The top sheet in the room had a yellow stain, called 3 times not resolved. Called several times for more pillows and Luggage rack. Waited for almost 2 hours, the front desk staff, ( that I with were rude and not helpful. One example called to request a late check out and the lady I talk to huffed and said check out is noon. Asked if there was a legit reason for the request and said never-mind you need to be out by noon. I have stayed here before and had an amazing experience, for the cost I should have never had to deal. You can be sure I will never stay here again and tell everyone to his the Marriott. Just very upset by this experience

Hyatt has a lot of amenities available to any guest, even if you're not a member. Which is very nice. I would have given 5 stars but the pillows were awful, all down no firm ones at all. So they would just squish and flatten into nothing. There is no microwave and the refrigerator is very tiny. The biggest problem for us personally was no in room A/C. There is a thermostat that allows you to turn on a fan that wafts a gentle breath of cool air from the ceiling vent. Big difference from having a unit in room that you can control. There was a light mildew smell but it wasn't overwhelming. Otherwise a very nice king corner room ,excellent staff, and a lot of amenities. Also the best hotel room coffee I've ever had

The valet staff was helpful in finding a self parking garage, which was right across the street and the best price. The front desk worker was quick and friendly and never said our room number out loud, which I like. They gave us a $15 credit for the hotel market, which we used for breakfast. The coffee and breakfast sandwich were very good! The room was clean and comfortable, but the shower doesn't have a full door so the floor may get wet.
