Very nice, clean hotel. Beds were very comfortable and with the pull out couch, slept 5 easily. Continental breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Pool was very small, only real issue with any of the amenities.

. The pool was kinda of small and we heard someone walking above us all night. The 2nd night we heard nothing. But other than that it was a perfect stay for my family. Beds really comfy, breakfast was great, fresh baked cookies at night. Staff super friendly.

Great for our family trip. Easy drive to attractions including grant farm, city museum, arch and zoo. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Pool is smaller, there is no hot tub if that is important to you. Nice gym.

The Hotel is under 10 years old. It still looks grand opening ready in the lobby and the building. The shower, however has mold under the shelfs and corner's. Needed some help all in all , A nice stay.

Nice overnight hotel and comparably priced for the area. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Location is great. The only issue was the shower had not been fully cleaned and I had to rinse it down. Rest of the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if in the area.

The room seemed nice upon arrival. However, when we got ready to go to bed that night and pulled the covers back, there was a blood stain on the sheets. Someone came to change them after we called the front desk. We were only offered points after this mishap.

We have stayed here many times and the only issue I had this stay was I requested a top floor room which we didn’t get so we had a heard of elephants over our heads for 2 nights. I would understand if the hotel was at capacity but the parking lot we could see had at most 6 cars in it most nights.

Room smelled a bit at first. Probably due to it being empty a day or two. Nothing overwhelming though. Staff were all courteous. Area wasn’t too bad but coming from Baltimore I wasn’t nervous. Right off the highway and on weekends they have a guard on the road leading to the hotel. Interesting. Only real issue was the a/c. I have to admit that I do like my room freezing. The a/c kept the room a comfortable 70 degrees and would not stay at 65. It would keep going to the auto setting. A few nights I woke up sweating and had to reset the thermostat over again. Wry annoying

Overall excellent as expected. A couple power outlets didn’t work but still plenty for what we needed and everything else was fine. Still gave it 5 stars across the board. I always look for a holiday inn express when traveling and will continue to do so!

I did not like the flashing alarm light above bed in line of site nor that there is NO insulation between floors. We were rudely awakened by the person upstairs who sounded like they were coming through the roof.

Wow. They deserve their high rating. Staff was very attentive and worked to get me into a new room when we had an issue with the shower door. High wear equipment will eventually break, and it was barely an inconvenience. They even offered to move my luggage for me. Great walk in shower with good pressure, great breakfast that went fast but was quickly restocked, and a clean room.

The staff was so very kind. I had broken my leg and they offered to get me a wheel chair and take me to my room. They were very helpful at breakfast and when we needed an extra pillow. They even had cookie hour every night with warm cookies and cold milk!

Everything was good! Cookies and milk at night, super cute for kids. Staff was very nice. Only downsides was the pool was small & the room was very muggy from the air not being on when we entered and didn’t ever get cold during our stay. Overall a good experience.
