The staff is always at the desk and greets you. The indoor pool was my kids favorite, it’s heated which was great since we had rain the first 2 days so they were still able to enjoy the water during their spring break. It’s walking distance from 2 beaches. A lot of convenient food places on the strip the hotel is on.

Loved everything about our stay here. Lobby was nicely decorated. Staff was very pleasant. Our room was cozy and clean. Our beds were so comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and we felt safe. The indoor pool was warm and clean. We enjoyed our breakfast. We would stay here again!

Overall was great, but on the floor where we stayed which was the third floor, the ice machine was broken and we had to go to the first floor to get ice, also there was 2 elevators and only 1 was operatable the whole time we were there.

Very nice property and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good and had plenty of things to choose from. Indoor pool was awesome.

Conveniently located across Henderson Beach State Park, 1 min walk to Fudpuckers and 2 min drive to shopping and services. Oddly, no pool towels available for polls. Two L2 Charger on the premises ($0.40/kWh).

Quiet and prefect for a overnight stay. Gym is on the small end, but fit or needs fine. Get service at the front desk!

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good pools clean room was clean lots of things to do near by some you can even walk to. One elevator was down our whole trip, had some loud kids that used the connection door from their room to ours to make lots of noise our last night. But over all would definitely use them again

Chose this property because of prior reviews of cleanliness and proximity to Henderson Beach. I accompanied my daughter on a work trip and she was gone all day with the car. This hotel was close enough to Henderson Beach for me to walk and only took about 10 minutes. You do have to cross an extremely busy road, but there is a crosswalk with lighted signs. The beach is wonderful and has a covered pavilion and bathrooms. It does cost $2 to enter so be sure to take money. Walmart is also walkable, which is nice! Also, the entire hotel is very clean and smells clean! All the staff was extremely helpful as well. Was a great stay and look forward to returning.

I did not liked that I was asked how much did I paid at checking and the fact that the room was no refresh correctly for the next guest. I had to ask for bathing supplies and the room was not cleaned. I asked about the cleaning and I was asked what type of cleaning did I prefer and still the room was dusty and dirty. they did not wipe the surfaces or vacuum the rug while we were there. The cleanliness of the room was minimal if any at all. The only reason I stayed here was because I needed an indoor pool for my boys that love to swim. This hotel was the most expensive I ever stayed in and the worst. It was horrible I never even stayed at a place where I didn't even find water in the refrigerator.

Staff was awesome-very accommodating! Breakfast sucked. Sausage was undercooked, omelettes caused indigestion! Housekeeping was not timely. They did not take away dirty hand towels and replace. Had to call them the last day for towels because they did not clean room.

Unfortunately my experience was pretty terrible. The room smelled moldy and I had a hard time breathing the entire stay. I requested a different room and was refused. Walking around without shoes in the room my feet were black. The staff were ok friendly but the property has seen much better days.

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in

The carpet in our room was soaked. The room smelled horrible. We checked out after the first night. The desk person did cone up - she said, this room smells terrible and the carpet is wet. I’ll let them know.

I liked the property my kids enjoyed the stay. What I didn’t like was the nightstand had sweet ants.

Downstairs flooded!! Bathtub was clogged only 2 towels per room. Never cleaned the room or took out trash

Cleaning service was mediocre at best. Three day stay, trash wasn’t emptied one day, bed was halfway made another day…almost like they left in the middle of making the bed. We did get fresh towels every day. Breakfast was standard fare for hotels these days. Front desk had nobody at the desk to check us out, but a basket full of keycards.

The property was nice, room was comfortable and clean. My only problem was we were facing Hwy 98 and was quite loud with cars all night. Otherwise great. I would recommend just not facing the Gulf of Mexico.

Awesome King room, so spacious.

Curtain's in bedroom need light blocking curtains that cover the whole window and not just a part of it. Street light shining in eyes all night. Also repairs need to be made around the hotel to fix things that are broken and held together with tape

Everything was great room , location, stuff except internet performace. There is a free WiFi which does not work well. Even when we tried to use our unlimited data via Verizon it was not working.

I enjoyed my stay. I will be booking again but just don’t have a room near the elevator. You will hear other guest through your room. I was warned before hand by the front desk but lol yeah I’ll know for next time.

The staff was great, and the rooms were nice. The location was also great. The only issue was that late one night (after 11pm and ongoing to about 12:30am) the smoke alarm was going off in the room next to ours. There was no one staying in the room. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they would check on it. After it kept going off for another hour, I went to the front desk and reported it again. The front desk attendant didn't seem to know what to do. I asked if the room was empty, could we go into it and see if we could get it to stop? She locked the front door, and took me to the neighboring room. When we couldn't get it to stop, she offered to shift us to another room. We accepted the offer, and had no other issues during our stay.

It’s had no ocean view.

The view from the balcony was nice and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

The room was so spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable beds. Huge television. It also had a huge balcony,that had a ocean view in the distance. The only downside was the balcony faced a busy hwy. Very pleased with room. And service.

We ordered room with oceanwiew. The room with ocean wiew is expensiv then Basic room. Ours room have roadwiew and the ocean was visible beyond the horizon. It is false advertising .

I truly enjoyed my stay. Every staff member was pleasant that I encountered. The ladies at the front desk made sure both of my rooms were on the same floor. Thank you KerryAnn and to the other young lady (so sorry i can't remember name) for being welcoming. The rooms were clean and smelled great. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks to all dining staff for making sure food was hot and did not run out. Henderson beach right across the highway and other beaches short drive away. There are a plethora of restaurants to choose from.

