special praise and gratitude to CANDACE on Reception who (back in April, the 23rd) was very kind to a weary, elderly traveler (me, in my 70's!). I had traveled from Jo'burg to Frankfurt (8 hour delayed stopover) to SFO and was exhausted. Candace showed such empathy - big thank you!

The coffee service inside my junior suite was laughable. That’s not a cup of coffee. The espresso machine is fine as a 2nd option, but having a large mug of coffee is what most travelers want. I had to call for multiple refill pods, and even then they brought me the decaf pods.
