Awful experience. Dirty room, alarm clock went off in the middle of the night, gym only had bikes, and the coffee maker exploded grinds all over. Really not worth the price.

I really love where the hotel is located. I wish they had parking. Unfortunately, we had to pay extra at a contracted garage. The hallways can be loud, the room we were in is very close to the elevator so the sound of it running is a bit annoying but no biggie. We loved our stay. Eric and the other staff were courteous and quick to provide service.

We had a very nice stay here at Infinity, it’s definitely one of the more up to date places to stay in the area. The hotel had a very modern and clean feel and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The only downside to our stay is the crime in San Francisco. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT renting a car while staying here. The parking garage suggested by Infinity that is 250 feet away is unprotected and easily accessible from the street and your rental car will be an extremely easy target like ours was. We returned to our car on the morning we were to leave only to find a smashed rear window. Please use a rideshare only when staying here.

Hotel is nice and newish, in a good location. Rooftop terrace has excellent views and the staff were all very friendly. Twisted Cafe nextdoor is well worth a go for breakfast.

Roof top bar was nice to have, along with a couple of fire pits. Walls, ceilings and windows were THIN and could hear EVERYTHING from outside/above/next to my room.

Great option if you want to stay in the Cow Hollow/ Marina Bay Area. There is a separate sandwich shop adjacent to and connected to the hotel that was very convenient.

I don't know if it was just our room that this applied to. The property looks lovely on the outside & has a convenient coffee shop attached, however the hours open were not convenient. We were given a ground floor room that I didn't like. The floor of the room was dirty with stains & sand. Walls are paper thin. You can hear people talking outside & also hear bathrooms in other units.

Room was clean, amenities were appreciated. If you aren’t a Hilton rewards member, they do charge for water bottles. Check in/out process was simple. They had my room ready early which was also nice. Parking is limited with a small garage across the street that is shared among all the business near by.

Most rooms don't have windows to the outside. The 1st room I was given was like a dark prison cell, which made me feel claustrophobic. If I hadn't been moved to one of the rare rooms with a window, I would have checked out. I was very happy with my 2nd room: wonderful bed, great toilet with built-in bidet, very clean.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my trip. Everything I needed or wanted was within walking distance. I stayed in a deluxe king room. It was spacious, clean, and had nice amenities. The bathroom included a shower in the oversized sauna - a relaxing perk! Overall my stay was great. I'd happily stay here again.

Cute hotel, convenient location. Front desk staff are great, nice view from the terrace. The downside: the rooms with two double beds jammed into them means that the air conditioner is about 6 inches away from the side of one of the beds and blasts the poor occupants of that bed all night long with frigid air. Sounds kinda nice if you’re a hot sleeper, but the novelty wears off after thirty seconds. When the air conditioning isn’t running the beds are really hot. And it’s noisy - can hear everything happening in the hallway and when people are walking in the room above. Also, the parking garage around the corner is handy but if you read the google reviews for it you’ll read that it’s a regular spot for breakins.

The positives were the outdoor spaces on the 4th floor and outside lobby. The primary negative was how noisy the room was. The entrance to the rooms are from an outside corridor where sounds from rolling carts, suitcases are quite loud. The architecture is odd in that most rooms don’t have outside windows so you are looking out at the corridors. Also there is this open air space in the middle of the room configuration where you can look down to the patio. Our room was near a corridor that looked down to the patio and the noises traveled up from below. Other issues were Expedia indicated there was a free breakfast buffet but there isn’t any restaurant associated with the hotel, there is a coffee shop next door.

Tiny rooms and SO loud. You could hear nothing but stomping and doors slamming all night. The guy working the day we checked in was helpful but the woman working the night we stayed was so unfriendly. Wouldn’t even say hi.

My first night was rough, as the vibration from the air con was intolerable, it was not just my room I could hear the one above after I turned mine off. I complained to the front desk in the morning. I did not know what they did, they fixed it. The rest of my stay was excellent. I wanted to highlight the staff was awesome, Diane and the gentleman helped us to check out, luggage storage and even proactively talked to the non-guest car occupying the loading zone. They provided 5-star services to compensate the hardware flaw. The breakfast at the Cafe is wholesome, we had our breakfast there every morning after we discovered it.

Lovely staff and hotel. Clean all around and we even got to check in a few hours early since the room was ready. Price and quality match. It's a great neighborhood - safe and close to a lot stuff. If you're not sure where to stay in SF I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Infinity Hotel was in a great area. Walking distance to Chestnut and Union Street where all the good restaurants are located. The Staff was really nice and took care of all our needs. There was also a great coffee shop located next to the hotel.

I will definitely return and continue to recommend the Infinity hotel to anyone :) reasonably priced, awesome location, walkable, great dining and night life options nearby. The front desk staff was always kind, friendly, and attentive. The room was cozy and stylish. I was happy to have a heater in the winter. I can’t recommend it enough :)

Hi! This hotel had very kind front desk staff that was available when needed. We had a rental car and they let us park it out front while we unloaded and freshened up to head back out. You would need an uber to get to the Pier and there are just random things around like a Verizon store, a burger shop, etc. It’s not in the middle of things. I do suggest if you take a left when you walk out and go straight it’s a bit more scenic, restaurants and stores. We had a 3rd floor room and it was a little noisy as you can hear people from the patio. The room offers earplugs which came in handy! There is also no dining room service. There is a cafe downstairs though. There is no travel hairdryer in the bathroom. If you want something with room service and lots of amenities this wouldn’t be it. This hotel is clean and the shower had great water pressure. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend.

This is my new favorite hotel in SF. It was definitely the nicest area of SF I've ever stayed in (and living in Sacramento, I come to SF a lot). The area was clean, walkable, and the hotel looked beautiful from the outside (and inside). It had a great cafe and coffee shop downstairs, and the food and coffee were both awesome. Not going to lie, my group was a wild bunch, we were there for my friend's 30th and may have came crawling back at 6 am on Sunday morning... There were always free water bottles right when we walked in, which was a god send for our group. However, the staff at the hotel was what really made it great. Diane, who worked the front desk had the funniest dry sense of humor, and we were all cracking up every time she dropped us a one liner. Even Naveen, who had to come knock and tell us to quiet down at 3 am, was great. All the staff members, even at the cafe, were super cool and remembered our names (& had jokes!). The vibes were great, rooms were nice, and overall experience was amazing. Thank you, Infinity SF!

Was looking for a place that felt safe and comfortable. The hotel itself was clean, nice decor and fun amenities. Loved the peloton room and the in-room steam showers. The hotel seemed a bit noisy at night with closing doors and people talking early in the morning. Enjoyed all the neighbor restaurants near by.
