it’ll look real nice once everything‘s done.

When i arrived it was later, darker in the room, i saw toenails on my bedroom floor. I woke in the morning to notice chipped polish all over my foot area of my bed. They didnt vaccum my room. I notice a giant spider in the bathroom floor.

Oddly, a bad experience. I normally don’t write reviews but this one warrants one. The room layout is the oddest I have seen (104). The bathroom sink drains slow, the shower is insanely low pressure, front office unfriendly during check in. Add construction and a low quality breakfast.

We had to switch our first room. Smelled of smoke. Room size good. However, not as much counter, night stand space as we needed for 4 people. Bathroom-shower low water pressure, small vanity/sink counter, no hair dryer, needed additional towels/wash cloths even though we requested on our reservations. Only 3 pillows on each bed for 4 total people. Also, requested on our reservations. Not enough lighting. Quiet room, requested away from road noise, elevators & ice machines.

Stayed only one night, rainy night. There was water that was running out of the gutters going into the roof - we were in 2nd floor right above the dining area, and there is a small metal roof in front of the room. We had to hear basically till past midnight the water going off the gutters falling right into the metal roof - annoying. We got around 4pm and the first thing we noticed in the room was that noise, but we didn't mind since it was during the day... Wrong! We should've asked to be changed. Get that fixed for other guests, it's really annoying.

The hotel was impressiveky clean and attractively appointed. We thought the imaginative room arrangement made efficient and functional use of the space. The king bed was comfortable and overall it was one of the nicer hotels we have visited.

Great location; clean, easy check-in. Decent breakfast, Requested a top room with booking, did not get at 4:30pm checkin. Said upper floor was full. Noisy rooms- could hear snoring from adjacent room guests. Awakened at 1am with people stomping above us. Finally quit an around 2:30am. Ughh not the best sleep with noise;

I was at the hotel for business and every single staff member I had the pleasure of dealing with was super friendly. They remembered me every day. Some even asked if there was anything they could get me for breakfast even though I don’t think that is part of their job. I was very much impressed by the customer service- you don’t see good service like that much anymore l.

Great location for anything St Louis in town (easy drive) and for enjoying Chesterfield (which is a great area). Staff was super friendly and helpful. Construction occurring, but it really didn’t bother us at all. Great price.

I really liked the nice ambience and feel as soon as I walked in, decorated nicely. The employee staff treated us very well. Also the heated pool was extraordinary, comfortably heated warmly. The location is very convenient to many stores and restaurants also near the highway so it’s steadfast to get to the airport! I would have liked a alarm/clock radio in our room, even though our people of the world rely on our smartphones!:) I especially liked the nice amenities in the bathroom/standup shower! Nice place for adults to stay! 👍😀

We enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn on Chesterfield Parkway, E in St. Louis, MO. However, someone needs to work on the signage and sign placement. We had difficulty locating the Inn after a long flight and then using Google Maps.Larger signs capable of being seen, and not hidden by poles and hedges would have helped us arrive less hassled.

Honestly we arrived after dark and there was some construction on the back side and it didn't look to great at first, but we got inside and it was beautiful, clean and smelled nice. Staff was very friendly room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic!
