This home was perfect for our family. It has two tubs for washing kiddos and a beautiful master bathroom. It has a lot more rooms/space than it seems from the outside! The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and was stocked with utensils. The bedrooms and family rooms had smart tvs for downtime, but with the location of this property, you won’t need them much! We were able to walk to fantastic restaurants in the Central West End area and it only took 15 minutes to drive to the cardinals game! Not to mention there is a Schnucks only a block away if you need any last minute groceries! The homeowners are very responsive and kind. The dishwasher was broken at the time of our stay, but the homeowners gave us a heads up and made sure there was enough soap and sponges for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Stay was nice, simple, and sweet. Highlights: We arrived early due to travel and avoiding storms. Texting the hosts was quick and easy for them to allow us to open up the door to get in early. House was in perfect condition and quick and easy to grab the garage door openers and park the car out back. We loved the large kitchen table to play cards and the layout of the bedrooms was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Easy to grab some food and groceries just down the block and access into the Central West End was also very easy. Great place to stay.

We took a vacation with family. They came from Mississippi and we came from South Dakota. The house was about to for all 14 of us easily. The accommodations were good, the neighborhood was good. The Schnucks grocery store right next door and the Walgreens basically across the street were wonderful!! My complaints are that while there are 2 nice outdoor spaces, you can't really enjoy them because there is no outdoor furniture whatsoever. The younger kids could run around the backyard but the parents didn't have a place to sit and watch them. We had to go purchase cheap chairs so we could enjoy those spaces. The lower level that had the ping pong table had no seating either. There was plenty of space to have some but there wasn't any. We tried to have a ping pong tournament but since no one could sit and watch, everyone lost interest. Overall the space was great and we all felt like we had plenty of room to spread out.

In town for a funeral, we needed a last-minute rental for our 2 families. The manager was very responsive and via text which is so much easier than through email or the app. The property was very well decorated and appointment. We didn’t lack for anything! Parking on the street was easy and if we need a rental in St. Louis in the future we will hope to return here!

We gathered as a family to celebrate a momentous birthday and enjoyed our stay - there was plenty of space for the 12 of us, kids loved the ping pong table and the dining room area sat us comfortably. The grocery store was a short walk and the neighborhood was quiet. Highly recommend for a family get-together!

Excellent home to stay in while in St Louis. Plenty of bedrooms/beds, TV’s, nice shower, large table for eating, ping pong downstairs. Would recommend bringing outdoor folding chairs to sit outside on the 3rd floor patio. Schnucks grocery store is literally half a block away. Very easy check in/out process and excellent communication with those renting the property. Worth the price and would stay again!

The home was beautiful and perfect for my family to spend Christmas in one home. I loved how spacious the home was and the 2 car garage was perfect too. Thank you for helping me and my family have a wonderful Christmas. Oh, my daughter suggested that you should get a game table that converts from ping pong to pool! I would definitely recommend your property to family & friends!!!

First night in one of the third floor bedrooms, my son and wife went to bed and discovered broken bed frame. I messaged my contact and was asked to send pictures then asked for a time for someone to come by and look at bed. It was an inconvenience to schedule day around someone showing up. The kitchen did not have a frying pan or any cookie sheets. It made making a dinner difficult. The basement floor needed to be swept. Dead bugs all around. Enjoyed the ping pong table but did not enjoy dead bugs. Only one garage door opener, was suppose to be two. We had 2 cars so it was an inconvenience. Asked for a credit to compensate for loss of a bed for 3 nights. I didn’t appreciate negiotaing via email and all communication felt like I was dealing with a robot. My credit was not what I asked for and I felt cheated. The house is located on the fringe of the CWE and out of the way. Every year I rent a place in St Louis to meet up with family. The credit and circumstances left me feeling cheated. I will look for another option next year.

We enjoyed the house. We had 9 people for a Girl Scout trip. It was perfect for us and we loved that we had a table big enough for us to eat together. Our only issues were 1. The wifi not working - they sent someone out and fixed it. 2. The keypad on door to the garage did not work. They offered to send someone out. 3. Kitchen was not stocked with cookie sheets, skillets or drink pitchers. 4. We were not advised the yard crew was coming so we were startled when we first noticed a man walking around the back yard. But they were quick and did not hinder our stay. It would have been nice to be advised.

This is a great place to stay for a large group. Plenty of space and needs in the house and large communal areas as well. The property is clean and well kept. The neighborhood was nice. There is a grocery store less than a block away and we went for walks often. It's also centrally located in St Loius. The property managers were ready to deal worth and check in was simple. Highly recommended.

We rented our house because our Wash U med student and his younger brother, a Wash U undergrad could not come home. It was a perfect place to have Thanksgiving. Dining room table seats 10 people. There is a big open kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable memory foam with nice bed linens. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again! Thank you! Julia

Great stay in St. Louis! The house was very comfortable and spacious for a family vacation. Easy to get around and close to local attractions and great restaurants. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts - they’re very responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns.

