Staff was excellent!! No breakfast available as stated there was breakfast. More importantly, my car along with 20 or so other vehicles had windows busted and car broken into. Where was security?? Will NEVER stay at this hotel again as it is NOT safe!!!

This hotel was a good value. Spacious. Very clean. I'm guessing it is cheap because they don't have a shuttle from the airport. If that's a problem for you, I'll give you the cheat code: Enterprise car rental is right next door and they have a shuttle.

The hotel is usually quiet and it has a quiet modern decor, lobby with plenty of seating, complimentary water & coffee, ...amazing staff, very large rooms that are clean & neatly arranged. With coffee maker & mini frig, only microwave is in the lobby.. It has exercise room and banquet room. I would stay here again and I would recommend it.

The property does not have an airport shuttle which waa my primary reason to book this hotel. Also no restaurant, no bar or lounge, no room service which were all listed in the property amenities on Expedia. The bed had only one sheet and the showerhead is broken.

Parking was easy, and the staff were friendly. At first glance, the room looked clean, but upon a closer look, the towels appeared dingy and dirty. There was chip paint on the ceiling. The room hallway light switch had mold on the wall under it—I ended up wiping it down with Lysol wipes. The shower curtain was very thin and even had what looked like burn holes. The hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the walls were quite thin, so you could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. The lobby microwave was also pretty dirty. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, though blackout curtains would have been nice. Overall, it was a decent stay but definitely could use some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Needed a place to stay after flying in late. The whole place was filthy, from the room to the elevators to the lobby. No one obviously looks too closely when cleaning. I wiped everything off in the room and wore shoes at all times.

The room was very clean, no smell, the carpet seemed newer? Very nice bedding. Very spacious room, really enjoyed the stay and would absolutely book here again. The front desk staff was friendly and check in was super easy. Needed a key card to operate the elevator, which was an added layer of security.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which was even nicer than I anticipated! The decor is beautiful in most areas, creating a lovely atmosphere. While I did notice a few signs of wear and tear, such as a small hole in the elevator wall and a slightly wobbly toilet, the overall cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. This hotel may look nice from afar but once you get closer, its disgusting. There was mold and leak stains all over the bathroom and the shower curtain was dirty like its never been cleaned. There was also a used towel in my bathroom along with trash not taken out. The bed sheets had so many stains on them and the floor looked like it wasnt vacuumed. There was also half dranken water bottles in the fridge. Who knows what else was wrong that we didnt even notice. This place was absolutely disgusting.

First we couldnt get keys, the bathroom was dirty with 2 shower curtain one clean and one with brown crap, plus a dorty wash rag. But the real kicker was no AC and the room being 85 degrees and they still charged us even though we left because they didnt have another room and maintenance couldnt fix the ac.

Overall wasnt a bad stay, it was clean, close to the area I needed to go. However, the lights to the bathroom were automatic and went off periodically throughout the night so it was not great to sleep. No matter how many times you turned them off about 15 minutes later they were back on. No fridge either in the room. And breakfast was a big joke, nothing out except some orange juice. At least check in and out was super easy and the staff was nice, the beds and pillows too were comfy. Good place to stay if you just need a place to rest for the night but the light situation really made me think negatively

The room had 2 out of three light switches broken. They were motion activated but could not be turned off. This meant that the whole room was illuminated when someone needed to use the bathroom in the night. We asked reception if they could fix the issue and they said they were sending a repairman. Half an hour later we asked again and they said he was 30 minutes away. At midnight he still hadn't come and the children were passing out; they finally admitted there was no one coming and to just tape over it.

Ended up getting a refund due to being turned away by security, because staff didnt show up for their shift. We even waited a few minutes, used the facilities and the clerk did show up. She proceeded to walk past us, throw her stuff down, walk into the back, came out a side door, slammed it and walked down the hall. Not once did she acknowledge us.

I didn't like that a personal item was taken from my room after NOT being cleaned for 3 days! Then, to top it off, NO soap for 75% of my stay!!! Also, told that because I rented through a 3rd party there was NOTHING that could be done, regarding theft, other than they'll look into it and let me know if they recover it. So, there's no accountability for what happens on their premises?!

It is so bad and the place has some bad feeling (You can smell weed in the corridor area and in the floor lobby) the neighborhood is worst. It's not safe. I had a reservation and had to cancel it after I reached there and saw the condition. The crowd, locality and the area are not good and safe. If you are with family don't stay here. I would rather pay $30-$40 more to stay at place which is safe and has a good neighborhood.

So far the check in was smooth and friendly, the place is nice and clean- especially considering the price! The parking isn’t ideal and it’s in a questionably safe area. The free breakfast was lacking, to say the least. Coffee and hot water. There was no reason to have hot wat because there was not tea bags or oatmeal packets. There were frozen breakfast sandwiches and a microwave. However, there were no instructions how to heat them. When i arrived to the bar for breakfsst, it was empty, devoid of everything except two apples! I had to get some to restock the breakfast bar. There were other sweet items, like muffins, but no yogurts. But you cant complaon too much, since the nightly price i paid was cheap. I had to ask for another set of towels. You'd think if you have a double queen room there would be four sets of towels, cups and coffee. But they are not setup to hang that many towels. Oh well.

Rooms were really nice, was in town to see the solar eclipse, just needed a place to sleep, beds were nice and comfortable. TV guide was on a different time than the TV, so just had to channel surf to find something to fall asleep to. The continental breakfast left a bit to be desired, some cold pastries, and a frozen sandwich you could microwave, it was something to eat so in the end it was all I really needed to get my day going for my trek south for the eclipse. Would stay again if in town for a short trip like that again.