I called the morning of my check in to see if we could check in early because we hoped to get our room so we can allow our 9-month-old to rest a bit from our travels from our morning, was told, " we will see when you get here." Understandable I thought. We arrived about 2 hours prior to the check in time and the front desk receptionist stated that the room was still not available around 1pm. They weren't full she said but the room was just not available. At this point, my husband and I and our 9-month-old baby waited around the front desk area. During this time, I kept seeing other families walk in, being checked in, and handed their room keys, upon their arrival. I was confused as to how their room was available the moment they got there and and ours was not. At 3:59pm, I went over again at this point I’m frustrated because it feels as though we are just being neglected and ignored as guest, receptionist stated "oh my god, I thought I gave you the keys when we first spoke." Keep in mind we are waiting in the front desk area for over 2 hours. If I had been given my room key, why would I be in the lobby with a baby and not in my room, I thought. Attention to detail was missed at this point. Just felt as though our needs were less important than others. Felt very undervalued as a guest at this location.

Did advance prepaid booking just to find out at check in that they oversold the rooms and no room avaible for us after driving 12 hours to get there middle of night

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the ac stopped working but they found other solutions to help us out throughout that time.

Our first night started off with a surprise, my wife started her period and I went to the desk to ask for some feminen products. Cameron was behind the counter and said even though I get asked this a lot we don't have anything and he suggested and gave directions to where I could go. As I went up to the room to get on the road I passed by the desk and Cameron said he was hoping I'd be back because he found some pads and he absolutely saved our honeymoon! He went above and beyond bringing the humility to the service provided by Fairfield.

We got there to check in at 4pm. It took us like 30 min because there was 2 people ahead of us. We get our keys to room 432, we go up to the room and housekeeping is still cleaning it. So we wait in the hall for them to finish with all out stuff. Once we get in the room and settle in i check the room and the master bedroom tv wasnt working. I call front desk and she said she she will send maintenence. An hour pass by still no one comes. I call her again and she said she will call him again to go check it. Some time pass still no maintenence. I go to the front desk and she tells me he still hasnt come by. I will pull him by his hair and get him there after his break. He finally shown up at 8pm to come fix the tv. This was all saturday 12/17/2022. The next day 12/18/2022. We have an event and come back at 11:30pm, my key isnt working . I go to the front desk and the lady asked me you are in 332, i said no 432. They said, the previous girl checked us in to room 332 it showed all my information to that room, marked as occupied dirty because we requested no housekeeping. While the actual room we was staying in showed vacant clean. They noticed this mistake only because i came down and they have already checked in another person to that room 432 while we was occupying it. They didnt offer any compensation for all the inconvenience the staff had caused us or the mistakes they made. Someone couldve walked in on us while we was sleeping. In the shower.

Disappointed in our stay. Hotel initially assigned us a different room than what we had booked but the front desk staff readily fixed the situation. We went during non-peak season but still encountered loud noises, music, and partying in the evening to night. The breakfast was okay, not good or great. The breakfast area was overrun with kids, many unsupervised and the waffle station and surrounding area became a mess on multiple days of our visit. One staff member was eventually assigned to be in the breakfast area for supervision though this was on the last day of our stay.

The hotel is located off the main road and easy to find. The desk staff was friendly and easy to deal with, the room was clean and quite spacious. The bathroom is especially spacious. The television has both cable and streaming options so it really feels like home. And in the morning there's free breakfast that includes hot options like eggs, sausage, and waffles, as well as cereal, yogurt and bagels/toast. We were told there's a 24/7 fitness center and 2 pools on the property as well but we didn't use those as we checked in late and left early. I would definitely stay again though. I forgot I was even in a hotel a few times that night!

Walkable to a restaurant and a state park. Decent. Right on Hwy 98 in Destin. Downside you had to make a u turn it takes forever bc of the traffic. But overall decent. We stayed 2 nights.

Really for us the location was perfect! We could go right across the road to Henderson Beach State Park and pay $6 for a day of parking with all we want to do at the beach (with lifeguards). Then, all we have to do is pack up go back across the road, and we can go on about our next fun. Easy access to everything on the Destin Strip. Great shopping at Destin Commons, less than 10 minutes from most marina activities - unless traffic is really clogged (but that was rare for us).

Not that easy to go to the beach. It’s about a 10-15 minutes walk. Not what I expected. Beach near hotel isn’t that beautiful either. Hotel is great. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Fair breakfast.

The place wasn’t bad. The bed was very comfortable and there was a Walmart and other stores very close by. What we think needs improvement is the carpet. It should be replaced or washed. It has a foul smell to it. The breakfast options were very limited and the beach is across the street, which is convenient; however, the road to cross is very busy.

Walking distance to Henderson Beach. Area is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staff is friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stay was very nice. I would definitely come back to stay here again! They have a nice outside pool and inside pool, the staff is very nice. Rooms were clean they could have a better breakfast section though.

Really had not one problem or worry. We stayed for just one night after a long travel day from Ohio. We are on our way to PCB now. You can’t go wrong by staying here. Breakfast was delicious as well. Not just a continental breakfast.

The room was very nice and spacious and we loved the balcony since we could see the ocean from it. There was only one running elevator and no regular coffee pots in the dining area. The food was mediocre, and the selection of food was poor.

just stayed one night, Front Desk was very nice, but can't say the same of the Breakfast staff, need customer service improvement, there was not enough bread choices, I asked the server if she could bring out some more Bagels since the person in front of me took the last one, she said there was no more, and later another server brought some out for another customer?
