Advertised with heated pool and hot tub. We booked there for that read and they didn’t have either. Guy at desk was not friendly or accommodating. Wouldn’t let us check in because we were 45 minutes early. Won’t ever stay there again.

When I booked this reservation, I called and spoke with someone. They confirmed a pool. There's no pool. Very disappointed. You guys said a pool but no pool. They haven't had a pool in a year. I should be compensated something.

First floor was nice. 3rd floor was kinda dirty. Room smelled like sewer for the first few hours I had to run water in the sinks and tub and then the smell went away. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service which was not advertised prior to my visit.

The fire pits are amazing! Love the ambience. Plenty of private outdoor seating and nice little bar/ lounge. Alexis runs the breakfast scene in the morning and is phenomenal. She remembered our names, and said hello every morning. I’m a vegetarian and she had the kitchen make me a specialty omelette. Great customer service!

The pool was not available because it was under construction. The staff was often absent from the reception area and we had to wait for a while or look for them. But they were nice and helpful when around.

Pool was closed, restaurant was closed, got food elsewhere and could not use lobby to eat, as a result bar lost business. One staff was not friendly so turn us off to breakfast as well so again more lost business.

Had a great stay, even added an extra night because my partner and I enjoyed it so much. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Patio area was our favourite nicely landscaped and the gas fire places made it feel like home.

Parking is very inconvenient to the front entrance. At night when the next door restaurant is busy, parking is non-existent. I ordered a hot, made to order breakfast on Expedia for $10. but when I went to the breakfast room, there was a sign announcing a "Continental Breakfast" for $6.95.

Clean but tired property. They have filled the pool in with concrete to make way for a game room - huge disappointment for my son. Breakfast was not free (surprise to us based on the layout) and for a non-free meal, the service was horrible. Staff was friendly, but it was serve yourself at a small buffet line, no utensils, limited options, out of coffee, and there was only one other family eating at the same time we were.

Overall stay was okay. Staff was helpful. When we got there- the room could have been cleaned better. The bathrook sink was draining slow. Clogged hair. The bathroom floor also had qtips on the floor and the bedding had long black hair on it- definitely was not mine as I have blonde hair. Other than that- convenient location, walkable to the downtown area.

Had to be moved from one room to the next because the original room I was put in was filthy. 2nd room ended up having stained bedding like the first one. I received form of compensation for all of the problems.

Needed to have new bed linens put on bed because of musty odor. Requested this before dinner, went out, 2 hours later still not done. The front desk offered to give me new linens so i could change the sheets which i have not done in a hotel..isnt not making your bed one luxury of traveling ? They finally showed and did it. The next night the room wasnt serviced until after 5pm. I think they must be short staffed because there was only 1 person and she was working hard.

Our TV was not working correctly (at all for NBC) and they could not fix it. Inconvenient at the most but disappointing given the US Golf Open was on. We were given a free breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. The AC/Heating was unusual and we were glad the window being open was an option. Just not what one would expect from a Hilton facility. Hence the overall "Good" in stead of "Excellent". The outside is lovely in the sunshine.

The first room they gave us had rust and markings all over the tub with a plug that did not operate. Next room was literally falling apart with insane noise from air conditioning units all around us. Never came to offer a clean towel or anything over course of three nights. Just a dreadful stay.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before when in Saratoga Springs and things are always good. The only downside this time was that the blackout shade wouldn’t go down all the way. It was stuck halfway up which allowed the lights from the parking lot to stream in.

Room cold 65 degree but AC thermostat broken so could not be set to maintenance person gone for the day at 5:30! Heat setting not working. Got extra blankets delivered & space heater. Then toilet flush chain broke. Had to reach in water each time & lift valve to flush. Phone charger next to bed intermittent. Same with 110 outlets on same built in strips. So phone 50% charge in the morning. Nice clean big room with comfy bed. These modest annoyances. But otherwise okay.

Staff was very friendly, had a nice bar in lobby. It’s a bit of a longer walk to downtown Saratoga but manageable. The entire place was too hot though! We tried to turn it down but came back to 92! Had to shut it off and open a window.

The check-in time is late 3PM. We were told that we could not check in yet because the room was not ready and we were not able to check in until 4:30. We had to cancel plans because by the time we got done cleaning up and getting ready we missed our reservations. To pay over $300 and not be able to check-in for 1 1/2 hours after we expected to is unacceptable! At least the staff was friendly and gracious during with the situation. My wife and I will reconsider Hilton in the future as this is the 3rd time and we have not had any type of remedy or relief!

Rooms were not ready at their given check-in time. We did get rooms about an hour later but it was definitely a struggle for the staff to determine how/where to put us in a room. The bathroom was dirty. Their was a portable air conditioner in the room and it was LOUD. You couldn't hear the tv over the AC unless you turned it up so loud it would be a nuisance to neighbors. Won't return.

Wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, especially Rebecca who served at breakfast. Such a kind soul! The rooms were clean, beds comfy. The decor was a little dated and a bit of peeling paint above the shower but overall very nice hotel. Reasonably priced and convenient location!

Opted for a digital key, still had to go through the check in process for some reason. Many of the doors to the rooms were very scuffed and need paint. Got to the room, and it wasn't the same as we reserved online which should have accommodated 3 people. Was offered either an air mattress (!!) or a new room. Was moved to a new room, opened the door, and it was an occupied room with someone else's stuff in it! Thankfully they were not there, but it could have been a very bad situation if they were. Was moved a third time to a new room, which was unoccupied, but not the same type of room was reserved. Was given complimentary breakfasts for all guests (3). Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am, waking one of our guests. I was surprised they did that since it was our check out day and we had not checked out yet. The breakfast was not great, the oiliest omelette I have ever had and I was thankful we didn't actually pay for it. I will be reaching out for some compensation for paying for a larger, better room and not getting it and just the overall hassle of having to move rooms three times.

The hotel was close to the state park, which is nice for an afternoon walk. The check in was fast and easy. The room was nice and spacious. I was happy to fing out there was a microwave and mini refrigerator in my hotel room. After a long day exploring Saratoga I was exhausted. So coming back to a quite hotel was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

A good location if you are going to an event at SPAC, or doing anything in Saratoga Springs. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The bathroom was not very clean (hair in drain.) Mostly a good room.

For the amount of money I paid I was not impressed by the hotel. The food was not good we ordered. There was no fan in the bath room. Breakfast was not included for the amount of money. Then they want to charge 14.99 for cold food! I’d really like my money back.

Very friendly and courteous staff. We wanted to eat dinner at the bar so not to drive anywhere, but they had no cook that evening. Also ran out of soap while in the shower. Should have been a full bottle ready prior to stay
