Friendly staff, spacious clean rooms, great complimentary breakfast and wonderful complimentary evening drink and snacks. Ability to check in early, as we arrived VERY early was a plus as well! While the property has off street parking, it could use more parking for guests. Would stay here again if ever in Saratoga Springs again.

Property is modern, clean and conveniently located next to the main street strip with tons of shopping and dining options. It's only a 5 minute walk to city center. The swimming pool is extremely small and shallow from 3 feet to 4.5 feet deep. The pool isn't busy and right next to the small gym with limited workout equipment. There's a restaurant on the premises that offers various culinary options at decent prices and many dishes can be made gluten free. The food was decent but not great. The servers were all extremely professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make our dining experiences memorable. Parking is plentiful but the parking lots is shared with multiple businesses located in the shopping center. So make sure you don't park your car anywhere it says CVS or 15 minute parking only. Otherwise, you stand the risk of getting your car towed.

Travelled with family, got there at 1pm and our room was ready for us, very pleased with early check in and the complimentary happy hour snack/ drink plus made to order breakfast! Free parking is included, and the hotel is walkable to most shopping and dining area. Staffs are professional and offered excellent service, food is good. Highly recommended.

This hotel is great. I loved the evening reception as it can be boring and lonely when you stay in hotels a lot. The rooms are spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff are all really friendly, especially Maria. An unexpected surprise was the laundry facilities. We have been on a very long trip and it was great to be able to get rid of the laundry burden that had been piling up. Breakfast had a good range of options and the shops on Broadway are easy to walk to. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Other than limited parking when the businesses in the area who share the parking are open. Then parking is limited. Once the businesses close, plenty of parking. Very clean facility and very walkable area with great restaurants and shops with a very friendly helpful staff. Will stay here again.

Great hotel. Excellent service. Very nice facilities. Excellent location right off Broadway, within walking distance of the town center. We enjoyed the late afternoon receptions, the pool, and the excellent breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return if we are back in the area.

We arrived at 6:15 and we were pleasantly surprised a reception Happy Hour for guests went to 7 pm with 2 drinks each and snacks. In the morning the breakfast buffet and made to order omlettes went until 10 am and check out was at noon. It is nice they extend their hours for guests wirh varying schedules. The entire staff was super nice and friendly. The rooms and beds very comfortable. There is also a salon and spa attached which is an independently run, but it made it convienent for a hair appt. It was a great experience and value.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a highlight and everyone there was helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the great selection in the lobby store. Seemingly small things like a pool with late hours and a later than usual check-out time go a long way. The room was comfortable and spotless each day. We’ll be back!

This was a very nice stay , i only had 2 minor problems which i didnt say anything , i stayed in room 212 and the bedroom tv did not work , the bathroom fan , and there was jack danials coke cans left from previous guests in the sink cabinet

Embassy Suites always delivers good value for the traveler. This one in the heart of Saratoga springs was excellent location.. short walk to town for dining and shopping. the staff were extremely friendly and efficient.. and the breakfast crew were also very friendly and efficient.. excellent made to order omelettes. the only thing we would say is the room decor was a little tired.. could use a bit of updating with more modern furniture, color tones.. etc.. but is was very clean, and very nice overall.

So I really liked this hotel it was clean in a good location and walkable which I like . The into problem was one of the pillow cases in my bed was gross stains on it and my Expedia booking didn’t link with Hilton app so I couldn’t message to ask for a new one … cleanliness is so inportant to me and a dirty pillow case just gross

The cushion on the sofa in our room was ripped and the smell of air freshener was overbearing. The bathroom had no shower cap and no bar soap or make up mirror. For the price, it was subpar. The location was good and the breakfast was good.

There were a couple of things we didnt like. For example the bed and the sofa bed were both uncomfortable. The sofa bed mattress had holes in it and was very worn. Also the TV was fine with basic cable but no options for any streaming. I think this is the first hotel I've stayed at in 2 years that didnt give you the ability to enter your netflix account or disney plus. With young kids, that is kind of a must because basic cable will rarely have good kids options.

Our room was very roomy and comfortable. Perfect for the 3 of us. Only drawback was the small refrigerator and the pull out couch was broken. The breakfast had so many options that everyone was satisfied. There were snacks available near the free drinks each evening which was nice also.

