Small but safe & efficient. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Security present 24/7, loved that! Only thing I would change would be a peep hole in the door so I can see who’s at the door if someone knocks, doors that lock when leaving without using key & water temp was not hot on my second day. Wi-Fi was perfect, cable was perfect, bed was comfortable, room was clean & I loved the bathroom. I would recommend & I would stay again for sure.

The staff was nice and the property was clean. Some staircases had no handrails and some of the steps and floors were uneven which made for unsafe settings. Parking was awful. Overall, the place is average.

A front desk was listed 24/7 at the property . The staff could be called but the only regular contactI had was with the friendly helpful security guard and parking monitor . He was helpful and watched out for me .

What I liked was the fact that there were nearby restaurants, shopping malls which were all in walking distance but this hotel which really gives motel vibes was not worth the price , it is poorly constructed, no elevator and alot of stairs, my partner and i felt like we were going into a cave, the rooms are stuffy, there is one window in the bathroom. The room does not even a small refrigerator or microwave, the closet was poorly designed, you also have to ask for an iron and it was difficult to get it because you have to come out of the building to go look for this one man that seems to do everything from check in the guest to performing security dutues at the front of the property which is not inside the same building, so it was difficult to find him at times when I needed something plus there was no cleaning person to ask to have the towels changed or bed sheets changed and when we had checked in the toilet paper seemed to have been used so there was some left on the role but no additional just incase we needed it. Anyhoo, I could go on& on but i think i have said enough for a company who is actually on an international market for their modeling agency. You need to do better, this place is in need of alot of fixing. Please read the reviews and make some changes.

This property is in an ideal location in New Kingston, near to banks fast food and The Knutsford Express..Easy access to other forms of transportation.. The rooms were clean but felt small and cramped..The bed was comfortable.The walls were of drywall and could hear conversations in the next room.. The bathroom was clean but I had to squeeze my way inside there was little space to get behind the door to the toilet The parking is extremely tight. The security guard seems to be the management.. There was no one there to answer questions after hours. Nor did I see an office/ front desk.

1. Safety issues are my concern when driving in from the busy Trafalgar Rd onto the premises or leaving the premises.There should have been a separate In and Out gateway. 2. The room I was in had 1 electrical outlet in the room and 1 in the bathroom. The microwave could not reach the plug.

It's a great stay if you are passing through Kingston for a night or two. They host a local DJ night on Wednesdays if you're up for it. Dispite having not a restaurant, there is a small snack bar on property. There's also a rather tiny Peter Tosh museum on the premises.

Pretty sure i got ringworm from the bed at this place. Absolutely brutal

No hot water, no refigerator, no ironboard, no frontdesk service, bathroom very small. Toilet clogs up all the time. Do not waste your money using this property

The location is amazing. The place was very clean but room was barebones. There was no night table, dresser, bed side light, fridge, coffee pot or kettle in the room. The gentleman working was kind enough to find me a kettle and a cooler to put a few things. The bathroom is extremely small. I couldn’t open the door wide because the sink blocked it. It was difficult for 2 people to go into the bathroom for any reason. For an overnight it is ok but for a few nights like we did I wouldn’t do it again.

The property is centrally located the room was clean except that there were ants in the bathroom and no hot water. The only person I saw to make a report to was the security guard who said he would have it dealt with but never happened. Not sure if I would recommend to others

I was glad for the location and that they had security I did not like that the space for using the toilet had limited leg room even for me who is 5'3" The bed linens did not appear fresh and the overall state was not clean and I saw roaches in my room

The property is clean, has comfortable bed, warm water, convenient location, very clean and quiet even though you are in the heart of Kingston. The downside is that the bathroom is small and no iron is in the rooms plus you have to get breakfast outside so ideal if you don’t need those.

Nice location. Very small one bedroom though . The room with two beds is a bit more manageable to move around though as I had the one bedroom.

Had a great stay. Very clean hotel with attentive staff. Great location and good value for the price. The walls of the rooms are super thin however so privacy may be an issue for some.

