Check in was easy and quick. Questions were answered knowledgeably. Our room was very nice. Breakfast was chaotic with only few places to sit and small selection of food. The hotel's location is great, near restaurants and close to the pier.

The employees make this hotel. From the greeting at the valet to Alice at reception we felt very welcome. One afternoon we called because our television wouldn’t turn on. We called the desk and Jonathan said he would send up Javier who reset the tv and we were able to watch some Olympics. My friend asked if their afternoon cookies were done and Jonathan said they would be done in a few minutes and he actually ran a few up to our room. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was roomy with a great shower. The location was the best. Just a short walk to everything; amazing restaurants, the art festival, farmers market and the pier. We had a wonderful long weekend in downtown St. Petersburg.
