I had a good experience here! The host was nice. The only feedback I have is that the pillows that were provided could have been softer. I suspect that some may like firm pillows but my family had a hard time with them. But everything else was fine.

Stayed 1 night

Booked this room a few hours before we came. Called the number to confirm our arrival. No one answered the phone. Texted and called on their regular phone as well as WhatsApp - no replies. It’s showing left on read. No response. Drove to the address - the neighborhood is a scary and absolutely not safe. Kept on calling them and knocking on a locked gate - no luck. Waited there for an hour. No one showed up or answered the phone. Tried getting a refund - they said “the policy is that you have to check in 72 hrs in advance before arrival”,then the question is why Expedia allows to book same day if that’s the case??? DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - ITS A TRASH!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND the only reason we booked this crappy room was because all the hotels were sold out due to a sport event. Ended up driving very far to a Strawberry Hill Hotel.

Kevin and Tasha are good hosts. The apartment looks newly renovated. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is very quiet.
