Originally chose this hotel based on price and proximity to hospital and airport. When I had to come back to the area for a second week, I stayed again. Both times I had to extend my stay, and no problems with that. Rooms are clean and huge. Beds super comfy. I am female and traveling alone and felt super safe. All staff...front desk, housekeeping and maintenance were very friendly and helpful. Free clothes washer and dryer. Nice workout facility. Only thing missing was continental breakfast. Highly recommend!

There’s a security guy ensuring cars safety daily, staff was absolutely amazing. Room was spacious and felt like home away from home. If I could rate it more honestly I would. Only down side was at gazebo other residents were rude. But that’s not anything staff could have helped with! Honestly I would stay here again!

This location has a massive parking lot. Now, you have to pay $5 a night parking- are you kidding me? This is nit a Hilton hotel! Then, the chair in the room looks like they went yo the dump to get that old ragged ripped up chair, but oh yeah- $5 to park every night! Finally, as if they didn't know it, when i turned on the shower, more water came out if the faucet than the shower head in fact, the tub filled half way up while taking a shower Now you tell me, you think they didn't know about that- Please! It was Christmas so noone was there or at least was not available O have stayed here for many, many years- this will be the last time Merry Christmas!

Our room reeked of a dog kennel, refused to let us have a late check out until noon after the concert the night before and charged $5 to park in the middle of nowhere Earth City. Will never stay again.

The outside seating area had beer cans and trash all over because the trash can was full. I didn't like that I had to pay an additional $5.00 to park in the hotel parking lot.

Do NOT stay here. This place is far from the excellent ratings it has received. It was the worst place we have ever checked into. The first room had a heavy "weed" smell that hit you as soon as you entered the door. The chairs were so worn that there were bare spots. After requesting to be moved to another room, we pulled back the drapes, to reveal water stains and mold spores on the ceiling. We immediately asked for a refund and left.

Smells like 20 shades of chemical Booked my stay expecting a nice King size bed for my Wife and I, checking in to find out they have no king rooms left and were stuck with a queen. Room was picked up but not clean by any means, previous occupants hair in bedding and bathroom. The size was the only thing we enjoyed out of the stay with this property. It would be my last choice if I were in the area again.

Customer service was great- Grey (or Greg?) was so friendly. The room was spacious, but there was a note on the door indicating that the carpet was damp - I presume from cleaning. But it was more than damp- it was just plain wet. There was no soap in the room (I had to go back down to the front desk and retrieve some). The bedding had numerous holes in it and was clearly worn. There were other significant signs of wear and tear in the room, including a very leaky bath faucet when you showered. I had a comfortable enough stay for one night but I don’t think I would stay here again.

We had an extremely nice gentleman check us in and it went quickly. We failed to notice bedsize when we booked, but were okay with it until it was time to go to bed. The mattress was broken down in the middle. When I got in I rolled into the valley as the outer edge was still firm, but the middle completely broken down. Then, when the second guest got in the bed, the same thing happened. It was hard to rest as we couldn’t get out of that valley, so we couldn’t turn over easily or without waking the other person. Get back out of the bed in the morning was a challenge. Both of us were not rested and had sore backs and shoulders. We were also not amused by hearing the music of the cleaning staff as they worked their way down the hallway. We liked the place until we had to sleep in that bed and then could hear the music of the cleaning staff.

Room was different than most. We had a bedroom & living room with small kitchen. This made a world of difference for us. If one doesn’t sleep well, they can move to living room and not bother the sleeping one. Having the kitchen (full fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave & 2 burner stove) made it easy to save some money & have some meals in our room. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here several times. Will stay here again. The only negative, I noticed it was starting to wear down a bit. Shower had low pressure, bathroom sink was cracked, A/C unit support piece sticking out. So a little maintenance would help bring back to a nice place to stay. But overall for the price, I will stay again....

The lady working the day 10/12/24 @1pm was awful, disrespectful, bothered and flat out ignorant. She was so bothered she gad to look up and deal with us. She literally just sat there and watched the phone ring. Lazy, rude and NASTY for a lack of better words. Everything else was great.

I am an honest person, so here's a honest review. The place itself was pretty great. Room was nice, location was ideal, full kitchenette was useful and enough cutlery and stuff provided to use it all. Bed was comfy, and my room smelled like nothing, which is a plus. The company itself. Sonesta suites, seems to have a really opaque idea of what "Pet Friendly" means. I booked this location 4 months in advance, and CALLED IT to confirm that i could travel with my 2 cats. I've done this for years, but i always call to confirm. I asked for manager and confirmed, yes, but there was a max fee of 150 per week. All good. So i booked the location. We had major car trouble OTW and got in at 2 am. Checked in and went to bed. At 7 am, the phones in our room started ringing, but when we picked up no one was there. Then shortly after, someone unlocked our door and tried to barge in (our safety lock was engaged) A man yelled to let him in, and my Girlfriend in her night gown got up to this man yelling at us that we need to leave now or they would call the police, apparently because we had cats with us. Cats that we had confirmed. 4 months ago. We also yelled at because the night man had accidentally upgraded our room to one with a couch and that we needed to pay for that, even though thats not what my prepaid receipt says. okay. This is not acceptable behavior for a hotel. Threaten me and try to bust into my room?

We went to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and Sonesta is an awesome and convenient place to stay. They are friendly and great to work with. We have stayed there multiple times and have already booked a future stay!

Loved it. From check in to check out. All went smooth. Located in an industrial park area, weekends there is very little traffick. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. I have stayed here before and will stay again.

Check in was quick, received a friendly reception coming and going and the room itself was clean. Also the location is great with easy access to the highway, service station and McDonald's. Beware of the in-house grocery area though. The idea of having it is nice since there are no vending machines, and it is great that everything is provided on the "honor system" but everything is $3. Think of a small granola bar or a bag of fruit snacks the size of what you get in a box of packaged individual bags with maybe 8 pieces in each. Yeah, those were $3. Highway robbery! Pack your own snacks or make a run to Walmart.

I did like stay. Only stayed one night of my stay. Checked out and went to another hotel with pool and breakfast for less money.. Please refund me for the night that I didn’t stay.. The clerk at the hotel said that you can call them.

An obnoxious smell inside rooms and hallways, which I assume was a cleaning agent of some kind. Very strange smell that permeates the place. Hotel offers no coffee or snacks for guests and very limited dining options besides a McDonald’s convenience store within walking distance.