Gorgeous hotel! Well worth the money. I knocked one star off comfort because our suite had no closet which made it hard to steam and hang formal clothes. But I would still absolutely stay here again if we return to Saratoga Springs.

Place is pretty awesome. Staff is super friendly, the breakfast is amazing which is included. Cooked to order pancakes, waffles, omelets plus bacon and hot buffet section. Two free drinks at happy hour. Only issue is walls are thin. You hear everyone in hallways and in other rooms. Rooms are nice and big though

Staff was amazing - so friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Hotel is absolutely beautiful and very conveniently located. Rooms are spacious. Free breakfast was incredible. The happy hour for guests was another great benefit. Can’t wait to stay here again. It was perfect!

The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and professional, and that is much appreciated. And it's all the more remarkable that they were so in the hectic holiday. At least the room I had was suffering from old furnishings, and the sofa was effectively unusable because it was so broken down. One of the two beds was also in very poor condition. The location is very good, adjacent to downtown, and so one might want to try this hotel and hope that my experience was an oddity.

Cheers to the entire staff. From checkin, bartenders, waitstaff, all were so friendly and helpful. Great location, witn easy free parking. Walkable to shops and dining.Love, love love the free happy hour perks and breakfast. Our room was so spacious too. Would highly recommend.

Bar manager on Thurs night rather rude. Wanted us to leave so she could rearrange tables for some type of event. Told our friends if they wanted a drink they would have to go outside!! I think guests of the hotel should be allowed to have a drink in the bar without someone forcing them out.

Family trip with children and grandchildren. Power was out for hours leaving us in rooms with nothing electricity. It was widespread outage. But couldn’t use pool, limited food service. Next morning down to 1 elevator which caused quite a back up.No apologies or acknowledgement from management if inconveniences to guests. Beds are super comfy and room staff fabulous! Breakfast staff was out of this world fabulous! Parking is tricky and front desk staff makes you feel like they’re doing you a favor. So a mixed review .

I am highly disappointed. I’ve been here several times before and I don’t understand what changed. First when I checked in there was zero smile or greeting, I was asked for my information like a demand. Then I waited to hear about the amenities and nothing was mentioned so I purposely asked which then was informed of what I get, breakfast, complimentary drink etc. The the next day my room wasn’t house kept, same thing the next day. I even asked two house keepers in the hallway about it and they said it would be done. For two days no house keeping until I had to call and it was done Saturday late at night. Normally I don’t complain or review but this is ridiculous type of treatment and what am I paying for?? The staff needs to be trained in properly in hospitality and learn how to make guests feel welcomed. Unacceptable.

Great hotel, great location and probably the best breakfast ive ever had at a hotel. Front desk women working Friday morning had us wait in the lobby for 4hrs before a room was ready. Friends of ours with the same room checked right in 15min before. Now granted it was early but Ive worked in Hotels, i know they could have placed a call to housekeeping who could have got a room clean faster than 4hrs. (She did this for other guests). The gentlemen said we were first on the list and shouldnt be more than an hour or so which is very reasonable. My other buddy not knowing that we asked already asked the female and she said it would be hours! She was short, dismissive and was the only black eye on otherwise a great weekend.

The Embassy Suites Saratoga Springs was the ideal location for my one night stay in town. Ideally located just a block away from the vibrant Broadway with shops, restaurants and bars in abundance, we could walk or drive. I would highly recommend a stay at your hotel.

The hotel room was great- clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant for dinner was awful- food quality and preparation didn’t match the menu and the poor server appeared to be the oily person handling multiple tables which was an impossible task.

excellent hotel. Very elegant and stylish. Fantastic breakfast. They can make omelets and pancakes the way you want. They had a nice reception with free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They have a restaurant also, and had a pianist play the piano and sing. Walking distance to downtown which is very active and has a ton of shops and restaurants.

Fantastic property. Friendly staff. “Happy hour” is fun and the buffet breakfast is perfect to start the day. My only knock on them is the price but considering the location and the amenities perhaps I am wrong to judge. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful stay at this hotel! Cooked to order breakfast was fabulous and the hotel was well maintained. Have stayed in many Embassy Suites and this was one of the best!
