Really friendly and early check in - easy to park safely in a gated car park (but prebook it as it's not obvious on the website) Really close to city centre and an easy walk to everything. Well equipped 'flat' with washing machine and full kitchen facilities. Really good and decent price. We'll be back for a longer stay.

Really good stay. Had an issue with the bathroom plug and was able to speak to someone straight away. Very hot in the apartment, especially the bathroom. Another fan or two would have been great. Only issue was in the parking area, very tight to get out the space when all spaces were being used. Walkable to everywhere if interest. Would recommend and stay again.

Good apartment in proximity to the train station and attractions, so it is very walkable. On the other hand, no elevators, so it can be challenging to go up and down 5 floors with suitcases.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen and some necessary utensils, which made it feel like a home away from home. The receptionist staff were helpful. The location is excellent - just a short walk from train station, the Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Everything is easily walkable, which made exploring the city very convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting York!

Property was excellent all around. Very convenient to the train station and just right over the bridge into the town. The street was quiet and safe, and the apartment was nice and spacious. Check in staff were super helpful and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone travelling to York

Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms in a great location with free parking. I’ve stayed before and have just tried to book for next year but nearly every weekend is booked up through 2026. This time the noise around the apartment was a bit more. Doors slamming, people walking past and up the stairs not being considerate. Hairdryer provides, plenty of towels, hand wash and shower wash. Sachets of Nescafé and Yorkshire Tea bags with the usual cartons of uht milk and sugar. Only thing I’d add that it didn’t have was a freezer compartment for ice. We will definitely return if we can ever book in!

Lovely place to stay, and very comfortable and near the city centre. The Wi-Fi isn’t great, but if you are using the apartment for a base to visit York, it shouldn’t matter. The information folder was great and very useful for those new to York. It was a shame that there was limited free parking on site. Fortunately it was only the last evening/morning we had to find another car park to use which are charged, so please be prepared for this. Would definitely return though if visit York again.

The location of this property is excellent for getting around York. Everything is walking distance. Having car parking is great too. It is advertised as having Wi-Fi but the speeds are below 1Mbps which makes it unusable. We were told it is being upgraded in 2 weeks but in it's current state it is pointless.

The apartment was very comfortable and had a great location, just 10’ walking to the Minster. The only problem I saw is that the internet was a bit spotty. Also the hot water was too hot and didn’t mix with the cold water (apartment 6). How hard is to have a good functioning water system?

Vi var tre personer som bodde här i två nätter. Lägenheten var i gott skick. Det var nära till allt. Lugnt område. Smidigt att kunna laga mat i lägenheten om man inte vill äta ute och ordna med frukost som passar alla. Dock mycket sliten soffa och fåtölj. Fanns ingen stoppning kvar. Men de tre sängar som fanns var bra.10 minuters promenad från tågstationen. Skulle gärna boka här igen om jag återvänder till York.

Although not too many stairs, after a day sightseeing and a lot of walking, think I’d try to book a ground floor apartment next time. (We were on 3rd floor). Only downside is Wi-Fi is extremely slow, less than 2mb.

Efficicent check in and key pickup at nearby hotel. Apartment was roomy and conveniently located close to the Ouse Bridge and central York - within easy walking distance of all the main sights. Excellent selection of restaurants nearby to suit all tastes. The apartment was clean and well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and ample supply of hot water for bath and showers.

Alldeles vid floden och nära Yorks charmiga stadskärna men ändå tyst och lugnt. Rymlig lägenhet med bra kök och badrum. Rimligt pris också. Vi åkte tåg och detta ligger ganska nära.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel in York. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen and some necessary utensils, which made it feel like a home away from home. The receptionist staff were helpful. The location is excellent - just a short walk from train station, the Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Everything is easily walkable, which made exploring the city very convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting York!

Nice quiet property in a very central location, with safe private parking. Tea and coffee was provided which was appreciated. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Property was excellent all around. Very convenient to the train station and just right over the bridge into the town. The street was quiet and safe, and the apartment was nice and spacious. Check in staff were super helpful and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone travelling to York

The location was excellent as just a short walk into York and all the attractions. Parking on site is a real bonus if book in advance. Property secure and has everything you need and lovely and clean. Would definitely book again
