This is a very new hotel and consequently in very good condition. It was the first time in a long time that my wife and I stayed in a "suites" hotel meaning it had a functional kitchenette, full-size microwave, standard refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, and a dining room table with four chairs. We were only staying for one night but will definitely consider a TownePlace Suites the next time we need a multiple-night stay in a hotel.

I like that it is in a quiet area. I did not like the fact that there is no roof overhang for loading and unloading from your car. It was raining when we left and we got soaked.

Very nice and quiet it’s easy to find parking and the employees are very friendly. Rooms were nice but a little small if you get a king size bed with a sofa bed, but some rooms very in size I guess since my sister got the same type of room, but it was bigger.

It is a nice place. Location has restaurants a short drive away and shopping also. It was very quite on the weekend we were there. Bed was very comfortable.👍👍👍 AC is either cold or room is stuffy. Shower floor and around walls in shower could use MORE attention. Night stands need to be wiped down better. Shower head not good. Also I know the design of the shower is really stylish, however water sprays out on to the floor and wall. Not good design. Also they need exhaust fans in the bathrooms, to get humidity out. I always clean shower floors and laboratory area before using. Breakfast can be improved on, but ok. I have stayed at other locations similar issues. Over all I recommend good place to stay. Would stay again no problem. 👍👍 1/2 thumbs up out of 3 We used Expedia and it worked out ok.

I have loved this place and stayed here probably a dozen times but it is starting to show its age unfortunately. There was mold on the bathroom mirror and paint cracking in the room and caulk coming away from the window. Just needs a refresh. Not sure how old the place is--the staff is always super friendly.

The front desk staff were phenomenal. They were very friendly and approachable, and offered a lot of information about the area. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed that greeted me by name when calling the front desk, and it made my stay feel more personable. Breakfast had limited items, but it was delicious. An outlet mall is located behind the property, great for shopping! Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The afternoon/evening desk clerk who checked us in acted like we were a bother and she did not want to be there. Not very welcoming but all the other staff was very friendly. The breakfast is horrible. It made both of us sick. Very little options if you are allergic to eggs like I am. Need more variety on breakfast options .
