Loved access to the tennis and outdoor pool club during the day. Indoor common facilities are very nice although slightly dated. Banquet food was OK. Our room was very comfortable. Slept great after a fun black tie event. Lighting in the room sucked. No bueno for doing make up. lol. Overall it was great

We had a great stay. Two words of advice for anyone staying Friday night into Saturday - 1. The luggage carts might be used by wedding parties having onsite events so plan your checkout accordingly and 2. The indoor pool is shared by the athletic center and has a water aerobics on Saturday mornings. My boys were disappointed that they took up almost all of the pool and my boys couldn’t jump in like they wanted to.

The hotel was rundown and dirty; stains on carpet and worm furniture in the lobby and halls. Our room has stains on some fabrics like lamp shades and wallpaper. The shower could have benefited from a bleach spray. The indoor pool was dated and had tiles missing and coming off. Not what I expected from a 4 star convention center Hilton.

Beautiful hotel, several areas to relax in comfortable sitting area. Very accommodating staff. Convenient location to access Hwy 40. Breakfast spread is spectacular. This hotel is clean and an extreme value for the price. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Near the police station. Very safe.

I wouldn't book with hotels.com. we arrived at a doubletree in st louis for a nice night away and after the evening entertainment we arrived to find our bed was covered in old blood stains. A completely white duvet and cover went unnoticed. Then we are refused a refund because hotels.com does whatever the hotel decides. So apparently doubletree st louis doesn't mind the guest arriving to BODILY FLUIDS on your guest bed at their hotel. Thanks Doubletree St Louis for really making our stay terrible and we even Get to pay for it. THANK YOU.

My stay was for five nights and was excellent from start to finish. I had a late check-in (around midnight) but had e-mailed ahead to advise of delayed flight and was greeted by name upon arrival. I had a deluxe king room which was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Had no problems at all during my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time I’m in St Louis.

The lobby and surroundings were good but the room was not worth the price . The air conditioning air was directed to the bed and there was no way of changing it. The shower gel and body lotion were empty. There was a used pod on the coffee machine. The room was dark even with all the lights off. . It did not looked neet.

Selected as it said it was a four star and no five stars in the area outside of town. First off, no way it’s a four star. Maybe back in the 90s. Furniture dirty. Substantial crumbs on already very stained chair/sofa. Tub/shower requires a 24” step over which felt unsafe. Paper thin walls which might have been a problem due to the loud neighbors but the inside AC fan unit was even louder. In town for a concert. Better to stay in the city and uber in and out.

The hotel is dated but that’s not a dealbreaker for us as long as it is clean and functional. The tub did not drain properly, there were stains in the ceiling. We had a king suite with sofa bed which we had to call down to get linen for. We asked for linen at 6:03 and didn’t get it until 8:50pm. The room wasn’t at all big enough for the sofa bed because when it was extended there was no walking room at all. Plus the mattress on the sofa bed looked to be from 1990 and squeaked with EVERY move. We also found a children’s book bidding under the mattress of the sofa bed… I would NOT recommend.

The space was great, but this place really needs a refresh. The lobby was nice, but our room was very dated, and the furniture was worn out. Service was great, but we paid a little extra for a suite that was in really poor condition. All is the furniture was stained, the decor was dated, and the cabinets or whatever they were below the tv were worn out. The photos below are an example, and all of the furniture was in this condition.

I booked a room for 4 people: a king and pull-out couch. In order to use the pull-out, we had to rearrange the room to get it to fit when open. There were no sheets on it, so I requested bedding from the front desk. I was provided 2 flat sheets and one pillow. When I stated that we needed another pillow and a blanket, he said he would come back with one but never did. The mattress on the pullout was so thin that you could feel every wire and spring. It was not a comfortable stay.

we were not allowed to check in until close to 5pm because the room wasn’t clean. They stated the previous person checked out super late. First attempt to check in we were told 40 minutes and when we returned we were told another 40 minutes. when we got to our suite there was a used coffee cup, garbage in the garbage cans, toilet paper not on the holder, a womans watch band on the floor, surface of tables not wiped down, and no bedding for the pull out sofa. A maid walked in our room around 10:30 the following morning and check out was not until noon. we requested to check out 12:30-1:00 and were declined.

It was catastrophic. Just before this I’d come from out of state to say goodbye to my beloved Mom over the last 4 days of her life. When I arrived at THIS hotel 5 days later upon returning for her Memorial Services tracking place the next morning I was forced to wait TWO AND A HALF HOURS for the room I had reserved. I had arrived 45 minutes AFTER the check in time. Calling from the ONE AND A HALF HOUR point forward had me increasingly desperate. It only became ready after my final time being put on hold for over 5 minutes - during which I marched into the lobby and begged as I sobbed aloud for them to please give me my room. I can only guess they were embarrassed in front of the small crowd of other people in line to check in. It was humiliating as I had nowhere else to go nor the emotional capacity to look elsewhere at 6:15 pm on a Friday. The room lacked several standard modern amenities. An expensive room service meal and nice bed in a clean room were small comfort when my Mom’s Memorial Services would be taking place less than 16 hours from entering the room I’d reserved.

We were originally assigned to a room that wasn't the category that we booked. After returning to the front desk to question the room assignment, the situation was handled quickly & professionally. I couldn't have been happier. The hotel bar had wonderful service & great food & drinks. The hotel is clean, comfortable, & in a great area of town. 5 minutes from a huge entertainment, shopping, & dining district.

This hotel exceeded every expectation I had, I knew it was going to be nice but it was a blast! The services on site (full rec center, huge pools, ice bath, sauna, hot tub, did I mention a full rec center with a teen game room even.) we will be staying here again for sure. The breakfast buffet was amazing also, fresh made omelets and great bacon and everything else. Great place and staff!

Door lock batter failed and the manager has it fixed quickly. Also the bartender was awesome and the bar food was great. The Starbucks had a limited menu but that was the only disappointment
