NOT A HOTEL. this place is a predatory SRO with deceptive marketing, room has roughly the square footage of a medium size living room rug. The beds have almost no padding and are shorter than a normal twin if you get a room with a refrigerator, it is about 6 inches from your pillow and put out a lot of hot air right into your face and not to mention, there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms as well as a service elevator that only goes to the lobby that is a safety hazard with a half wall that any person could fall over leading directly down the lyft in the entire thing is nonfunctional. Don’t get me started on the bathrooms. They are down the hall and the showers have water all over the floor mold on the ceiling and the doors don’t lock as well as the lights are tied to a timer instead of a switch. This place has obvious electrical issues as I could see through the hole in the wall next to the electrical outlet and see un cap wires just hanging together on a zip tie, it’s an absolute miracle. This has not been shut down yet, and I suspect they will be in the very near future unless they fix these glaring issues because this place is physically uninhabitable, also staff at the desk is completely nonexistent I needed to get a replacement room key because I lost mine and nobody was around to speak with so I called the phone number on the desk and they told me I would need to pay a fee to get replacement. Literally stay anywhere else except for here. You’ll be thanking me

Room, restrooms, and showers were clean. Staff was nice. Best part is the location. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Not a far walk from the BART station.

I have stayed here multiple times I've never been held accountable for a deposit, but somehow and for some reason I was charged $100 for a place that I've never given any problems, I called the front desk and asked to speak to a manager but nobody was available, and then I was hung up on multiple times