We are a fairly large group of college students with an instructor. We enjoyed the stay, walked to the grocery store each morning, made meals in the Ivey kitchen and slept well in the comfy beds. Check in and out was easy and we really appreciated how courteous everyone was. Great stay. Highly recommend this property.

Took a family trip to St. Louis and couldn’t be more satisfied with this home! It’s spacious, beautifully decorated, with plenty of Character.. It’s conveniently located and close to local attractions.. Check in was a breeze.. I will be recommending this property to my friends and family!!

We enjoyed the house. We had 9 people for a Girl Scout trip. It was perfect for us and we loved that we had a table big enough for us to eat together. Our only issues were 1. The wifi not working - they sent someone out and fixed it. 2. The keypad on door to the garage did not work. They offered to send someone out. 3. This home was perfect for our family. It has two tubs for washing kiddos and a beautiful master bathroom. It has a lot more rooms/space than it seems from the outside! The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and was stocked with utensils. The bedrooms and family rooms had smart tvs for downtime, but with the location of this property, you won’t need them much! We were able to walk to fantastic restaurants in the Central West End area and it only took 15 minutes to drive to the cardinals game! Not to mention there is a Schnucks only a block away if you need any last minute groceries! The homeowners are very responsive and kind. The dishwasher was broken at the time of our stay, but the homeowners gave us a heads up and made sure there was enough soap and sponges for our stay. We will definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay for a large group. Plenty of space and needs in the house and large communal areas as well. The property is clean and well kept. The neighborhood was nice. There is a grocery store less than a block away and we went for walks often. It's also centrally located in St Loius. The property managers were ready to deal worth and check in was simple. First night in one of the third floor bedrooms, my son and wife went to bed and discovered broken bed frame. I messaged my contact and was asked to send pictures then asked for a time for someone to come by and look at bed. It was an inconvenience to schedule day around someone showing up. The kitchen did not have a frying pan or any cookie sheets. It made making a dinner difficult. The basement floor needed to be swept. Dead bugs all around. Enjoyed the ping pong table but did not enjoy dead bugs. Only one garage door opener, was suppose to be two. We had 2 cars so it was an inconvenience. Asked for a credit to compensate for loss of a bed for 3 nights. I didn’t appreciate negiotaing via email and all communication felt like I was dealing with a robot. My credit was not what I asked for and I felt cheated. The house is located on the fringe of the CWE and out of the way. Every year I rent a place in St Louis to meet up with family. The credit and circumstances left me feeling cheated. I will look for another option next year.

We really enjoyed our stay in CWE. The house is classic and yet updated. It is on a cute little street but the other side of the dead end is a bit dodgy (the Schnucks had a security guard out front). There is a lot of foot traffic walking by the house. The location is very convenient. Right around the corner from the Zoo (free except parking is $15) and the airport. The hosts were very responsive. We had an issue with a bed that was fixed within a couple hours. The kitchen was very well stocked and the rooms were cozy. We did not use the trundle beds, but all of the others were comfy. Price was well worth the stay and it was great as we could get it last minute!

We rented our house because our Wash U med student and his younger brother, a Wash U undergrad could not come home. It was a perfect place to have Thanksgiving. Dining room table seats 10 people. There is a big open kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable memory foam with nice bed linens. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again! Thank you! Julia

This house was so cute and the furniture was really comfortable! It was a great location and the neighborhood felt safe. It was right next to a grocery store and other restaurants, which was really nice. The only suggestion I would have is for more kitchen supplies (there were no washcloths or towels for the kitchen, and limited cooking supplies. Recommend stocking with coffee as well, as there was only decaf Folgers.) Overall, the property was great and I would definitely rent again!

We are a fairly large group of college students with an instructor. We enjoyed the stay, walked to the grocery store each morning, made meals in the Ivey kitchen and slept well in the comfy beds. Check in and out was easy and we really appreciated how courteous everyone was. Great stay. Highly recommend this property.

We gathered as a family to celebrate a momentous birthday and enjoyed our stay - there was plenty of space for the 12 of us, kids loved the ping pong table and the dining room area sat us comfortably. Excellent home to stay in while in St Louis. Plenty of bedrooms/beds, TV’s, nice shower, large table for eating, ping pong downstairs. Would recommend bringing outdoor folding chairs to sit outside on the 3rd floor patio. Schnucks grocery store is literally half a block away. Very easy check in/out process and excellent communication with those renting the property. Worth the price and would stay again!

We had a great stay with our two sons, their wives and our three grandkids. Appreciated that the property had a high chair and crib for our two year old grandson. The location of the property is right next to a grocery store which made it very convenient to get things for meals. Also the location is near all the major attractions - Tower Park, the Zoo, the Science Museum, the Aquarium, the Botanical Gardens and the Arch. We were able to go to one venue, go home for lunch and a nap. Then go out again in the afternoon to a playground/park or whatever. Great stay and a lot of great things to do nearby.

Beautiful deadend street with a larger grocery store and shopping center within a few hundred yards. Great coffee shops and food within easy walk.The host was very accommodating. If there was anything that I could ask for as an amenity it would be chairs on on of the outdoor areas to enjoy the beautiful weather.
