Can't beat the location. The horse track is a 22 minute walk away and all the bars and restaurants are a 10 minute walk away. Plenty of parking and very friendly staff in lobby, restaurant and good pours at the very nice bar. Nice place for a nightcap.

Bathroom has an "old" feel and was not as clean as I would like upon arrival. Other than that the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Elevator had broken down so we had to walk a ways with my elderly mother which was a bummer.

This is by far the best value in Saratoga, while still getting an upscale feel. .3 miles to the middle of Broadway, less than 2 miles to the Track, less than 3 miles to SPAC. A 'Stewarts' adjacent for essentials and a beautiful park adjoins the parking lot for fitness or pets. Bar and lobby are gorgeous. Pool and fitness center, top notch.

Very clean room, staff were great! I couldn’t help but instantly notice the check in area wasn’t the first thing you saw when entering the hotel. There was a beautiful seating area with TVs and great pictures of Saratoga. Made it so inviting and quaint. Will happily book again!!

The gentleman at the front desk the two we felt with were amazing extremely nice but the room was horrible garbages were full left in the closet all of them why I have no idea the bathroom needed to be cleaned there was sores and things on the rug just ugh what a shame to have great front desk service and extremely disappointing room cleanliness

Although the location of this hotel was great, we did encounter a few issues. Firstly the level to change the shower faucet down to the tub was completely stuck and did not work. Secondly, cleanliness was definitely an issue, there was leftover hair in the tub from the previous stay. The towels provided to us were also not clean, There were miscellaneous stains on them of a yellowish color… it was extremely off putting.

The worst of the worst. Everything went wrong. Parking lot is unmonitored and folks routinely take up two spots leading to premature full lot. There are no directions to rooms. The key cards didn’t work. Standing outside in rain had to run to front to re issue cards. Inside building take elevator to floor. Reeks of chemical odor sulfate. Keys don’t allow us in room. Back to front desk. Elevator issue take stair back. Inside room smells strange. Prior guest left a running poo feces on the underside of the toilet seat only noticeable when one sits down and the pressure causes the poo to leak from seal on one’s leg. Shower and tub faucet ran simultaneously when trying to shower. The tub did not drain. Room full of sweaty players at night no shower or bathing in your own battle sweat is quite below the bar of reasonableness. Windows did not open. AC was good. TV worked. No usb anywhere No Bluetooth for music Odd nonfunctional alarm clock fromthe set of ET Seats were sturdy Table was adequate Bed was soft Condoms between the mattress and box spring led to an impromptu teen pregnancy conversation after the boys jumped on the bed moving the mattress revealing the contraceptive. Highly not recommended

The employees we encountered were pleasant. The bed was comfortable enough. The hallway on our floor was musty and the room was not cleaned well. There was an unknown substance on the pictures hanging in the wall. There were shoe prints and a dirty hand print on the walls. The bathroom ceiling had black mold on it. I would expect this from a motel not a almost $300 room at a holiday inn.

This property is in a great location in Downtown Saratoga Springs and walkable to all the areas of interest. Unfortunately, our room wasn't really clean. There was a layer of dust on everything, the sink backed up fairly quickly, and there was no housekeeping services to replenish soap/towels, etc.

Rooms were worn to the point where renovations are needed. Heat was not working correctly, as air conditioning would turn on after a bit. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the sheets were too short. There were no extra blankets and I was cold. The check in was pleasant and friendly check in staff. After that all down hill. For how much a night cost the room was very out dated and had a smell of cigarette smoke and the refrigerator did not work. We went to the hotel restaurant and sat there for over 27 minutes. I got up and asked for a menu and was promptly told she would be over. 15 minutes later no service. We left very disappointed after driving 7 hours. Not worth the money.

Fire alarm went off and there was hardly any information provided to the guests. People were not sure if they were supposed to evacuate or not. The fire door separating our hallway from the elevator lobby was propped open with a towel. That could have been disastrous in preventing the spread of the fire if it were near our rooms. The strobe lights did not flash in unison which is required under the fire code. Front desk staff informed the guests that it was due to someone vaping in their room but “they had no idea of finding out who it was”. That makes absolutely no sense considering the addressable smoke detection system would give you the exact location and room number where the vaping occurred. It’s very disappointing that something so serious was handled so poorly. I would be concerned to see the response during a real fire incident.

Nice not-too-expensive. Right in Downtown Saratoga. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. A big plus for me: they are very welcoming to dogs. There is a big park behind the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Convenient location. We walked everywhere. If we didn’t want to walk there is also a shuttle to the Racetrack and Casino which was an added bonus. We will be back for sure.

This is a really nice place to stay. The rooms are large and they allow dogs which I really appreciate. The staff are always wonderful and helpful. The location is great basically downtown with easy access to beautiful Congress Park.

My only problem was that the only option for breakfast was a $25 buffet. We generally don’t eat much in the morning so it was overkill. There was plenty of options but all the food was not warm it was room temp. That said, I would stay there again

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Saratoga Springs. It is a beautiful hotel which is very convenient to the race track. There is a trolley stop right out front as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great. Our favorite part was the restaurant. They have an EXCELLENT restaurant where we ended up having both breakfast and dinner each day. The chef is fabulous and the servers were awesome! Tried three different dinners and they were all excellent! Excellent breakfast buffet as well! We will stay there again!
