I liked that breakfast is included and rooms are clean. I did not like that the shuttle did not run certain days and we were provided with incorrect information about the shuttle schedule.

Shuttle services and drivers to SPAC were great!

Mostly good, a little outdated and some areas looked to have been not maintained very well. Pool area and pool need a lot of repair, tiles in pool falling off and some areas only repaired with a bad caulking job, pool was very dirty , bottom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in sometime and it had a lot of dead insects floating. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Parking was awesome. The breakfasts were quite good. The suite was large enough. The pool was 67 degrees. Not usable.

Convenient location close to all Saratoga activities. Complimentary shuttle service was fantastic so we hardly used our car while we were there eliminating the parking hassle for the Saratoga Race Track and evening dinners in town. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. The hotel was clean, comfortable and service was friendly. We will come back!

Breakfast food just okay. Hotel needs to be refurbished. Too many bees around pool area to enjoy it. I would rate this property as adequate and affordable but probably will not return.

The hotel was clean and staff were excellent. The only issue is that the "business center" computers and printers did not work. We think the property has recently changed ownership and the new owners were updating/renovating some items and perhaps the business center is on the "to do" list. The free breakfast food and service was also excellent with the only hiccup being the waffle maker was out of commission. Would stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

This hotel was under construction & I do not know how they were able to obtain a certificate of occupancy. We paid $650 for two nights, and we certainly expected a quality facility. When we arrived our window and HVAC unit were covered with plastic as were most windows in the facility for spray painting of the exterior. Luckily we were able to speak to some workers in Spanish who obtained permission to remove the plastic. The bathroom was missing a vanity light and the bathroom vent fan was open with some temporary lights in it. We enjoyed breakfast in the lobby to the sounds of sawzalls and electric saws right by us. The HVAC system never worked properly. All told a terrible experience. We also went on-line and saw listings for the property for the weekend at $103 per night, probably in recognition of the terrible conditions. WE WERE TERRIBLY DISATISFIED. We would have left immediately upon arrival but we had to leave immediately for engagement on Friday evening & didn't have time to find another place to stay.

The dog run trash was filled to the brim, needed to be emptied. Shower basin had pink mold, needed to be foamed and cleaned better.

Room was fine except they do not have enough housekeeping staff. At 3:30 pm our room was still not made up and I was told that our room was not on the list for the day. I had not been informed that there was no daily housekeeping service. The sheets had stains on them so we asked the woman to at least change the sheets and give us clean towels which she did. I don’t think this was any fault of hers as she was the only one working the floor that day. Overall the hotel was ok. If I return to the area I would probably stay elsewhere.

The shower had scum all around the base and could’ve been cleaner. Otherwise, the hotel served its purpose for an overnight stay

When I entered my room, it was clear the housekeeping staff had not put much effort into cleaning the room or bathroom. The bed was made, but rumpled. The sheets didn't fit the bed and kept pulling off the corners. The shower in the bathroom had reddish brown mildew and grime in all the corners and growing in the grooves of the fake tile. The floor of the shower was slimy when I used it. I reported these issues, but nothing was done. Over the course of my multi-day stay, the bed was never made or the sheets changed nor was the room tidied, dusted or vacuumed. The third time I asked the desk about this I was informed they only clean the rooms/ make & change sheets every three days! On the day I checked out, the detritus littering the hallways upon my arrival was still there. They "serve breakfast", but the coffee was lukewarm and tasted terrible-surely they can get better than Folgers! The "omelettes" were frozen, microwaved and rubbery. Scrambled eggs were stirred by the attendant so many times they had the texture of eggy sand. The orange juice was bitter and on the edge of fermenting. The walls were extremely thin and I could hear every conversation and children screaming in the room next to me. On my second night, there was a long (at least 45 minutes) and loud and heated conversation between several people in the hallway outside my room. Checking in, I was directed to park around the back near the dumpsters and enter a back door-easily opened by anyone. NOT SAFE!

This hotel is beautiful. I would have given it a 5 star rating except for the fact that they didn’t clean our room. Only because of the gracious housekeeper did we get clean towels for this morning. We were not advised that the rooms only get cleaned every 3rd day which is completely unacceptable. The staff was perfectly polite. The breakfast was good. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, home fries, waffles and assorted bakery items. The pool was perfect. Not very big but great for hot days. We would definitely stay again.

Room needed a deep clean - behind furniture not cleaned in some time. Otherwise a very nice place.

I booked six nights not once they showed up to clean our room or provide towels. Breakfast was ok, everyday was the same thing which gets boring after a few days. Need more selections as to breakfast and need to hire more housekeepers asap.

It was fine. Did notice mold in shower base, smelled like an old hotel room

We arrived and just dropped our stuff in room, then left. Came back couple hours later. Only to find bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Someone used toilet and didn’t flush. Of course we started to look around better. Went to front desk to complain and they moved us into another room without issue. The one thing that made me think this is a common issue . Was staff said this doesn’t happen too often. Shouldn’t happen at all! Makes you wonder how good of cleaning they actually do. Then next room appeared to be clean. But you have to wonder.But the door to the room was very hard to shut. This was an issue with other room too. I will not be recommending or returning to this place in the future.

Dirty carpet in hallway (first floor). Dirty floor in bathroom (hair, dirt in corners). Carpet in room not vacuumed). Common area shows lots of wear.

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. Parking was close by.

The bed we had was like sink hole in the middle. Very uncomfortable and after driving five hours to get to Saratoga we needed rest for the next days trip to the Adirondacks. The air conditioner was spotty as well.

