Water was unavailable on multiple days and was unable to get in contact with ground man to turn on back up system. Unit is extremely hot and ac wasn’t powerful enough.

The accommodation was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The staff provided clear, detailed instructions, making the check-in process smooth and easy. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, soft pillows, and fresh-smelling linen, which made the stay feel very welcoming. One small suggestion would be to have complimentary coffee or tea readily available, though I was informed that this could have been provided had I reached out. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again.
