Nice place to stay. No complaints about the hotel itself. We were so disappointed there was no shuttle option to get us from the airport to the hotel. We are older and arrived after midnight. A shuttle would have been so appreciated.

Limited parking. Mainly for trucker! House keeping purposely skipped my room. There are adjoining doors in every room leading to the next room. Some all access. Very problematic. If you get back after 9 PM any night you won’t have a parking space. And I believe people live on the property. Not recommended

This property is advertised as part of the airport experience yet it has NO shuttle service to the airport!

Nice property. Location is allright. Expedia advertised that the hotel offers a shuttle transportation to the airport but it doesn’t.

Did not have adequate parking. In a torrential rain, was directed to overflow parking in a lot on the other side of another hotel while vans and trucks with trailers were allowed to take up 4 spaces. When I spoke to the front desk, the lady just looked at me and did not say a word. Room was adequate, breakfast dismal.

The most disappointing thing was the condition of the bedding which isn’t comforting since I always want to sleep in a clean bed. The sheets didn't seem the cleanest & as I looked further, the comforter had a blood stain on it (a decent sized stain). We were very grossed out by this. There were also stains on a couple of the towels as well.

It took about 5 minutes for someone to assist me at the front desk. The hotel lobby area is clean, but my room was old and smelled musty. The bathroom had hair in the shower. It's not the cleanest place, and the people checking in and around the area looked questionable.

Our room had dirty tissues and long black hairs in the shower. Unfortunately, we checked in later at night and have to wake up for a very early morning flight so we are just making do and cleaned up as best we could to make it feel clean.

Meticulously stripped bed for evidence of bed bugs but room was totally pristine. Service was good. Room Was clean and decent.

I was really impressed with how clean and well kept this hotel was. It was one of the cheaper options but still one of the better hotels I have stayed at! We will be using this as our go-to when we travel to St. Louis. Staff was also very polite.

The bare basics were fine: the air conditioner and shower worked, there was no visible mold or hair within the room. However, there was a lot left to be desired. When I arrived, I waited about 8 minutes at the front desk to be checked in because no one was there. This was around 6 PM. The microwave door wouldn't close, the refrigerator did not work, the pillowcases were threadbare and had some snags, and the walls are literally PAPER THIN. I have stayed in many hotels and expect a certain level of noise. However, I could hear every word of my neighbor's phone call, along with their loud snoring throughout the night. The road noise is very loud, as well. In the morning, the fitted sheet had slipped off one side of the bed and there was a LARGE reddish/brown stain on the top/side of the mattress. I did not see this until it was too late and I'd already slept in the bed. For a decently rated hotel, I was very disappointed.

I wouldn’t stay here again for multiple nights. One night to rest your head, sure. But that’s it. Beds are ok but they could easily upgrade the experience by buying bedding that isn’t pilled, etc. Rooms need a thorough cleaning. Lots of stains and what looked like feces and boogers on the bathroom walls. Friendly staff and close to airport. All of the toiletries were empty and frankly, the bottles looked disgusting so I wouldn’t have used them anyways. Also, there is limited parking in the parking lot. So if you don’t park by 7-8pm, you won’t have a spot.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was easy to the airport parking. My only concern was the bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on.

Small rooms but clean and quiet.

this is a perfect place for a quick stay to get to the airport for an early flight. Unfortunately, our flight was so early we did not get to have the breakfast, but the area was large and had a lot of options. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we were not bothered by any noise of any type. There were a lot of fast food type restaurants within a quick driving range. We never could get the television to work… Couldn’t get the guide to function, but we didn’t complain about it. Parking was tight. The front desk staff was very helpful. I would stay there again.

The hotel was clean and nice. Mattresses were extra, extra firm which is not my preference, but to each their own. We had a double queen and it was spacious and clean. Terrible, terrible pot smell when we walked in which they were walking around spraying room spray to try to cover. Once we got to our room, it was better. Air conditioner took half the night to really cool room down, and this is fall so i don't know how it'd be in the summer.

I don’t know if it’s a cultural thing, but the ladies working the front desk were not friendly at all. No smile, no greeting to anyone going or coming. They were just plain unwelcoming and did not appear to like their jobs or people in general. There was one male staff person during our stay who answered our call for towels and he was friendly. The first morning after check in, a male housekeeper knocked pretty early and we asked if he could come back a little later as we were not dressed. His reply through the door was “maybe”. Really?? Maybe?? How rude. And he didn’t come back. As for the room itself, it was fairly clean aside from a long hair in the shower that didn’t belong to me. That grossed me out but since I shower in flip flops, I got over it. The bed was firm but comfortable and the overall location of the property was good with easy access to the highway. I would not choose this property again because I don’t believe in spending my money where I do not feel welcomed, so it’s a pass for me. I don’t mind spending more to be treated better.

We stood for one night before having to catch a flight the next morning. My family and I were prepping for the night and ready to shower up before we had to be out by 3:30am the next morning. Went to turn the shower and it didn’t not work, droplets of water came out. We called the front desk immediately and the lady told me that she will follow up with me. She never did I had to call back 20 minutes later . She told me that she had to wait until her boss comes back because she didn’t know what to do. After about 10 minutes she finally calls back and said that they are going to give me a key for another room so I can go shower and once I was done to take the key back to them. It was so inconvenient having to lug my stuff from room to room just to simply take a shower then requesting for the key to be returned immediately after we were done showering was ridiculous. Why are these things not being checked before booking someone into that room. Unacceptable, horrible experience. I definitely won’t stay there again.

My stay at Comfort Inn was okay for the value. Front desk customer service was good; however, there were communication difficulties with employees who spoke little English. Maintenance upkeep outside needs attention. Parking was a bit inadequate compared to the number of guests. The street leading to the hotel is difficult; be careful. Overall, I had a decent stay.

I had 3 rooms booked thru hotels.com 2 doubles and a king I get to hotel they got 3 kings which wouldn’t accommodate my guest with me and the clerk was rude and wouldn’t fix they mistake

Entrance road is off a very congested one way highway. Had to loop around and almost missed it again. Poor civil design

The staff was friendly. Room was neat and clean towels were clean. Breakfast was hot good with several selections. I'd recommend this hotel for a stay. Oh by the way I love a nice hot shower. The water was fabulous hot. Most definitely a 10💫 for me.

It was more barebones that I anticipated and was not worth the price. The breakfast was the same all 7 days.

The breakfast wasn’t too good! The sausage gravy was cold and the biscuits were hard! The yogurt and muffin I had were good, and the coffee was good.

Good value, simple hotel for a quick stay. Room was fine, just normal. Only negative was breakfast, food tasted cheap and we could not finish due to quality.

Great overall. Location is about 25 minutes from zoo and other big attractions, but worth it for the price. Room was very clean, bed and pillows very soft. Large thick towels and washcloths. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were in convenient dispensers. Breakfast buffet was good with basic items. Would recommend.

Staff was not friendly, difficult to understand due to accent. Photos on Hotels.com not the best representation of the hotel. Not much upkeep done since pictures orignal taken. Dated and worn out. Stains. Breakfast was disgusting. Would not recommend. The bed itself was clean and no bugs but that was the only positive of this location.

We arrived after a day of driving in the rain and were welcomed immediately. After a quick check in we went to a very clean, spacious room. Breakfast the next morning was well stocked and make your own waffles were a hit! We will definately stay again when driving through St. Louis.

The room AC units are not up to the task of cooling the rooms. The complementary breakfast was pathetic. Precooked/microwaved sausage and eggs. The standard waffle cups, and a few apples. Coffee came out of a machine and tasted like instant. I opted for cereal.