The hotel was not too bad, although the wifi speed was lacking, and so I got lag when playing an online game. Also, the mattress quality seemed to be below average, neither sufficiently firm nor sufficiently comfy. We didn't sleep well. It wasn't bad although I will probably try another hotel next time. 7/10.

The hotel staff was friendly when we arrived. Our room was convenient to the exterior doors. However, we had a pet friendly room and it didn’t take long for our dog to find every piece of trash and “what-not” that was left on the floor in our room. From beads off a piece of jewelry to a broken plastic spoon, I had to get out of my dog’s mouth. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The walls are thin and we either heard our early-riser neighbors next to us or above us at 430am. So that was not pleasant. We only stayed one night to rest as a stop on our travels. Accommodations were fine for what we were there for and convenient to downtown Saratoga Springs for breakfast. I’m not sure if I would be able to stay for an extended period of time due to the noise and thin walls/floors.

The mattresses are terrible and need upgrading. Way too soft and sync down in the middle and I have a bad back, which made a very difficult. On the positive side, the staff is wonderful and helpful (Robin especially) front desk staff as well.

Been staying here for years. Comfortable bed, smart tv, hvac good. Shower terrible. Water pressure on available shower settings low and temperature not hot enough. No decent stream available. No handle inside door. No fan. Towels, while moderately thick, rough. Sink drained poorly. Very good front desk and housekeeping staff. They are A+

Mattress in our room was horrible, pool was nice, not extravagant but served its purpose.

The hotel was a 10 minute drive to the racetrack. A free shuttle was available. The pool area was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Rates were fair and reasonable. My only issue was the entry doors to the rooms did not close properly and did not lock unless you slammed them closed. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The property was nice the room was nice. I’m not a fan of the kiosk check in even though the woman on the other side of the screen was nice. It was like checking in to a virtual hotel. Almost nobody in the lobby. It was empty and strange and impersonal.

I would have given higher ratings except I had to interact with a virtaul assistant. The human staff I encountered were gracious, friendly & helpful. In order to get a receipt ( I wanted to check additional charges), I was told to I had to use the virtaul assistant station. Located near the front desk, this was the only way to get a receipt. Except, this required you to state personal information aloud in a busy lobby. Not my style. When I complained, I was offerred a screen key board. This didn't work. After 25 minutes, I left without a receipt. Technology is not always faster or more effiecent. Note: I saw other guests being directed to this station & struggling to check in. Not sure why someone thought this was useful.

I can’t rate on the quality of the stay. All I can do is rate on the inability to understand extreme circumstances. We spent time, well into the night at the ER due to my son being injured in a hockey game…possibly ending his season. At the time, my son’s well being, paperwork, and managing a family on hold, was occupying 100% of my attention. After a long evening at the ER and 1.5hr drive home, I emailed the hotel, letting them know we had to cancel our trip due to these unforeseen circumstances, and I was hoping for a refund. It was denied as we had passed the cancellation deadline. I didn’t get the insurance…that’s on me. But I would hope a multimillion dollar company would overlook a paragraph of written policy, in exchange for understanding that some extreme situations arise…to which, the cost of accommodations are nearly imperceivable.

Excellent location for attendings the SPAC jazz festival. Notable was the amazing staff, they're welcoming and provide lots of suggestions. Deanna in particular was one of the best check-in experiences ever!

The Staff working the front Desk have no idea what they are doing! Dont let them have your credit card number! Look somewhere else! Worst credit card experience i have ever had!

Excellent, really helpful and friendly staff. There were multiple problems with the payment system but they managed to work around it.

Staff had great people skills & appeared to be respectful of each other. Room was clean & quiet. Breakfast was good with different selections each morning. We were able to purchase a drink & sit by the pool & enjoy. Pool area was neat & clean.

From beginning to end this is a 1st class hotel and they treated you like you were the only person in hotel....with attention! The accommodations are fantastic with the shuttle van to the track and the relaxing pool after a long day. What makes this hotel far and above others in Saratoga is the staff.....Lilly, Deonna and Robin (morning breakfast) treated me like family. I will be returning.

You can walk to SPAC easily!

Proximity to Saratoga Springs Spa Park and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center can't be beat. Hotel was closer to SPAC than the overflow concert parking.

We booked this hotel specifically for location to the SPAC event center. This hotel was literally right around the corner-cut through the state park to venue. The hotel itself was very nice. The exterior and interior have a nice modern vibe. The staff was very friendly.

Nice and simple place right around the corner from SPAC

I've stayed in Saratoga on many occasions but this was my first time at this property. It is well located just outside the city center, close to the state park and the performing arts center. The staff was great and I enjoyed the hot breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Convenient to downtown. Friendly staff. Needs some updating.

Very nice stay. Room was nicely sized and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. No problem parking (although there is a pothole by the US 9 entrance that does need to be fixed). The buffet breakfast was one of the better ones for hotels of this class. Good selection, everything tasted great amd it well stocked (I’ve had other hotels where lategoers have to fend for a more limited selection).

Their hot breakfast rocks!!! The staff are friendly and courteous!!

This is a great little hotel! Not far from downtown, reasonably priced. They do have a shuttle although we didn’t use it due to a concert the evening we were there. The front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer or friendlier. Very customer focused. The included breakfast was very good! Didn’t use the pool but saw people in it, also very nice. We’d definitely recommend and would stay again.
