A comfortable stay rooms were clean and tidy. Hotel looked tired in places. Evening meal was awful no choice and inedible when arrived to the table would not pay any extra for this option. Breakfast was basic but ok.

Main complaints. No parking onsite at the hotel. Double bed is just 2 singles pushed together. Toilet fan didn’t work causing a lingering smell. Windows won’t push open at all making it difficult for fresh air to circulate with pools of condensation on window sill. Mitigations. There was some works going on at the back of the hotel and there was a 24 hour long stay car park a short walk away but this came at additional cost. I complained about the double bed but they explained that apparently this it is standard hotel practice for the price point. I’m not too sure about that. To my mind it was sold a double bed which is what I paid for and it’s not really a double bed. The central spine made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than that the rooms were clean and nicely presented and the staff were professional, attentive and polite. No complaints about breakfast.
