The hotel was within walking distance of downtown and had many business and restaurant options nearby. The staff was very professional and pleasant. The only negative thing I have to say about it was that the pool and gym area were closed, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. In the future, you should be notified about scheduled closures or maintenance in the hotel so people are aware and can make alternate arrangements if they want.

This place is several very large cuts above a typical Hampton Inn. It’s large and beautiful with a restaurant and full bar. The staff is truly extraordinary - friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about hospitality. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring Saratoga. Everything you could want is within easy walking distance, but it’s a few blocks off of Broadway and Caroline St, therefore much quieter than other hotels.

When we got to our room and were looking at the beds, we pulled back the covers on the one queen and the sheets were very damp. Also the refrig was not working. We called the front desk and Savannah came up - she was GREAT! Instead of just changing the sheets, she pulled them off and checked the mattress itself and it was WET. So they upgraded our room at no extra cost. Thank you Savannah - you were great!

Property is beautiful and clean and the staff very was nice. My room was not cleaned before I got there. Found 2 pairs of socks on the floor as soon as I walked in. Also lots of hair and water spots on floor in bathroom. Very disappointed about the condition of my room but the hotel was beautiful clean and staff was friendly and quickly responded to my room issues

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to downtown. Check in was easy, they do have a new $15 parking fee which they didn’t have last time we stayed. Room 629 a balcony king room was a little small, but comfortable with a nice view. Breakfast was a nice spread of eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, pastries waffles and cereal.

The property is definitely nice. The noise quality for the room next-door kept me up all night. The walls are thin and you could hear everything so I didn’t get to sleep from about three in the morning till about six for the price. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel there is many other others that you could get for much less money. I complained to the front desk in the morning but they didn’t want to adjust or do anything for me since it was booked through a third-party so that sucks. most likely I will not return to this property.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Having the desk with built in outlets and usb charging ports is how it should be in all hotel at this point. It was dark though. The room needs brighter lights. The sound from dog barking was distinctly muffled thankfully. Our dog would occasionally let out a bark when he heard a person outside the door, but it was barely audible in the hallway. The water pressure was so low that it took 10 minutes to get my hair wet and another ten to wash it.

Great location for downtown Saratoga Springs. Walking distance to most places. Room was huge and clean. Only issue with the room was that you could not turn off the bathroom light. Housekeeping attempted to fix it and called maintenance which never came. Biggest complaint is with check in and manager. Expedia email stated 3:00 pm check in. IAW Hampton Inn check in is 4:00 PM. We showed email and were told our room wasn’t clean yet and they were sold out so no way to switch rooms. 5 minutes later someone switched rooms with no issues. Also the manager was not professional enough to speak to us directly. They only sent messages through the desk personnel which puts them in a bad position. Front desk people were professional and as helpful as possible given that his manager was useless.

We arrived at 4:00 pm which is advertised check in time but had to wait 45 minutes before our room was available to us. Do not understand why they couldn’t expedite the cleaning/availability process knowing we were in the lobby waiting to get in room. Other than that, hotel was clean, in great location, and staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast that was included was typical hotel breakfast, nothing to get excited about.

Andrea greeted us on arrival. She was helpful and kind. Our room is lovely. Ran out of conditioner. I responded to Andrea’s welcome text… quickly received not only conditioner as requested, but also a gift bag of snacks and sweets! Andrea gets an A plus for customer service for sure! We will be back

Horrible!! After waiting to get our room, we finally get around 4:30 go to room and within a half hour a man walked in my room with my wife getting dressed, the hotel can another petson the key to my room…VERY UNSAFE!

The BIG PROBLEM was the person at the front desk the night we checked in. I booked a more expensive room, for the sitting area and balcony. My daughter had just finished her Masters program at Dartmouth, so I wanted something nice. We were meeting in town for dinner before she left for California. Our room turned out to be tiny, with just two beds. I went down and told front desk, but the lady did NOT care. She said the room was picked at random because I went thru Orbitz, and I should have read the fine print !!??? That was it !! She did NOT want to be bothered !! She just brushed us off !!! I was so ANGRY !! I have been using Orbitz for years. I have traveled everywhere, and never had a problem. I have always been given the room that I booked, and paid for. I DID NOT like the way we were dismissed. I will not recommend this hotel to visiting friends.

First time in Saratoga Springs! After carefully researching many top hotels in this area, we cancelled with one of the oldest hotel, and booked here, a decision that elevated our trip! Maura and Joshua were exceptional in providing us with the ultimate guest experience. Thanks for the history lessons of this beautiful town. Your recommendations of must-visit places completed this trip. We can’t wait to come back to this hotel! 10 stars!

This is an exceptionally well maintained property. The room was excellent. The lobby and common areas were super clean and smelled really nice. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was above par for this level of hotel. This was an unexpectedly pleasant experience!

Cane for the races. Loved it. Close to shuttle services to track. 3 minute drive, park for $20 by the Whitney gate. Which is the best gate to enter if your in the grandstand. Staff was great. Great breakfast

Top-notch experience at this hotel that exceeded expectations and its price point. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Extensive breakfast buffet included in the stay. Convenient parking. And fun little perks like fresh-baked cookies each afternoon.
