The hotel was fairly new. Had a restaurant inside that served bar food. Hotel rooms are a bit of a maze but after 30 minutes I found my room. Lol

Here on a business trip for four days. I was also here for an extra night beyond the original booking. The staff made my accommodations request to stay in the same room. The bar restaurant attached is typical bar food, but I am glad they have a food option on site. There’s also Shopping close to the hotel and other food venues to choose from. It’s a great location. If I were to stay again, I would ask to have a room not facing the freeway. It does tend to get a little noisy when emergency vehicles are traveling through. The suite is very roomy which made my work accommodations go well. I might suggest possibility of paper plates or plastic utensils in the room. The kitchen area is set up nicely with many cabinets however there’s no plates or silverware to eat in your room. I didn’t want to bother the hotel staff, but I am most certain they would have accommodated by a plate and silverware.

We picked here because it said pool opened at 5 am. It didn’t open until 10 and staff acted like so what our website was wrong it never opened before 10 like that would improve our situation. No apology or effort to make up for it.

Nice quiet rooms in Atrium. Clean lobby and rooms. Not much curb appeal, kind of in industrial looking area. Have stayed here before for appts. at Barnes Jewish Hospital Creve Coeur. Super close to hospital and right off I-270 interstate. Wish they offered a free breakfast but they do have a restaurant on site.

The staff was absolutely incredible! we were greeted upon arrival and they were super friendly. Our room was clean and everything was in working order. The pool felt amazing and it was clean and secure. you needed your room key to access it and it made me feel safe especially with children! they provided a crib for our room upon request and the sheets were sealed in plastic for extra security. Only thing was it’s right on the interstate so sleeping was a challenge since we aren’t used to that but it still wasn’t terrible! 10/10 will stay here again.

The room was very damp in the air and a musty smell, the bathroom had a nasty odor like dirty feet/dirty mop water. The beds were comfortable and it served the purpose of the stay. It was safe and in a good location.

First of all, the service was amazing. I can’t speak more highly of the women working the front desk. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. My son loved swimming in the pool. That said, we had multiple dead bugs throughout our room. The first two were on the floor around the bed, and the last one was *in* the bed (found when we woke up the next morning). Will this deter me from this location in the future? No. But something to consider! I know that these things happen occasionally, but one of my children had big feelings about it, so that accounts for my rating.

The hotel was a nice. The rooms very nice bathrooms were a little smaller then I'm used to. The front desk person was really nice and helpful. The only thing was that our neighbors was noisy at midnight.

Overall it was a nice place. Two elevators were a bit sketchy, and the location seemed odd but it didn't seem unsafe. The sofa beds didn't have any linens in the room. When I inquired, I was told to come to the front desk and was given a bag for each room. One bag contained a pillow, fitted sheet, flat sheet and blanket, the other was missing the fitted sheet and instead had a giant curtain panel.

For a new hotel, it was a very strange set up, lots of fire doors, the bathroom door in our room was a fire door, with an automatic close function , and hit you as you walked into the bathroom. For a new hotel, it looked like it was renovated old apartment complex

Room was clean however the placement of it was terrible. We had to be up early for a soccer game and no one in my family got much sleep between being right across from the ice machine, having a window in the room that you could hear everything on the interstate and having noisy neighbors.

Insisted we didn’t have a reservation. After showing confirmation and email asking how our checkin went, they finally realized they put someone else in our room with our name!?!? They called and a lady was there and gave her name. So then they searched what room they were to get and gave us that. However it was a king and not two doubles. We didn’t get into our room u til 10:30 and the carpet and bed felt damp. No real apology, compensation for the downgrade or anything. No coffee available for guests in lobby. Criticized us for using a third party. Really not impressed.

We stayed for three nights because we needed to be next to Mercy Hospital as a loved one was passing. The team members we encountered were so compassionate and loving and went out of their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Arrived after 11 pm Someone was clearly using our assigned room prior to our arrival. Bed was slept in, door was open, bathroom light was on, coffee cup left on table. Went to front desk to let them know. Lady at front desk did not apologize. Reassigned another room. Staff demeanour straightforward and to the point. No smiles, nothing. All business.

Waited in a line to check in over 30 minutes. Several patrons reservations on sites like hopper or hotels.com weren't showing at the hotel. In stead of dealing with them separately, everyone else had to wait. I also have NEVER had to pay a $50 incidental fee...especially when i had a room with a broken shower door and a bathroom without a fan or a door that stayed open. WILL NEVER stay here again.

It was a great hotel, staff was super nice. My only complaint is that upon checkin you have to give a credit card for accidentals, which every hotel does this, however I stayed over a week ago and the hold on my credit card is till there, it has not been released/refunded, every hotel I have ever stayed at has released the hold within a day of check out. I feel like I have been scammed out of money as I paid for my room through the third party I booked with.

Hidden location but quiet and close to main road. Never received receipt after checking out. Asked for receipt but was told at checkout this hotel does not provide receipts at checkout when booked via 3rd party, this is first time i have ever been advised this as i have always been given paper receipt at all hotels booked via expedia. I didn't have energy to ask twice and request print out as i had long drive back. Other than that, ok hotel.

This is the 2nd time we’ve chosen this hotel when coming to the STL area and likely won’t be the last. Staff is super friendly, check in/out is a breeze, clean, nice rooms, nice gym, close enough to everything without being in the middle of the city. Only wish the pool was warmer but it didn’t stop my 5 y/o!
