21c Museum Hotel St Louis

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. We enjoyed walking around the property. We paid to park in the lot behind the hotel to save some money. Nice walk to the center.

The staff was excellent, I want to point that out first and foremost from the valet to the front desk. However, the bed was hard, the pillows were harder, and the A/C unit made a loud knocking/clicking noise for 20 seconds every time the unit cycled. Also, the phone in the room did not work, so I couldn’t call the front desk, etc. I was exhausted when I got back to the room at 11PM (me and my wife were there for a sports event) and didn’t have the energy to address the phone/super loud knocking from the A/C. We slept a very restless night, checked out and went home. For $252.00 for one night I expect a lot more comfort and amenities in a room. Unfortunately next time we are in St. Louis for the night or a few days (which is 4-5 times a year) we will not be staying here. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone with a price tag that high, the quality was of a super 8 with the price tag of a four seasons.

It would be great if there is more food options, Asian food . Other than that, all good , we enjoyed staying here, thank you and see you next year when vex world championships time again.

This is my second time staying here,the first time was great no complaints.this time was different.The WiFi wasn’t working we were told by the front desk it was “running slow” 2 hours later still nothing.We called a customer service number and was told to contact the front desk and they would fix it well the man behind the counter was very rude about the whole situation. The next morning I talked to a manager she was great and took care of the situation. The hotel itself was great but not so much customer service

Hotel was very dirty and unkept. Seemed like entire hotel wasn’t maintained or cleaned very well