The Rooms were clean and modern, the AC worked well and the bathroom was nice, but there were a few things that made the stay okay and not great. There is no front desk check in, the security guard checked us in and led us to our room. The Wifi was very weak and would cut out often. There was only one lock on the door, and the walls were very thin, we were woken up multiple times by noises from adjoining rooms.

The room is big and clean my only problem was the WiFi wasn’t working good at all, the location is perfect 👍 hey the security was so helpful we didn’t want to drive to burna boy show and he get us a taxi as we step out.

The staff ' Danille ' she was really bad.. Zero customer service.... bad attitude... Just bad as a staff and as a person. The security plus the cleaning lady were good. Room clean but no hot water..

I booked this at 10AM the day of checking, so I’m not sure why when we arrived at 9:20PM after a much long exhausting day we were advised that our room was not ready. If my husband wasn’t so tired I would’ve left and went elsewhere. We booked this place for convenience and this wasn’t convenient at all. The old gentleman who was in charge of checking us in was very polite, however the owner needs to do better because it wasn’t his fault the room wasn’t ready but in my opinion hers. Completely unacceptable, you had over 11 hours to prepare the room! There should be no reason why check-in is in the afternoon & when we arrive in the night the room is STILL not ready. The gentleman had to accommodate us with another room that was prepped but wasn’t hours when he saw how long she was taking. I would’ve stayed here again if it wasn’t for that but it’s clear the owner is unprepared to accommodate guests in the manner in which they should. For that I would not stay here again.

This was a good experience, friendly and helpful staff that checked me in with no delays

The highlight of the stay is the security staff. It’s the only staff on premise. I have had to endure a backed up over flow toilet for two days and was reduced to using public are toilets night and day. I’ve had the same towels and linen the entire stay. There is a tea kettle but that’s it no cups nothing else. The TV has not worked one min during the stay. If I had recourse I would ask for my money back . this facility should not be listed as a hotel much less a 3 star. You can only hurt hotel. Com brand if you continue listing it as such. Did I mention the infestation of ants and ZERO room service?

I had a wonderful time at Pulse Rooms. The location was perfect with easy access to all the places I needed to visit. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and made me feel at home in such a short time. The bed in the room was super comfortable with all the amenities I needed for a great stay. I would highly recommend Pulse Rooms at Trafalgar to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay. Thank you for a great experience team Pulse! I will be back soon!

Stayed at Pulse Rooms and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms given the price. I loved the wall painting in my room as it was absolutely beautiful and added a touch of elegance to the space without being too overwhelming. My wife and I headed to Devon House just five minutes walk away to get delicious ice cream. Highly recommend the flavour rum and raisin.

My stay was great ! I was close to lots of shops and restaurants . Museums and the popular Devon house was close to my location. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful - I needed to get help with transportation for tours and they helped me with a personal driver . The room was well Appointed , modern and quiet. I would definitely stay again when I travel to Kingston .

Quiet no frills hotel in a pretty decent area of Kingston. Not a lot of conveniences on site but there are quite a few restaurants and shopping nearby. Taxi service and buses are easily accessible. The room was clean so I had no issues. Only downside is that restaurants are closed by 8 pm and no room service available. Overall I had a good experience.

Good location to explore Kingston and surrounding areas. Lots of options for food and nightlife

I had a great stay at the Pulse Rooms. During my visit I was able to attend Mixtape Wednesdays, a dancehall retro event at the property. They completely transformed the parking lot in a live DJ mix station with a bar. The vybe was absolutely wonderful and I enjoyed every bit of it. Surprisingly I could not hear a thing that was going on in my room when the music started. The staff was also helpful and WiFi very reliable.

No reception area, small and narrow hallways, small rooms, bathrooms were ill designed- unable to open the door fully. No hot water. Not breakfast and no options were provided on where to locate breakfast. I felt unsafe as there were no escape points in case of a fire. Multiple doors - some were not numbered as rooms- so it was a weird layout. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

This property meet all my expectation,was clean and the bed was comfortable,everthing works well and i felt safe, was walking distance to supermarket,restaurant,emancipation park etc if not driving just 1m walk on the side road for a affordable taxi,location is very convinient,i recommend to anyone visiting or even locals.
